I must admit, if this had been my first Chick-fil-A experience, I might not have another. Yes, the chicken is moist and tasty, but the waffle fries were not cooked completely. I hate mushy fries. Also, it was the dinner hour rush and there was only one person behind the counter taking orders. There were plenty of people filling the orders because before I could even put my change away, my order was ready. I guess that explains the under cooked fries. No one was out in the dining room area cleaning and asking patrons if they needed anything, like in Wheaton. So, I will just have to visit another Chick-fil-A to average it all out. read more

This Chick-fil-a is just an excellent food establishment. The service is fantastic, and surprisingly quick. Each time I visit, I hardly even have to wait for my food. One time, the person working the cash register did not hear part of my order, and the manager personally gave me an order of medium waffle fries as compensation. Sometimes, it seems like the people here are TOO nice. As for the food, the spicy chicken sandwich is delicious (albeit not that spicy). Their hand-spun milkshakes (especially cookies and cream) are to die for! Overall, this Chick-fil-a has delicious food and top-notch service. I've been to this location multiple times. The staff is always friendly and helpful when you order. The inside of the restaurant is spacious and clean. I've ordered multiple items from here and they have all been tasty and prepared nicely. My most recent idiot brought me through the drive-thru. There are two ordering lanes, so this keeps everything moving for the most part. I redeemed my free sandwich (from the mobile app) with no issues. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich because I had never gotten that before. Although the sandwich comes with no cheese or sauce, I was pleasantly surprised to find that none of that was needed. It was definitely one of the best, if not the best, fast food chicken sandwich I've ever had. The bread was very tasty, the chicken was moist and seasoned perfectly with a slight hint of lemon, and the lettuce and tomato were fresh. Even tried someone else's phone and it didn't work on theirs. So I called 3 times. The first two times I was placed on hold and then got disconnected. This particular location is as speedy as the can be. Employees are welcoming. And of course excellent food. The cashier was friendly we received our order very quickly considering how busy they were. My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich and don't miss out on the chick-fil-a sauce. After every customer would leave the table someone would come immediately to disinfect it. Yesterday, I order 55 dollars worth of food because I was celebrating something with some friends. My card declined 5 times due to their system. I tried 3 cards total and their system was not working. They made me wait for 15 mins and never even offered me anything during the waiting. When my card finally when through after trying 3 of their machines they just said "good night". Whatever happened to chick fila's good customer service?! Chick-fil-A's customer service is as good as it gets when it comes to fast food. The employees are kind, welcoming and willing to accommodate. Their sauces (any of them) go well with their meals and they aren't stingy with them! Their lemonade is a staple. At times it can be too sugary but overall is really good especially on a warm day. All of the Chick-fil-a locations are actually nice, but I definitely always have a great experience, particularly in this location of the restaurant here in Bolingbrook. Their food is really good and definitely one of the best. But I do not look forward to going in here, not only because of the food but also, of course, the customer service. It is safe to say that their customer service is amazing. The staff are just so nice, friendly and helpful. Every staff member I've spoken with here has been amazing and accommodating in every situation. There would always be a long line in the drive through, but it is just basically normal. I can still get my food fresh and hot, perfectly and definitely accurately, so I do not really complain when there is a long line. Patience is really a virtue. The food is so good from this restaurant, and it is definitely worth the wait. The food is always fresh and hot, while the drinks are always cold and taste fresh as well, especially their freshly brewed iced tea. I just love this restaurant. You know, when you are craving some delicious sandwich and you want it really quickly and would not think of any fast-food restaurant but Chick-Fil-A. I've been a regular customer of this restaurant for years, and I must say that they are consistent with their food and service. It is just basically always a normal day each time I visit. There would be long lines in the drive through, sometimes there would be wrong orders given to me, and all sorts of things like that, which I have come to think of as just a normal scene. What I like about them is that the majority of their employees are extremely friendly, and their customer service would always be excellent if it weren't for such occasions. I love their spicy chicken sandwich paired with their waffle potato fries, but when they introduced the grilled option for the chicken sandwich, that is when I changed my mind and immediately loved and