Phenomenal! This was my first ever visit to this chain. Fabulous experience. I did drive through and everything moved along quickly. While I had minimal employee contact, I cannot believe how patient and kind the ladies working the window were. They were very happy while being efficient. In my mind, this says they are in a good work environment with good leadership. I'll be back. Cane's is now in the rotation. Food was delicious. I like the chicken of course, crinkle cuts is a nice point of differentiation and the toast was very tasty. I'll get the negative out of the way: the parking here is going to be a little difficult because the location is pretty tight on space. Most of it was made for their drive through, which is understandable in that busy location so keep that in mind. Inside if was clean and the service was really nice! The ketchup dispenser did run out and no one seemed to do anything about it besides give packets at the front when requested. The tenders were juicy and the fries were nice, as usual. What We Ordered: -Kids Meal $8.29 This is not my go-to Cane's. There's some positives and minuses about this location. I like how this a decent amount of space in the dining room for eating in. Most folks take Cane's to go from what I witnessed, but there's a fair share amount of people who stay and eat in. My normal location is basically a shack with a few outdoor tables which are always occupied. We usually eat it at home. I like how this location had plenty of open tables to eat at. The downside is the narrow parking lot. Granted our normal location has a pretty narrow parking lot, but this location is next level with how narrow the parking lot. The Chicken Tenders weren't as crispy as we use to and it was a bit under battered in my opinion. The fries were pretty solid as always! I chose a lemonade for a drink. The only downside is that they charge for refills of the lemonade, but you can get a refill of sweet tea for free. I would go back if we were ever in that area again. read more

Warning - everything is fried in peanut oil. Sorry I have to knock things down to one star, but this is serious stuff. There are increasing food allergies out there, including peanut / tree nut. Peanut is an life-threatening anaphylaxis situation (you could die), and the fact that I had to ask if things are fried in peanut oil instead of it being very obvious is very troublesome. There is a reason why other fast food places avoid common allergens - it leaves way too much to chance. (For bonus idiotic points, the layout of the restaurant pad is so bad that the traffic cones close off the parking, so you are basically required to use the drive thru.) read more

Chicken is fine, sometimes it's better than other times. For the most part, chicken tenders have been good and not dry. Sauce is flavorful. Toast and chicken was perfectly crispy just like I like it! The only thing that was terrible was the parking. This review is about the drive thru layout. I normally go to the Canes back home in Alhambra to order food but today I wanted to get food fast and decided to stop at this location. It's very easy to miss especially when it's dark and barely any lighting and especially if youre coming from the left side. Anyways you're supposed to enter through this cul de sac type street but I missed it and entered through their driveway that's meant for exiting. I happened to get out and then found the drive thru entrance. The drive thru wraps around in a circle so you're supposed to order with the server and then go all the way around to the window. They don't tell you and it's pretty confusing especially if it's your first time at this location. Also parking here is a clusterfuck because there's barely any space to back in. As a first timer at this establishment I'd say it's pretty good. The prices are decent however the food itself is a bit of a miss. The fries were extremely salty and the chicken needs to be more crispy. They do however have good customer service and their signature sauce and coleslaw are solid. First of all, I don't usually complain this much about any restaurant, period If there's option to give half star or zero star, I would do that. I had a worst experience from this location. Their food is still good and always consistent but the service was pretty terrible. In terms of the service, they are below average and yes I understand that they were busy. But still, they were not attentive at all to their customer. I ordered the food and got the table outdoor and went to the restroom to wash my hands. I was waiting for my order to be served around 20~25 minitutes or so. And I realized that someone who came later than me got the order earlier than me. I had to ask the employee about my order, if they are still coming. They found out my food right behind the counter and they were sitting there whole time while I was waitng. Surprisingly, ever since Burbank got its own Cane's, I've steered clear most in due part because of the crazy looking amount of people that were in the drive thru when they first opened. Fast forward to a few years later, I finally decided to give it a try. I had a car full of kids and one of them asked if we could go to Cane's. I hesitated but then decided why not. First and foremost, the parking lot is that of nightmares. I don't see how any cars will be able to leave the parking lot with the amount of cars that go through the drive thru. Also, the drive thru is a nightmare in itself where you must go through it not once but twice it seems, although they are different lanes. Luckily when we went the line wasn't insane. There was a large truck that ordered at the part of the drive thru that takes tour order, but he ended up parking in the most open parking space he could find because the drive thru is very narrow laned in some spots. The employees that I encountered were very kind, helpful, and quick. My drive thru experience wasn't very long luckily. The food was actually pretty okay, but I don't have any other Cane's locations to compare it to. The chicken was very good and I was surprised at how good the Cane's sauce was. In one you just order then you make another looptie loop around to pick up your food. Me and my kids got a kick out of it. It has what you would expect from Cane's. Was craving Canes sauce so drove to the Burbank location for a Caniac Combo, Cup of Canes sauce, and Sweet Tea. The food is consistently the same quality (mid) no matter what location you go to. I would definitely prefer canes over a few other fast food places though. The line can fill up quickly if estimate a 5-10 minute wait time from order to receiving your food. Parking isn't too bad but not many spots for how busy it is. The vibe inside is pretty clean and the staff is nice. Not worth the drive from LA though in my opinion. read more

I've always wanted to try Cane's so this is my first ever experience trying it! The drive thru looked a bit hectic so I recommend going in. I expected it to be busy as I went on a Friday night. The line inside went fairly quickly and got our food in about 10 mins. Overall, I love their chicken and toast but their sauce was the star of the show! The fries were a bit soggy but I ate it at home and (pro tip) popped them in the air fryer! Made such a difference!! There's also plenty of seating inside. The only downside was the parking lot. I didn't really know where to enter as the cars from the drive thru lane were blocking it. It was a super small lot and didn't want to deal with drive thru so I parked across the street in the other businesses lots and crossed the street.
