So my daughter has been going to the dr near this location for over a year now and I never knew it existed. I sure was glad her dr suggested it because typically we drive all the way back to Garner. Upon entering we were greeting by smiling staff, we placed our order and received a number to be seated to wait for our food. The dining area is smaller than expected but it was extremely clean. After being seated we received our food in 3-5 mins. Not long at all. Everything we asked for was on our tray. The food was hot and fresh per usual. The wait at this Chik-fil-A location can be awful, luckily it was not busy during my most recent visit. There are two order lines with employees waiting to take your order during COVID-19. Once this step is complete you pull around and more employees are there to bring you your order. I ordered an 8 ct nuggets meal with fries and a Sprite. I was so sad to discover that my soda was just soda water when I got home. The fries tasted like they had been sitting out too. In the end, this location is just okay. read more

First time visit, but I was very impressed with this location! The cashier and both the lady picking up trays were so sweet. It's a clean restaurant and well cared for. The drive-thru line was really long, but we ate in. An enjoyable experience overall. When I asked for a recommendation of a sauce to go with my Spicy Chicken sandwich, the lady at the counter recommended honey mustard. Great compliment to my sandwich. I know fast food is nothing fancy, but I really enjoyed my #3 - Spicy Chicken Sandwich, waffle fries, and lemonade. I had to try their chicken since I had never been to a chick-fil-a before. I was impressed. Chicken wasn't dried out and was breaded enough. Their fries are waffle ones. THE BEST chick-fil-a I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot of them around the country. They are bringing joy to the world one chicken sandwich at a time. This is mostly a review for their service in covid precaution world simply because I didn't frequent here much before. Everyone is so friendly. The line moves lightning fast so don't be intimidated if you get there and see a line. They are so organized and on top of it. Whoever is running this place and training these employees needs to open more chick-fil-a restaurants or run for president because this place is a true gem. I come here at least once a week. We arrived at around 1:30 for what we thought was going to be a quick trip through the drive thru. The line was SUPER SUPER long at the drive thru so we went in for a TO GO. The line inside was also SUPER SUPER long !!! What is going on ?? We waited and got our to go order. We grabbed a fry from the bag on the way out of the parking lot. They were COLD !!!! How could that even happen given the volume of food that they were processing ?? Our sandwiches were great but NO NAPKINS !!!!!! Reaching out to the community is what Chick Fil A on a daily basis does better than its competitors. Today before going for my daughters 4 year old check up. We stopped to have breakfast. We had the usual chicken nuggets. But what was going on in the main part of the dining room. Caught my daughters attention. Seniors bingo. What a great way to use there space after traditional breakfast hours. Players won Chick FilA mugs, t-shirts, gift cards. My go to is the 12 piece nugget, with just enough light breading. Usually get fruit as a side, always yummy. Great to have quick service options a bit healthier. Not the best location, kinda hidden, and overflow parking has to park across a busy drive near Bass Pro. Overall still a good choice when in the area. read more

Stopped in here while I was getting an oil change next door at precision tune. Great chickfila location. Not overly crowded like most other chickfila locations. Plenty of open tables at noon on a Saturday here yesterday. Great service from the staff who offered refills and brought the food out to us. I stopped by this Chick-Fil-A for the first time tonight, and I must say this was one of the only disappointing experiences I've ever had w/ a CFA. I went through the drive-thru, so I can't speak for the inside of the restaurant. The people working the drive-thru were very friendly (as you would expect from CFA - they have the best staffs in fast food). However, when I got home and got my CFA sandwich out of the bag, I realized something was wrong. The chicken was burned and very dry - it seemed like maybe it had been under the heat lamp for way too long, as well as being overcooked. The breading was disgusting (a common problem I've found w/ all CFAs - it gets soggy and falls off the sandwiches). Maybe they were just slow tonight and this one slipped through. Given the consistent positive experiences I've had at other CFA restaurants, I'll give this particular one another try and hope for better food next time. read more

I made a personal vow when I started Yelping never to review a fast food joint....oh well. I moved to NC 17 years ago, and it's taken that long for my love of Chiick-Fil-A to blossom. The chicken is delicious, and I curse Sunday for it's lack of Chick-Fil-A. Politics aside, shame on you Chick-Fil-A, they are the friendliest fast food franchise on the planet. However, my most recent trip was met w horrible customer service When I got up to the window to pay for my brrakfast, I did not get a "hello" or "how are you?". While waiting for my change, I an employee standing right next to the one who took my money decided that this was the right time to tell her supervisor, also standing there, that Tom gave her "this ugly a-- hat", a reference to their uniform. I swear from time to time, but never during work where or when customers or clients can hear me. So rude. When I received my food and thanked the cashier, I didn't even get a thank you back. Outstanding poor customer service! there were 6 employees up front, including 2 managers, one was counting the safe and the other manager dressed in black was filling ice and tea, I am waiting, the only person in line to place my order, not a single person ever bothered to say hello or that someone would be with me shortly, finally after several long minutes a cashier took my order, no I am sorry You had to Wait and both managers made eye contact but nothing, no hello here, after I placed my order and another long wait, the manager in black made table visits but when I sat in the dining room NO TABLE VISITS! I've come here several times during my lunch break (anywhere between 11:30-3pm) and it is always packed! I always use the drive-thru and the line goes all the way out into Colonnades Way. That said, when it gets that packed, they usually bring a LIVE (yes folk, living and breathing human) outside to take your orders and payment before you even reach the window. During those times, I can sit in the long drive-thru line and still get out with my meal in under 5 minutes. But, if it's just the usual speak-through-the-intercom way, I've learned that it takes much longer and I'm usually trying to inhale my food as fast as I can before my lunch break is over. I don't often eat at Chick-Fil-A because they use dill in their chicken marinade which I find spoils and overrides any other flavor on the sandwich. The only thing that stinks about this location is the drive through is always long and it goes out into the road, and then people end up blocking all the traffic around it.