chose their grilled chicken sandwich over the spicy chicken sandwich. I also order the spicy chicken sandwich from time to time, but, in my opinion, the grilled chicken sandwich is so much better and definitely tastes so much better. Just had a very bad encounter with two of the worst managers ever, one name was Jon and I didn't get the other one name, I was giving a given a gift card due to the fact their store double charged me on a previous order, when I went back to redeem it they told me it was expired, I explained why I was given the card to both managers and they act as if I was there looking to hustle them out of a free sandwich...neither of them even attempted to fix the issue with me being the customer, normally the people are nice however today even the cashiers were not welcoming. I know they have to be nice you here. It's their gimmick, and they do a great job with it. Such a pleasant service alternative to being verbally berated at the McDonald's down the street. I've only been through the drive-through here, probably more often than I should. For breakfast, I've had their spicy chicken biscuit. Can't say I'm a huge fan, just too dry, even with some honey. I do like their spicy chicken burrito. Always made fresh, and comes with eggs, chopped spicy breaded chicken, and mix of roasted peppers and onions. Make sure to get a packet of the smokey flavored salsa to top it off with. The hash browns are nothing that great, possibly on par with Burger King's. Same with their coffee, I am more partial to the stuff an McDonald's. For luch/dinner, I've partaken in the spicy chicken sandwich. Not much, just spicy breaded chicken on a bun with pickles. I do love their chicken nuggets though. Unlike other places, they use whole chunks of chicken, not a mystery chicken part mince. The breading may be a bit soggy, but it tastes good all the same. The waffle fries are usually a little too soft for my liking, but if you dip them in the special Chick-fil-A sauce, it is all good. Their sweet tea is the best , and their fresh lemonade is a close second, (If you don't like pulp in your drink, you will not like their lemonade.) It's fast food with a happy twist to it. Sweet baby Jane. I finally visited this place, and I think its been open a year, but it was a refreshing visit. It has some things I haven't experienced at a fast food joint in a long time. The staff are genuinely polite,and I felt like I was in a Church of Chicken. Ordering was painless, getting it was quick and they walk it out to you. Then they will pass by every 5 mins to see if you need a refill or anything you need. I thought Ned Flanders was in the kitchen pumping everyone up. The Chicken sandwich is mighty good, and the waffle fries take me back to elementary school. This place is like a Culvers, except chicken is their thang. I never received my birthday reward, so the staff at the Elmhurst store provided me a gift card, however they never pointed out there was an expiration date. Today I went to this location and tried to use my birthday reward gift card and was told, it's too late, it's expired. This all started because I didn't get what was due to me anyway. Love the chicken..but the lines are terrible for ordering. I always do a mobile order to cut down on the line. My one GIANT complaint is putting all condiments in the bag. The major thing I can say about the Bolingbrook Chick-fil-A is CLEAN!! I have to say this is the cleanest, most organized fast-food restaurant I have ever visited! It is sparkling clean. Even the condiment packets are arranged nicely in the trays. For me, that shows a major dedication to detail. And the staff... what can I say.... overall outstanding! I felt like I was in a full-service place and not a fast food place. The food is good, hot and fast. I am a beef guy, but the chicken sandwiches are good. The price reflects the quality. You will not get super cheap prices here like Burger King or Mc'D's.. and that is because the food is quality. The last two times I've visited this location, they have given me the wrong drink. First, in July, I ordered a large Regular lemonade, and they gave me a diet one. Then, last week, I had a mobile order for a peach shake with no whipped cream amongst other things. My husband picked up our order, and the shake was a chocolate shake with whipped cream. Not the biggest deal, but trying to get a credit for the shake (which I didn't like) has been the real issue. Here we are, a week later and at least five phone calls in, and I STILL have yet to receive the free Shake reward on my account that they keep promising me. Nicole, the director, told me that they typically only do these credits once a week. Why?!? She also told me she personally added it to my account yesterday, but I still don't have it. So, they make a mistake on your order, and you have to jump through hoops to try to get it remedied! Also, this location almost always gives us the incorrect sauces that we asked for as well. And, I've had other incorrect items in the past too. read more

As a transplant to the Chicagoland area, I was tickled pink to see one of my fave chains move into the the area. I prefer Chick-fil-a sandwiches over similar offerings at Red Robin, Applebee's and (dare I say it) even Portillo's. I have never had an order mix-up at this location, including when i ordered a tray of breakfast minis for a work potluck.
