this was my first time going to Chick-fil-A Bellevue, Nebraska off of cornhusker Road and when we first walked in super nice and the lady that took our food. She was super nice and when we messed up our order, she didn't get mad like normal people would do her name was Tonya great service of her. I love Chick Fil A but I HATE this Chick Fil A. They consistently find a way to mess up my order every time I am here. I wanted a regular spicy chicken sandwich, not a deluxe. Not only did they give me a deluxe but the fries were cold (I live 5 minutes away, the fries should not have been cold) AND they did not give us a single sauce packet when we asked for chick fil a, ranch, buffalo, and ketchup. So we get home and have a messed up sandwich, cold fries, and NO SAUCE. Dry Chick Fil A? Disgusting. The sauces were listed on the receipt so we know they heard us when we ordered them so I am not sure how not a single sauce packet ended up in the bag. This is at least my third bad experience here in a row, safe to say this was the nail in the coffin. Great tasting food everytime! We always get the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich which comes with lettuce, cheese, tomatoe and a juicy spicy chicken patty. The fries are also mostly always fresh and warm and the sauces are delicous. Personally love the honey mustard, ranch and zesty buffalo. We also like getting the chicken nuggets for our toddler who enjoys the soft pieces of chicken. I've also tried their Southwest chicken salad which you can get with grilled chicken or fried chicken and both taste delicous and are packed with flavor from the beans, corn, dressing and tortilla chip toppings. I am into this cult and dont eat out at any other fast food place because the quality truly speaks for itself and the staff is always so welcoming and friendly. The only downside is that this location is in a very busy intersection of downtown Bellevue which makes it hard to make it into the drive thru since there are long backups on the street. The solution is to just do order pickup and park next door at the Woods Coffee parking lot where there also have some Chick Fila designated spots and pick your order up. I also always suggest ordering before on the app to avoid those long lines and getting your points for some free rewards. read more

Had the deluxe spicy chicken sandwich (deluxe means with lettuce and tomatoes for an extra 0.60 or so) and large waffle fries (for a little extra too) if you get the meal you can swap your drink for a milkshake (for a little extra...) which I did, but it wasn't really good. In the end I liked the spicy chicken sandwich, the fries are alright, the shake I'll pass. The staff is very welcoming. If you aren't a bit chicken person go there for a shake and a greeting because they have it down and should be paid more. Today we drove thru and they seamlessly had three order lanes moving quickly and each staff member providing service with a smile. Not sure how they keep it all straight but it's impressive. I always get the spicy chicken deluxe, it's always satisfied my desire for a good fast food burger. Chicken noodle soup is awesome as well, everyone in the family loves it. But, the problem is getting to the food. The traffic around this location is just insane. The property doesn't have a lot of space, so when it gets busy... and it gets busy... you'll often end up lining up on the road. They've done well during covid to manage three different lines to get to the drive through window. I wish there's a separate line for people that had a mobile order vs people that are ordering in person. I feel like the biggest hold up is often waiting for the non-mobile ordering people to get their food made. read more

