It's so busy here that it's pretty crazy. On my last visit, I saw there was parking available in the parking lot next door but still, there wasn't enough parking. I circled once and decided to just forget it. The food is really good but only one of my two children like it. My child that doesn't like to eat here is happy to eat frozen chicken nuggets at home. But for us who love the chicken sandwiches, we always get the Polynesian sauce. It makes a huge difference for us. My kids love the lemonade, and I love the sweet tea, though they put so much ice into the drinks that I usually get my sweet tea without ice (I'm fine drinking warm drinks). The chicken is actually really good and the Chik-a-filet sauce, wow! Plus the staff is great. Super friendly and they make me laugh how they always say "my pleasure to assist" haha the waffle fries are super good too, and taste healthy almost like they are deep fried on olive oil or something lol I swear and this is the only fast food I've eaten in years.. Worth the wait. Come on people, don't be haters on this place. The way I see it, they are starting a trend for fresh fast food vs super-sized diabetic options. It's worth the money and the hassle. I love how the location in Bellevue has a cop directing all of the car traffic while there is a line out the door. Meanwhile Burger king across the street is almost completely empty. This says something, and not just that it's different or trendy. BTW, the chicken tortilla soup is outrageous. Add a grilled chicken sandwich and you would never know it's fast food. read more

Closed the doors to early the food is good everything is good they just finessed us. I even called them to leave the doors open but they didn't want too because they probably didn't want to work late because apparently they think they are cool, and their friends mom doesn't even drive a Cadillac like ours, and I always help them clean up after everyone else and they still didn't leave the doors open. read more

Let me start by saying the food here is great and the employees have been lovely. The two star review is the direct result of a string of incidents where the restaurant has been unwilling to correct mistakes which I assume is an upper management issue. My mobile order was picked up by someone else and I was charged for it. After multiple calls, complaints and emails I called the corporate customer service line who said they needed the local store to issue me the refund. 25.00 for food I never received seems a bit much. They've also given us the wrong to go order on several occasions and didn't correct it or offer to make it right. It's confusing because as I said everyone you interact with seems lovely but if something goes awry they seem unwilling to make it right which is disappointing to say the least. No one wants to rifle through all of their bags in the drive thru with a line this long but I would advise it because they won't make it right if they get it wrong. read more

I have only been to chik-fil-a in the south before, so I had no idea what to expect going to the new Bellevue location. I missed the crazy wave of new openings, and finally made it out, where I was pleasantly surprised with how efficiently the place ran! Chik-fil-a is delicious fast food joint- and those waffle fries- FANTASTIC- and it was made even better by how they don't give the option of dine-in or take out (but have plenty of seating options in-house). When I went it was about 9pm on a Tuesday night- and the place was still packed. I still only waited 3 minutes for my food (and no time ordering). Overall, this will be my go-to place for waffle fries! read more

I've probably been here a dozen times since it opened. Yes, the lines are long and crazy, but the food is amazing. That said, this restaurant needs to get its speed up. Chicfila never fails me, even when on the opposite corner of 48 States from home! I couldn't understand why this place was so busy. Cars wrapping around the street and even a policeman directing traffic in and out.It's apparently only 1 or 3 Chicfilas in all of WA. No wonder!!! Chick-fil-a is one of my favorite restaurants. Even though it is a chain, it is still very good. I don't normally like to eat at chains, but I really like chick-fil-a. Their chicken is what they are known for and the chicken is amazing. There are many ways to eat the chicken and they are very kid friendly. I really like their chicken sandwiches I always order the spicy chicken meal. The only thing I don't like is the lines are superlong. The parking lot is set up horribly. And a few times I have gotten some hard cartilage textured pieces t in my sandwich. It was gross I had to spit it in my napkin! The peach milkshake is really good and the lemon cream blended lemonade drink is amazing you have to try it it's so good.
