I don't understand the fascination with Chick-fil-A. I do like the whole marketing thing they do with the cows trying to prevent people from murdering them and convincing us to murder chickens instead - that's good fun, but the food isn't spectacular. I have now consumed a total of THREE chicken sandwiches from this location. They were all tasty, don't get me wrong, but it's less of a sandwich, and more of 'A piece of chicken in a bun'. There's just not much to it, and it results in some bites that have little or no chicken, and some that have a ton. There's no sauce, no lettuce, no tomato - it's pretty uneventful. Maybe I need to order a different sandwich, but I don't feel like there's anything 'deluxe' about lettuce. To their credit, this location is fast, and the people are friendly. I'd rather have a chicken sandwich from Wendy's though. read more

Terrible customer service and experience, if you're busy, why lie and not have your app actually reflect the situation. Last time I go to this location. This was the first time dining in at a chick-fil-a and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. All the employees were so friendly and polite. The food came out within minutes and was very fresh. We also noticed one of the employees sanitizing every table including the seats and legs of the chairs after each customer. I just finished helping a client of ours just down the street from your location and I figured I just grab a quick bite to eat before heading home. I didn't realize that it was so close to 10pm when I arrived. I love Chick-Fil-A and choose your brand over most fast food, until tonight. I arrived about 9:58 and the gentlemen helped the person in front of me. When I approached the counter, he turned and asked someone 'should I take this order?' The Female, Hispanic, replied 'Yes'. I ordered a Chick-Fil-A Combo with American Cheese and a Large Coke Zero. At this time, there were cars wrapped around the Drive Thru. When they delivered my Sandwich, I immediately noticed that the sandwich wasn't HOT like it usually is. When I opened the sandwich, you could tell the Chicken Breast wasn't fresh, Warm at best and very soggy as if it was being staged in a warmer. I didn't say anything at the time, decided to eat my sandwich, Waffle Fries were the best part of my experience as they were HOT, just missing salt. I then returned to the counter as I wanted to order another sandwich, hoping my 2nd sandwich would be fresh. The gentlemen with glasses, refused to take my order stating they were closed and their Operator doesn't allow them to take any orders after closing. So what he's telling me, is you would rather discard the few Chicken Breasts you still have staged, than sell them to a customer who just wants to order another sandwich.... Stunned, I'm like OK and returned to my table... Hold On, It even Gets better Then, as I'm leaving after using the Restroom, I approach the counter and ask for a Refill. The male employee informs me that he can't refill any drinks because they're cleaning the machine. Wait, your cleaning the machine, but the nozzles are still on the fountain. I ask to speak to MOD and Emily agrees to speak with me after she puts the $$$ in the safe. I asked her for her help in understanding that I just paid $8.20 of my hard earned $$$ for a combo where the chicken was warm at best and now I can't even get a refill on my drink. She explained to me that they have to take the nozzles off every night for cleaning - I know that, I spent 21+ years as a General Manager for Jack In The Box, and I never refused a guest a refill. How hard is it to replace the nozzle and oblige the refill request of the customer. Truly, Emily and her staff were focused more on closing tasks than providing the high level of service that I have grown accustomed to when I visit Chick-Fil-A. It's sad that Emily, a management person, missed an opportunity to satisfy me as a loyal guest of CFA. Also, the dinning room had several people in there, and one other couple were bothered when they were refused a refill as well. I know your struggles as an operator and instances like this just takes away from the Level of Service you are trying to provide to your valued Guests. Why would Emily as a Management person, refuse anyone a refill - She would rather give out your email and risk a complaint than simply instruct her subordinates to refill the drink - I would have been more than happy to wait while they cleaned the 'Nozzle.' Since, Emily, and her staff didn't value me a guest last night, I respectfully request that you refund me the $8.20, since the sandwich was warm, I was refused when I wanted to order another one and finally Emily, refused to refill my drink. It's not about the $8.20, it's about the principal, even though I ordered at Closing Time, I should of received a Quality Sandwich and a Refill, isn't that what I paid for? Reason why I'm not giving this place 1 star is because they always get my order right and their drive thru is pretty fast. Its 9:56am. Im in the drive thru with my daughter to get her waffle fries and my wife breakfast. She loves the waffle fries here. They tell me i cant order waffle fries till 10:00am. Thats four minutes. They ask me to swing around and order inside which then i wait for 2 cars to get out of the drive thru. I carry my 3 year old in and order food from the register after waiting for two guests. This very well could be one of the most moronic things I have ever experienced at a restaurant service wise. Friendly service. Very busy during lunch. I highly recommend using their app to preorder your food. I've learned not to make that mistake again! I usually order their Original Chicken Sandwich, omit the pickles. Can't go wrong with a classic! The bun is buttery and the chicken is always tender. Not going to write a huge review, as this is my 2nd visit to Chick-Fil-A today. Went to a different location at the end of the day to put in a catering order for one of the cancer clinic'a children support groups I'm involved with on a semi-annual basis. Normally I would do it online because Erin the catering director is the best and it's so easy to order online. But this order had some intricacies that would best be handled face/face. I got there long before 5pm because I didn't want to try and order during their dinner rush. No luck. Place was packed. I offered to come back another time since Erin was coincidentally gone, but the Team Lead (Shaylee) and her Manager (Valerie) collaborated to get the order in no problem. They were marvelous. No surprise. Chick-Fil-A has the best chicken/employee combo there is. Period. This location offers delivery for catering orders within their service boundary, and is very reliable. I must have apologized to Shaylee a dozen times for stopping-up there line, but she couldn't have been kinder or calmer. Thank you! read more

