You just put in your table number, have a seat and a few minutes later, some very kind person brings you fresh hot delicious chicken. It's what dreams are made of. Parents of toddlers, prepare to be impressed. On each high chair is a disposable place mat, and there's a cute little library of books. I get to stuff my face in peace for at least 15 mins. And parents know - that's forever with a toddler. Shout out to Jose who is constantly cleaning off tables and throwing away customers trash for them. Like literally. Being an Atlanta native, it's nice seeing the Northwest also embracing our beloved chain. This is one of the busiest Chick-fil-A's I've ever been to and it doesn't help for the fact that it's right next to a busy interstate. Besides that, the customer service is great and fast given the sheer volume it handles. For instance, the drive thru is well streamlined to serve a lot of customers fast. Attendants wander between cars with iPads to place orders before they arrive at the kiosk or window. I was in and out in under 15 minutes despite starting at the back of the line. As always, the customer service is impeccable. They always greet you with a smile and tend to any questions or concerns you may have. The interior of the restaurant is always clean and tidy whenever I visit. I also came on Chick-fil-A appreciation day, a day where you dress up as a cow and get a free Chick-fil-A entree of your choice. This is an annual tradition for me and I make sure to participate every summer. This was my first time doing the event outside Georgia and was ecstatic when I found out they do it nationwide. Everybody loves Chick-Fil-A. Their premise is all 100% real chicken and I get that, but the execution is poor here. If you want to treat yourself to a good chicken sandwich, tenders, nuggets, you expect this place to accomplish something you can't do yourself. Unfortunately the menu items here are completed overrated; how hard is it to fry your own chicken and make everything (better) yourself? The sandwich is okay, but the tenders and nuggets are coated in a soggy breading that's flavorless. The dipping sauces they offer (chick-fil-a sauce is decent) make up for the lack of flavor at least. Skip the iced coffee, there's better out there. Growing up in the Southeast, Chick-fil-A was at every mall food court, then went to actual store fronts, so Chic-fil-A was always around me. This was my favorite fast food chain as a kid, so when I moved away from home, I started to miss this fast food chain. I ended up moving to cities that didn't have Chic-fil-A, so my craving for them grew stronger like in a romance novel (with Fabio on the front cover). I don't go to fast food much anymore but I will make a special exception for Chic-fil-A, for sentimental purposes. Came by this location in Bellevue and there were no cops directing traffic or whatever, so the craziness has died down a bit. Drive thru was a bit long so we just went inside and ate. This is probably the nicest Chic-fil-A I've been to, its super nice looking inside, very clean, and staff was actually pretty nice & efficient. Food taste the same as I remember it so no complaints there. I typically get the #1 combo but I decided to get a little fancy and get the #2 combo(deluxe). Getting your food order is a little different than I remember, so they will take your name down and bring the food out to your table while calling your name, "Willy"? "Willy"?? "Mr. Willy"??? We got a plethora of sauces, so you should do the same. Regular ketchup has no chance standing up to their Polynesian sauce, Ranch, Honey Mustard, Chic-fil-A Sauce, BBQ, and Buffalo. This Chick-fil-A location was right next door to our Bellevue Hotel. So we figured we would walk over and give it a try. There are no CfA's in Hawaii and I had never encountered one before. But, similar to In and Out Burgers, we wanted to see what, if anything, the fuss was all about. Controversy: If you are one to pay attention to the news and politics you would know the owner was very religious and believed gay people were sinners. There was a period of negative publicity as the owner wasn't going to back down. Well, best I can tell it is all pretty much resolved and the company now accepts all customers and all employees officially. They do close on Sunday but other than that there is no indication of religious fervor. Service: Set up for high volume as the lines can be long. The manager/expediter was extremely friendly and helpful. It was clearly a well run and supervised operation. Chicken: The original speciality is a simple fried chicken breast sandwich with buttered toasted bun, pickle chips. Price $3.49. Gluten free and multigrain buns are available. There are several variations such as delux, spicy, grilled and more. More: Breakfast egg muffins in several variations, fries, shakes, salads, fries, We went with the basic sandwiches, fries, shakes. It was all good but not something I could live without. Vegan: I got the superfood kale salad and a fruit bowl and ate some fries. Not bad at all. This location is almost always busy with lines that snake around the corner. The restaurant is a decent fast food option if you like chicken. The sauce is a good flavor enhancer for the sandwich or chicken nuggets. If you wait until you get home to eat the fries, they can be a little soggy. I also had a problem once with the bottom of the bag being wet and all of my fries dropping onto the ground after I got home (so be aware). I couldn't save any of the fries and contemplated washing them off and baking them but decided it wasn't worth the effort. Coming from the south, Chick fil a is a staple fast food restaurant. Moving here I was surprised to find out there were apparently less than 10 Chick Fil As in the whole state. Like it is back in the south, Chick Fil A brings the southern hospitality to the Pacific Northwest. The staff is friendly and helpful and always so courteous. The food is your perfect freshly cooked chicken. I got the nuggets and fries and they were crispy and tender and well made as they always are. I decided to try the Mac n cheese which I've been hearing so much about and while it is delicious and tastes home made... its just another Mac n cheese. When we pulled in to order, the server informed us that this location never carries cones and only serves the ice cream in a cup. Why would this location keep the cones away from their customers? Never disappointed with Chick-fil-A's excellent service. Every single one I went to in Seattle area is always packed as the car lined out to the road at times. This location was super organized as it has three separate drive through lines with staff standing outside to take orders with one individual directing the traffic. I only had to wait to order, the actual prep of my food came out super quick and everything was accurate. I love Chick-fil-A sandwiches as they never disappoint. Their iced coffee is great as it is not overwhelming sweet like some other fast food chain. The fries were a bit soggy and unevenly seasoned, but otherwise, great place for quick lunch. read more

