The lines for drive-thru are worse than inside. They move the line pretty fast, and they take care of your drink at the counter. A very efficient, helpful staff is immediately noticeable. When seated they offer you a refill and also take your tray. I wanted to try the chicken salad sandwich. Very sub-par. It is on bread that was once grilled, then got cold, there's some nasty tasting relish in it that ruins the whole sandwich, that no amount of mayo can bury. I tried the chicken sandwich, after putting this down. It's tender, not skimpy, a decent thickness, breading is a little salty, if they could make it less so, it would be better, but not complaining. It is fast food after all. I was curious about the nuggets, so I got the kid size. This was 4 plunky type chicken pieces that taste just like the sandwich. You get a choice of limited sides, can't get coleslaw, so I got the waffle fries. Last time I saw that type was at the original Pannacuchen. One small amusement for me was the ice in the pop, not cubes, not crushed, something in between. There is always overkill with a new fast food place, yet I can't see this one not being busy. I grew up with Chick-fil-A in Colorado. I've lived in Minnesota for the last 20+ years, and as great as it is, it's been missing Chick-fil-A, until recently! I love this place! And tonight, I received exceptionally great service. The cashier, Derek, was amazing. I had time to kill and asked if they had wi-fi. When he answered, he also pointed me to a table with an outlet! Later, he came to check on my drinks, to see if I needed a refill. And, since I was here for a while, he even came and cleared my table. What other "fast food" restaurant provides that level of service? None I can think of. Oh yeah, and the food is always great. I had the new spicy chicken salad, and it's really terrific. Stopped here for the first time ever. I haven't been to a Chic Fil A in over 25 years. Simply because Chic Fil A does not operate in the state of Wisconsin. Which is a dam shame. Got my food through the drive through with record speed, and was treated by the cutest little gal. My chicken sandwich was everything I was expecting and remembered. Simply wonderful. I tried the original chicken sandwich meal. The chicken was tasty enough but it was dry! There was no sauce on the sandwich. The waffle fries though are delicious and I like that they offer unbreaded chicken nuggets in their kids meals. Unfortunately they fry there chicken in peanut oil so I had an allergic reaction. I thought this experience at Chick-fil-A was just ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! It was my father's first time to Chick-fil-A and he also really loved the sandwiches. We have to drive about 20 minutes to get to the nearest Chick-fil-A so he had very high expectations when we went, and those expectations were met. After we placed our order for our food, he was surprised that we went and sat down, and had our food delivered to us. Then, when we were sitting there talking, he asked if we were able to get free refills, and a worker came over to the table, said "of course you do" and then proceeded to take my fathers drink, and get him a refill. After we were done, we were sitting their talking, another worker noticed that we were done eating, but just talking, so he took all of our garbage, and told us to feel free to stay as long as we wanted, and let them know if we wanted any refills or anything. For chick-fil-a being a fast food restaurant, this service was just amazing. read more

there is a problem with your lemonade. I've tried twice and its not right. I went to the University and they know how to make it. Your lemonade in Bloomington is wrong. Your chicken is great as normal but your lemonade is the key to my experience. I don't know what you are doing wrong but I will not go to this store because the lemonade is wrong. Stopped in today with my sister and niece visiting from out of town. I have been in before, but today I made note of how we were treated. Pierce was the young man who helped us with our dinner. I don't think I have ever met a more polite person who was more concerned with all of our experiences there. He was polite, caring, and attentive. He asked how much ice we preffered in our drinks, he wiped off our cups from any extra soda on the sides, and he double checked the order to make sure everything was correct. I never require extra attention with my orders, but I appreciate greatly the effort he put in with my guests. (over done) The bun completely falls apart when trying to eat; lil greasy.. but tasty non the less. The waffle fries are a good change and the drive through attendant had a great smile! Being from the South I know a lot about Chickfila. Not to mention I worked for the company in high school. To my delight this place is just as good as all the others. There's a couple things I notice they could do better with the coater, but unless you've been apart of the company you wouldn't notice it. My only complaint is the parking lot. Oh my god! This is a horrible location. The food never comes out right, it tastes like crap, the employees are always rude, and I feel out of place when I'm in there. Last time I was in there, I got sick. I was in bed for a day before I got better. There was something in their food that gave me food poisoning. I called there to complain, but the manager I spoke to hung up on me before I finished what I was saying. I called there again, and the same person answered as before. He hung up on me again. I love Chick-fil-a, but not this establishment. Statistically, 60% of my orders at this location are not fulfilled correctly. More often than not, when I open the bag when I get home I did not receive the food I ordered. I started to avoid the drive through but the same thing happens for dine in or take away. I'm left with smaller versions than I ordered or just different sandwiches and sides. They will offer refunds or replacement meals when you come in again. That may be nice enough but it doesn't solve the issue that I need to go find another meal or more food for the family to replace the wrong order. The mixups happen way too often and at this point, being open for many months now, they should be getting orders right 99% of the time. read more

Really fast service . I had the deluxe with coleslaw lemonade and sundae definitely one of the better chicken sandwiches I had in a long time. Clean welcoming atmosphere its wasnt super busy however with tbe playground I would probably avoid this place around dinners and weekends. My only complaint about the food was the tomatoes are sliced too thin and end up slimy from the hot chicken on top not a huge deal just pulled them off , next time I will hold the lettuce and tomato all together and request extra pickles :). for pricing themselves on customer service, this particular store lacked heavily. the lady taking our order rang up the wrong drink and eat in when i asked for it to go. i politely reminded the staff that it was to go, and my wish was granted. however, the wrong drink came out. since i had asked for a drink that was cheaper, they insisted on giving a refund to me. i asked for the drinks just to be swapped, and they refused. after returning me the cash, i returned to the register to purchase my correct drink. it was then that they finally realized that i just wanted the right drink. after twenty minutes, i had my frozen lemonade and chicken nuggets and was out of there. read more