After all the hype, I have to say; I'm a little disappointed. The sandwich was just a chicken sandwich with LTP. (Lettuce, tomato, cheese and pickles.) And it wasn't a whole piece of chicken, it was two pieces thrown into a bun. Granted the chicken was of good quality, I spent most of the time trying to chase the meat sliding out of the two pieces of bread. Not a happy camper. The fries, although well salted; we're undercooked and soggy. Thank goodness for the lemonade. The service; I hear all these stories of how they go over the top to make sure you have a great experience. That also did not happen. I told them that I didn't know how to order and I've never been here and the guy in the drive through said you can look it up online... (I'm in the drive through and he's waiting for me to order mind you). Then I just asked him what the most popular thing was, and he said a chicken sandwich. Yes, that is the name so I would imagine you had a chicken sandwich here. I asked him if I need to order anything else other than a chicken sandwich meal, and he said no. I then asked if there was any sauces or ketchup and he said oh yeah, would you like some Chick-fil-A sauce? I said yes please and you have any others? He said honey mustard and rattled off a few more. I asked for honey mustard and then we went on our way. $35 later, we got our two chicken sandwich meals one grilled one not and or lemonade and Diet Coke. I would say, it was an ordinary experience. I do have a hint of advice, place the menu before the point of ordering, no one knows what else is on the menu and what other items chick-fil-A carries. They've got customer service down to an art, and can get people through the drive thru line really fast each time. I do operations for a business, so one thing I've noticed is that they switch their drive thru system literally all the time, so I'm wondering what their thought process is on it. It's kind of confusing for costumers. That being said, I've never had bad service or my ordered given to me wrong the many times I've been here. I usually stick to the grilled items & salads, and they are always good and fresh. The fruit is also always fresh. The grilled nuggets are Always juicy and their dipping sauces make it so you don't care if they aren't the pressure fried ones. The grilled chicken sandwich & club is always fresh and juicy too. I also really like the Cobb salad with the spicy grilled chicken subbed in. So good and feeds me twice! All their dressings are also divine and I appreciate that they offer reduced calorie options that aren't gross. It's nice to be able to grab a semi-healthy lunch on-the-go for a reasonable price. PS I hope they bring back the spicy grilled chicken sandwich! They got rid of it without announcing it was going to end, and that was whack. read more

Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast-food restaurant but this specific location is absolutely crazy! There's always a vehicle backup that goes into the roadway and no place to park in their lot. There are a few parking spaces in the lot to the south. The staff is the craziest part. Every couple months an entirely different staff with a different culture takes over all of the staff positions. Seriously, I've seen 5 different cultures. It's not a big deal, it's just a really weird observation. It took just under 17 minutes (yes, I set a timer 30 seconds in when I didn't see either line moving) from drive-thru entry to getting my food. Once I ordered at about 14 minutes to picking up, food was cold. If there's ever a line at this store, keep driving by and go to Kirkland or another franchise altogether. read more

I've really tried to buy into the hype and enjoy eating here, but after so many attempts I just get more and more disappointed. First off, the food is decent. I'd give it 3 stars if I'm really hungry, but honestly I don't get what all the fuss is about. It's also on the more expensive side for fast food. The problem for me is that this location is horrible. Due to the poorly planned placement and construction of this location, there is almost always a long wait time for food. Since there's not much room in the front of the building, this causes long lines that pour out onto the surface streets (116th) and sometimes causes backups all the way to NE 8th St, which is a freeway onramp. This not only causes long wait times for Chick-fil-A customers, but it also causes traffic jams around the surrounding area which impacts those not even eating at CfA. To make matters worse, there are no menu's available to view before you order. So after you've waited all the time in line, you have to wait until you reach the person taking your order before you can look at a menu. This also contributes to the long lines spilling onto the street and blocking traffic for everyone since people clog up the line reviewing the menu's instead of moving forward. I realize the franchise owners have made an attempt to split the drive-through lines into two, but to not do something about the traffic jams they're creating - which impacts others - is unfortunate for the local community. read more