We visited at lunch time 12:15pm and found a parking spot right away (plenty around) and the line to order moved quickly, maybe 5-6 mins. This Chick-fil-A is located in an Awesome location for the business but terrible for all the other cars who drive around that area. Their drive-thru line is constantly backed up all the way to the freeway. In terms of their food, I think it's pretty standard. However, since covid started and only drive-thru was allowed, it's been a bit of a headache for them to get my order right EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. Especially with my sauces!! I'd place my order and let them know what sauce I want. However, when I get home, I'll notice whoever picked my order never really precisely saw what exact sauce I ordered. Rather, that person would just grab a handful of one sauce and dump it into my order and call that good. After 2 or 3 times, I learned to take an extra 5 seconds to double-check that they've got all my sauces right before leaving because once you leave, there is absolutely no way you can get back in without going through the drive thru line again. Beware of missing items from your order. The food is consistently good and high quality but this store has two issues: 1. It is super busy during lunch and dinner and it backs up into the street. Sometimes I have to circle around because there is no way to get in. 2. Multiple times I had problems with them forgetting items in my order and the last time they refused to make it right since I did not realize the mistake until I got home. The manager told me they would when I called, but then when I came back with a new order two weeks later they told me they wouldn't honor that. I have paid for their mistake. This specific location is always jam packed, especially the drive-thru! Came here to kill some time while I get my car "serviced" (more like topping off nitrogen for the tires) at a nearby car dealership. Food is consistent, the service is noticeably better than other fast food restaurant. I love their waffle fries!! Their chicken noodle soup was yummy, my son loves it!! The bus boy (older gentleman) is nice, he saw us rolling in looking for a place to sit down, offered us a high chair haha! Really liked the spicy chicken sandwich, the waffle fries with Chick-fil-A sauce and the lemonade.

I was afraid that it wouldn't be as I remembered it when I used to live in D.C., but oh, it surely is. I finally made it here for breakfast, and as soon as I walked in, the cashier greeted me in a southern accent! I was totally transformed from Virginia to here (hehe). I ordered a chicken biscuit sandwich and a lemonade. As the cashier was filling up my cup of lemonade, another staffer gave me my biscuit. Such quick service. I jokingly asked them if it had been crazy for lunch and dinner since its opening, and although they said that it had been crazy, it was still fun. I am not sure if they were just trying to be nice, but they seemed to be authentic in their answer. I ate at one of the tables and even the decor of the place resembled like all the other Chick-fil-As I've been to on the East Coast. I can't believe it took me this long to finally try Chick-Fil-A, maybe it's because every time I try to go, either looking at the huge line from the outside scares me or it happens to be a Sunday and since they are a Christian company, it's closed on Sundays. I thought after years, the hype would die down, it hasn't. I went 15 minutes before closing and the drive thru line was impossible to get in without blocking traffic so I parked at the 116 Hotel and walked there. There's a couple spots designated for Chick-Fil-A parking there and it's convenient if you're coming from the opposite side of 116th street and can't turn into Chick-Fil-A parking lot. Anyways, back to the actual product; the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe was on point, it was the right amount of kick to the spiciness and freshly fried so it was hotter than your grandma in lingerie. Waffle fries were so good, but I think waffle fries are equally as good anywhere. What blew my mind was the Chick-Fil-A house sauce, it's so yummy, I have to dip all my food in it. Their chicken tenders and nuggets are great also, everything seems like real chicken. I feel bad for any vegetarian that don't know what they are missing out on. Service is a lot better here than any other fast food place. They just open up a location in Kirkland, hopefully this will die down the traffic here a bit, but it's worth the wait and hassle to get some bomb chicken. I stop by here whenever I am out early on the East side. If you wanna eat like Elvis for breakfast you gotta try it. I recommend 2 spicy fried chicken deluxe sandwiches + a black coffee. Come early is better as around lunch time it's so busy they have an air traffic controller guiding queues of motor cars in the car park. Chick-fil-A used to be much better back in the day. I know that people could not wait for it to come to the Seattle King County area a few years back. I had my hopes up too. I drove the distance, sat through the long lines, and it wasn't very good at all. Fast forward, I've been there a few times hoping that it would be as good as I remember. However, it doesn't look like that's going to be the case. Although the the chicken is quite thick, cooked well, and is relatively juicy, the rest of the sandwich is unappealing. Contains a very small pickle and not much else is on the sandwich. I often have to get some Chick-fil-A sauce to drizzle over the chicken in order for it not to be such a dry and boring sandwich. The rest of the menu items are pretty basic and not that good. I haven't completely given up on Chick-fil-A because maybe as these years have gone by my taste buds have aged and matured, to the point where I don't like pickled flavored chicken sandwiches. I'm going to keep trying over time because me and Chick-fil-A have fond memories of each other. So much so that I truly hope that I can once again connect my lips to that juicy meat and either have it be wonderfully familiar or have it provide some new amazement to my tastebuds. read more
