So when this place opened up near my house in Bolingbrook it USED to be my favorite spot with amazing food . Comparing this Chick-fil-A to Oakbrook Chick-fil-A this one is not so good . Not as fresh as when thy first opened . They don't customize orders anymore. The chicken sandwich isn't the best . The POPEYES chicken sandwich is definitely hands down way better . I feel like the chicken sandwich needs a change to be the " best " again . But I will still keep coming because I like the food still . Just leaving an honest review . Really don't see the big deal about this place. Yea, their seasoning on the chicken fingers is better than average, but that's about it. If you want to do chicken, show me you can cook the whole chicken. It's easy to do chicken breast only. Do some wings! thighs! legs! That will show me that you can do chicken. Also, your chicken nuggets are awful and your Mac n cheese is not "crusty" on the top and it's tastes very average. Best thing here-chicken noodle soup. read more

I decided to dine in here tonight on a whim. The food is made fast, fresh, and tastes good. The staff is exceptionally pleasant. It's staffed by high school/college kids who actually seem to care about customer service. The muzak playing is different, but okay--sounds like Christian music minus the vocals. The play area is clean and nice, if a little cramped. I don't normally dine in at fast food places, but this experience has been considered an optimal one. read more

I love this place. Their chicken biscuit for breakfast..... YUMMY!! Definitely get the hash browns. I always go for the lemonade. It's one of my favorites. The nuggets are not like any other I've had. Not processed and filled. Just good ol chicken. You should also try the spicy chicken sandwich if you like such food. I really don't have complaints. Chick-fil-a is an excellent fast food chain. One of my favorites. That's why I suggest you visit any other one in the area. The drive through took over 10 minutes, and not because they were insanely busy, there were 3 cars ahead of mine. Their customer service is among the worst I've seen. Again, not an indictment against the entire chain, only this one. Once I finally got to the window, I had already said I had a coupon for a free Grilled Chicken when I'd ordered, only to get charged full price once I got to the window. When I showed them the coupon, the window person got visibly upset, but did bring his manager over to refund my money. It wouldn't have happened if you'd taken 3 seconds to LOOK at what I'd ordered, especially since I was quoted the price after the coupon. Once I finally get past the drive through, no ketchup in the bag, no salt on the waffle fries. Come on. Every Chick-fil-a I've been to does that, and on top of not being able to correctly price my order, you couldn't've put a couple ketchups in there?? TL;DR version - Any C-f-a but this one. read more

I went through the drive through here on 02/19 just a couple days ago. When I was there I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe combo. As I moved up I realized I forgot to say no cheese. I was trying to see if i can catch anyone on the way up but there was no one in between the people ordering and the people giving the food. So as soon as I got up near someone they tried handing me my food but I told the lady that I forgot to say no cheese. Mind you I did not touch the bag she was still holding everything outside my vehicle. So As soon as I told her I forgot to say no cheese she goes "oh. Well its already been made. " I replied oh okay can They just remove the cheese?" She said "well you already paid. And you paid for the cheese. Have a nice day. " In a very send off way like "too bad sucks for you". She was so lazy to even ask!! My money was 100% and I paid full price so why can't I get what I want?? i called the manager on duty immediately she offered to remake it & apologized I was already gone bc i was on a tight schedule already. So she offered a refund I told her I cant comeback today maybe tomorrow. Long story short I had something personal happen that I couldn't make it. i call today spoke to the manager on duty this time a man. Explained the situation & asked if was okay if i go right now? He said did i get a name because he cant do anything & didnt hear anything. I did not, i was already in a rush that day. He basically sends me off & says theres nothing they can do. Without a name and plus since i said it was "a couple days ago" they don't do that. He said they only fix issues same day otherwise basically its your loss & sucks for you. I Am INFURIATED being treated like this not once but twice after spending MY earned money. I will not be coming back and will be calling again tomorrow. I already described it was a female he could've easily said try calling tomorrow or I will send out communication and see if anyone knows can i get a good call back #? Nope. NONE of that. This is the best Chick-Fil-A that I have ever been too. The service is excellent and my food is perfect every time I have gone. But today I wish I could give this review 6 stars! :D It is the day where you can get your meal for free if you dressed up like a cow! Me and my girlfriend both "dressed up as cows" and got both are meals for free. The cashier said we could get ANYTHING off the menu for free. I guess I should have expected start up issues since this place just opened a month or two ago. But I took the family there for dinner (6 of us) and ordered. Meals for 5 of us came out in a normal period of time. I waited fo the last one for about 8 minutes before engaging the manager or owner. I told him to give me a refund for the last meal as my family was almost done with their dinner (we were rushing to get to a soccer game). He went to the back and got me my meal which took another few minutes. I told him I did not want to eat alone, the "experience" was unacceptable and to just refund my money for the ONE meal. To be honest, if he gave me my $5 I would have just grabbed something later and not be here writing this. But instead, he gave me a coupon for a free sandwich. No refund. I had to eat very quickly alone while my family waited. My kids like Chick-fil- but we will travel the extra few miles to the Naperville store next time if they want it that much. But to be honest, with all the fastfood choices, I see no need to go back. read more

I always use this chick Fil a to cater lunches for Drs offices in southern IL and they are always on time with my order, have everything prepared and are extremely accommodating. The Catering Director is super nice too. Definitely will continue using them for office lunches! read more