I was driving down 405 contemplating the current apocalypse. No traffic. That's nice, but there wouldn't be much traffic during a nuclear winter either. So not sure this was a win. I figured I'd hit up Chick fil A when I got down to Bellevue. It's right next to the freeway. It should be a quick in and out. When I arrived the line was backed out on the street. I had time to think some more about my lot in life. I'm more than likely going to get laid off from work, but it seems that the rest of us are probably in the same boat. What will we do? Is this going to be The Great Depression part 2? Is there going to be a Dust Bowl in western Washington? Reminds me of the Grapes of Wrath. What was that that about anyways? Oh yeah really depressing. That Steinbeck is a downer. As I imagined a flood coming to wipe us all out was we sat in our cars, the line continued to move. Whew! At least I'll have one last great meal. #1 combo, medium, unsweet iced tea. Chick Fil-A Bellevue is Covid prevention done right. The employees taking orders in the drive through had full face shields and rubber gloves. They didn't touch my credit card. You slide it through the machine yourself. And when I was done the nicely dressed (with tie) man handed me a sani wipe for my hands and credit card. Great business practices! Bravo! I savored those waffle fries and enjoyed the steam off my freshly fried chicken sandwich. Tasty as is the Chick Fil-A norm. Mmmmmmm. I cleared out my palate with the iced tea and finished with fast food's most edible ice. That would make a great last meal even if I was just sitting in my car. I definitely recommend getting some Chick Fil A Bellevue while we can't go to our favorite local restaurants. Service with a smile. Good food. I used to come here every morning before work for breakfast. The people working here in the morning are absolutely amazing. The line moves quickly, they're super friendly and always seem to be in a good mood. And, until lately, the food has always been great too. However, my last three visits things went way downhill with the food. I got a half portion of hashbrowns one day, cold food one day and last time my biscuit was barely cooked. It was like eating dough. I filled out the complaint form in the app just to let them know but you never actually hear anything back from the store or corporate. It sucks because I truly do love the people here but I won't be coming back anytime soon (maybe ever) because its just not worth it. read more

For years we had yearned for a Chick Fil A in the Northwest and finally our prayers were answered! Then, each time we came by, there was a line of cars, literally, down the block. After a couple failed attempts, we finally timed it right and have again regained that elusive joy that had left us wanting! The original chicken sandwich shaped hole in my heart is again complete! But seriously the chicken here is magical! I really never thought a fast food place could be one that I looked forward to, but since being introduced in 2006, we've never looked back. Through thick and thin, the chicken giveth! If you've never been here, get a #1 large with a half sweet tea and waffle fries, with as much honey roasted bbq sauce as they're allowed to give you - it's akin to the Rick and Morty episode with the schezuan sauce, you'll need more! Southern hospitality really runs deep at Chick-fil-A. It's hard for me to compare it to other "fast food" restaurants because it's generally offered at a higher price point $10-15 compared to others. I'd put CFA in the same tier as a Shake Shack. Higher quality products reflected in the price point AMBIANCE "My pleasure." The service, even at its busiest hours, is always quick and friendly at this CFA. I would suggest parking in the Woods parking lot (they have reserved parking for CFA) next door and just ordering inside the restaurant because the drive thru line can get ridiculous at times. The inside is nicely air conditioned and tables are bussed and cleaned after almost every guest finishes dining. No gripes here, just don't be lazy and go into the restaurant if the drive thru line is long. FOOD As with many chains, the food is pretty consistent nationwide. I usually go with the Cobb Salad w/ Avocado Lime Dressing or the Spicy Deluxe. Both are great options and the chicken is always crisp and juicy. The vegetables taste fresh and provide a great crunch. I haven't had a chance to try the coveted Popeyes Chicken Sandwich, but I think it would be hard to top CFA's. The Frosted Lemonade is an option I recently learned about. I don't usually drink soft drinks and just opt for a water, but the Frosted Lemonade really hits the spot. Imagine a Creamsicle smoothie, but with lemon flavor instead of orange. The lemon flavor cuts the milk really nicely, and offers a sweet and tangy experience. OVERALL I enjoy CFA a lot, it's quick and easy. While you're paying a little more compared to "fast food" chains for the quality and service, I'd say it's well worth it. CFA sticks to what it's good at, and I can't complain. read more