And I love that they get the lines through as quickly as possible and yet still take the time and explain things on the menu if you need help deciding. I love Chick-fil-a but NOT this location. The staff is rude, impolite, and agressive. Drive-thru is the worst. Dare to ask for a large bag or more ketchup and they will make a big fuss with other staff members as if you just asked them for their first born. I can hear you from my car! When I see this I feel so disappointed. How lazy can someone be? I need a large bag. It's easier to carry our meals instead of carrying a bunch of little bags. I can just grab one large bag and head inside. Im not going to ask my kids to carry their own food bags inside. We do not have a garage so it's quite a walk to our front door from the car park apartments. Kids will drop and/or spill their food before we get inside our home. This is why I need a large bag. No need to roll your eyes, make rude comments, or complain to your co-workers around you. Please please please be kinder to families and moms with little ones of ALL races, shapes, and colors. Dining in is also an uncomfortable experience. My hair is not blonde nor do I have blue or green eyes but I should still be treated with respect and kindness. Nobody even offers me a refill when I dine in. I truly hope someone reads this and makes the necessary adjustments. read more

I arrived at the location and wasn't able to go through the drive thru. I was towing an 18 foot trailer. I went to the front door to make an order and was told I would have to go through the drive thru. I explained the situation and was told I would have to download the app and order. I let them know I didn't need another app on my phone. My daughter has worked for Chick-fil-A for 4 years. They take walk up orders with or without the app at her location. Katrina welcomed me as I came in the door. I've always felt the employees at this location are really a great group of people. Cheerful, helpful with good attitudes. Kudos to Don and his team. I had an hour before a meeting so I stopped in for a Breakfast Burrito ($2.65). I opted for the Chicken variety. The burrito was filled with scrambled eggs, chunks of chicken, diced onions and peppers. This is a decent breakfast burrito for sure. I sat at a high top near the cashiers and got the opportunity to listen to a lot of the interactions between the staff and the customers and the staff among themselves. Why? 1) Consistent food quality 2) Awesome service - the staff will comes around to ask how you are doing & refill your drinks too 3) Staff is constantly keeping the place nice & tidy 4) The cow is out entertaining the kid most of the times we're there 5) Playground - cleaner than most places I've had to crawl into to retrieve the kiddies Like other Chick-Fil-A, they have Family Nights (free kids meal w/ adult combo) and other fun events throughout the year. This has to be one of the best locations I've been to! The line was long but went really quickly, the food was fresh and hot. I arrived just before breakfast was over and by the time I got to order breakfast time was over. They not only allowed me to still order breakfast but it was freshly made! I absolutely love the chicken minis and my daughter loves the spicy chicken biscuit. The only downside to this location is they no longer offer hand wipes and I always order extra honey butter on my minis so it would be great to see the hand wipes offered once again. The tea is always perfectly brewed. It's not too light and it's dark enough to have amazing flavor. The lemonade is perfect too! Last week we stopped on a Thursday and got free breakfast entrees. In addition, we ordered a side of fruit. I decided to save the fruit, and held onto it until Friday. I was quite surprised to see mold on the strawberries. Yuck! Fortunately for me, I held onto my receipt and politely took the bad fruit to the establishment where I'd purchased it. Please note, that this is NOT the reason for this poor review. We stopped for breakfast again and sat in the drive-thru line for every bit of 8 mins; though it seemed liked 20. Why hold up the line for someone's missing waffle fries/tater tots? Why can't they pull to the side and have their meals brought out when ready? Sort of like their nameless neighbor on the East side of the building (eh'em!). There no apologies, no explanation or anything. I find it completely unacceptable to have customers waiting that long; but in the early am commute? Seriously? Who does that? Then, to top it off, we get 15 miles away to find that the key piece to those biscuit chicken bites is no where to be found. No honey! Even after it was confirmed that there was some in the bag. Argh! The ONLY thing that Chick fil a can get me right now is a strawberry milkshake. read more

Kids Nite Tuesdays! Mascot, face painting, fun and more! The staff was so cool with all the kids. And CLEAN! This location brought your order to your table, removed your tray and were just all around great! I even heard "my pleasure" when another customer asked for a refill. The staff member, Eric, took the cup, refilled it and returned to the customer's table, smiling the whole time! Both the young men working the dining area were polite and helpful. I generally love this place, but this time it just wasn't great. Not bad, but not great. Part of this is my fault. I usually get the Grilled Chicken Sandwich meal, but today I got a Cobb Salad because I didn't want to gorge myself with those amazing fries. The salad tasted like it had been refrigerated for a bit, but I will say the chicken was yummy. Out of all the locations I would say that this location had the least enthusiastic workers, but they were friendly enough. I must give kudos to one gentleman who picked up my tray. He had a genuine smile and was super sweet. He not only asked to remove my tray, he came back awhile later to ask if he could refill my drink.
