I love visiting this spot for dinner every once in a while, and one of the reasons is that they truly care about us "senior citizens" (over 45, of course!). They offer a free drink with your meal, which is something a lot of places don't do anymore, and it really makes a difference. I was sad to hear that my two favorite humans who work here are moving on with their careers one heading back to college and the other leaving the industry altogether. They were always so kind and catered to me during every visit, no matter how long it had been since my last stop. It's those little touches that keep me coming back. This time, I had the chicken sandwich, which was fresh and just the way I like it with extra pickles! And I can't say enough about the lemonade here so good, I might just treat myself to a gallon next month. I rarely eat Chick-fil-A and today I was reminded why. A friend gifted me a free meal. I show up, received my QR code, they said it didn't work. Ok so I needed to add it to my account. Did that. They watched me receive the code, create an account and then add it to my account. They scanned the code and said it had been used already!! The nice gentleman handing out the food tried to tell his supervisor that he saw me do this and that it was a new code. She said again it had been used. She didn't even try to figure it out! I told them to keep the food. Hopefully my friend gets his points back and doesn't have to worry about ever sending me another free meal. For reference, I was there at about 5:15pm today. Why did I give Chick-fil-a 5 stars? I have pretty much grown up eating it, I have ordered the same thing for as long as I remember. It has always been extremely consistent with great service and excellent cleanliness. "Food is love" is a quote that I really like to hear and see, to me Chick-fil-a is more than just food its love. After a half minute of the kid standing at the box, who was out there not waiting on anyone, it was 10:01 and he wouldn't take my order, didn't apologize, there were 3 cars ahead of me that got orders 1 minute earlier, and he dismissed me and walked away. The staff is very nice and professional and I liked there was some seniors not just young workers. Manager Ryan was great to talk to and ensured my dining experience was outstanding. My fresh, hot order was ready in less than 10 minutes. The chicken sandwich and spicy tenders were perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, top five I ever had. The waffle fries were fun and delicious and my chocolate brownie dessert was just how I like it. Note: All that food was under $20 so I also rank CFA an outstanding value. If I could give a zero star, I would. I pulled up to this Chick-fil-A at 10:27, there were a couple cars in front of me. By the time 1030 will be around. I was just pulling up to the window and there was a guy outside, literally changing the signs. I asked him if there was any way for me to still order breakfast because I've been in line since 1027 and he said I would have to ask the window. I proceed to order and they say unfortunately we have nothing left for breakfast. How do you have nothing left for breakfast when you literally Just stopped serving breakfast and I had been in line since 1027. I think not being able to compensate me it was highly inappropriate and not good business ethics. Being a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customers and reliability. What if this was the only place I could go for breakfast, and I pulled up on time, but because Chick-fil-A's rules or whatever you guys are saying about not having breakfast available, I was unable to eat.