I love Chick-fil-A! The staff here are the nicest staff you will find anywhere. Such great customer service every time I go here. I ordered a meal and sat inside and a staff member came up and asked if he could get us refills for our drinks. In this day and age, that speaks volumes! The waffle fries here are delicious! The chicken sandwiches are amazing as well. The only thing that isn't so great about Chick-fil-A is the line that sometimes can wrap out to the street. That shows just how great they are! This wouldn't hurt so much if I wasn't soooo all about the pickles. But I am. And I'm feeling helpless and when I feel helpless I leave a review in hopes that someone will notice my angst and provide a reasonable solution. When I crave cfa, i can literally taste the crispy, hot spicy chicken patty with the sour crunch of THE PICKLE. So, while I acknowledge that I'm being dramatic about one missing ingredient, I still feel very justified in my outrage. My husband is the opposite and hates the smell of the beautiful green vegetable. So he orders his sandwich without pickles. Maybe that's why the workers have constantly made ours both without the delicious ingredient. THREE TIMES IN A ROW they made both of ours without pickles even though only my husband's order request "no pickles." Instead of getting upset, I tried to figure out a way to communicate my obsessive need for them: I came up with the brilliant idea to add "extra pickles" for my order. That should've solved the problem right? Nope, it's been 6 times now that they have given me a burger without pickles, even though our order and receipt clearly states that mine has "PLUS EXTRA PICKLES." 2 workers I've spoken with said the best thing I can do is make note of it in my order aka they gave me useless advice and no empathy. Since this location is a heavily-trafficked drive-thru only location, it's difficult to take out all of the other goodies and reach into the bottom of my bag, open my sandwich box and take it apart to make sure there's pickles, so I'm left with a sad surprise whenever we dig in for dinner and the only green thing in my sandwich is the lettuce. Again, I realize it's just one ingredient but to be fair, there are only 5 ingredients they need to assemble. Don't go to this location if pickles are important to you. read more

The reason I docked a star was for this locations parking/drive thru. This is such a busy location. It took 5 min to get off 116th Ave and into the parking lot BEFORE midday! There were 2 rows of cars placing to go orders, carpark was 1/4 full. Parked, came inside, place our order for 4 within 2-3 min. Staff are SUPER FRIENDLY, place is clean and that's all thanks to Jose. He swoops in as soon as a table opens up, gets the table cleaned up ready for the customer. He saw we didn't have napkins and got us some. Such fantastic service. Will definitely be back. My only negative, which is minor, is they don't use the coloured "cups" like in the Kirkland location. This makes it hard on the staff to deliver the food as it's pretty noisy in here so it's hard to hear the names they call out. In addition, people are seated both inside and outside, so they have their work cut out for them. Like I said minor but maybe worth considering given how hectic it is here :) read more

Literally the busiest Chick Fil A location but always the best service! I ordered fries once and they gave me a fruit cup, and the manager was nice and refunded the fruit cup and got me my fries. We always ask for all the sauces and they never roll their eyes or seem to care! I love when they walk around and refill your drink. And they are super speedy! I never go through the drive through because it is always looped out onto the main street so I recommend parking in the lot below and just walking up. read more

There's special parking spots in the lot next door for to-go mobile orders and my food is always fresh, hot and just being bagged up when I walk in. I've also mobile ordered when I wanted to dine in. You just put in your table number, have a seat and a few minutes later, some very kind person brings you fresh hot delicious chicken. It's what dreams are made of. Parents of toddlers, prepare to be impressed. On each high chair is a disposable place mat, and there's a cute little library of books. I get to stuff my face in peace for at least 15 mins. Being an Atlanta native, it's nice seeing the Northwest also embracing our beloved chain. This is one of the busiest Chick-fil-A's I've ever been to and it doesn't help for the fact that it's right next to a busy interstate. Besides that, the customer service is great and fast given the sheer volume it handles. For instance, the drive thru is well streamlined to serve a lot of customers fast. Attendants wander between cars with iPads to place orders before they arrive at the kiosk or window. I was in and out in under 15 minutes despite starting at the back of the line. As always, the customer service is impeccable. They always greet you with a smile and tend to any questions or concerns you may have. The interior of the restaurant is always clean and tidy whenever I visit. I also came on Chick-fil-A appreciation day, a day where you dress up as a cow and get a free Chick-fil-A entree of your choice. This is an annual tradition for me and I make sure to participate every summer. This was my first time doing the event outside Georgia and was ecstatic when I found out they do it nationwide. Chick-fil-A really knows how to treat a customer as family and I'm happy to say that their quality of service and food are still upheld on opposite coasts of the country. read more
