I have a closer cfa to me but have come here twice and was disappointed both times. 1 month ago: large order with two drinks, a lemonade and a shake. Waited curbside for over 20 minutes and every time food was brought out they asked if order was for X. All other Chick-fil-A's I go to go off of make, model and color of your car. I went both times in what I consider a clearly marked "white Volkswagen suv" and they are constantly bringing orders for small cars to me (a prius, a camaro). After waiting they forgot my lemonade and the girl said she would be back. She resumed bringing out other orders and I never got my lemonade. Today, I placed an order for a salad and asked them to hold the blue cheese. I get home and my salad is actually right! But the vinaigrette, nuts, and utensils are completely missing. I double checked my order and all of the details listed does say I would be getting the vinaigrette and nuts. Why is the operator sending out orders without napkins or utensils? I was so confused because how is someone going to eat a salad without a fork? Unfortunately I will no longer be giving this location my business. I should have learned my lesson the first time. I had never received a response to my last comment & since I never comment it made me wonder if anyone cares. Once again, I wished I had gone elsewhere for a healthy salad. I again found very fresh greens, but pretty much nothing else. About a tablespoon of cheese, maybe a tablespoon of corn, a little bacon & four grape tomatoes. It's not what you're advertising! I specifically asked for broiled chicken, & once again got coated chicken. Mac & cheese, super dry & I just don't know how to be more specific! The young gal seemed confused & was in a large conversation with a young man working with her. No one seemed to know what they were doing! I like this Ocotillo location, it's only a few blocks away from my work and there's a lot of nice palm trees giving it more of an Ocotillo upscale feel. The restaurant itself is very nice and new with newer booths, tables, and a little play area for kids. The service was quick today, the people were helpful, and I was in and out in under 15 minutes. The Nuggets were good as always. I still have yet to try the drive-thru during lunch Peak but it looks like there are multiple lanes that can handle a higher volume. read more

Reviewing fast food restaurants is always funny because: 1) People usually don't read reviews for fast food, 2) People usually won't write a review unless something goes poorly. However, I have always been happy with this location and appreciate the service. Chick-fil-A has pandemic fast food down - the app is easy to use and curbside pickup is smooth. The food quality easily beats competitors and we have never had a bad meal. It may be slightly more expensive than rivals, however the quality easily makes up for it. My kids love the meals with nuggets and macaroni and cheese along with a healthy fruit option. I enjoy visiting this location and will continue to do so. read more

It does not taste like chick fil a. The fries were way overcooked. The chicken sandwich tasted like soap and was very rubbery.

We come to this location a lot and most of the time everything is wonderful. Occasionally one of our items is missing, but the staff is always willing to correct the issue, even after we've left the parking lot. We love this team and their willingness to serve. read more

This location is one of the worst fast food restaurants out there. I'm not exaggerating when I say they have messed up my order OVER FIFTEEN TIMES. I don't get anything complicated. I get a Spicy Deluxe with no tomatoes, extra pickles. I kept receiving sandwiches with no pickles and extra tomatoes, so it got to the point where I even told them I'm allergic - I STILL ENDED UP WITH EXTRA TOMATOES AND NO PICKLES. Just a week ago, I decided to change things up and order a large Mac 'N Cheese and an 8-count or the grilled nuggets. I received my nuggets and a bowl of soup. Now, today, I ordered my Spicy Deluxe with no tomatoes, extra pickles, and received a sandwich WITH NO CONDIMENTS AT ALL. I'm absolutely exhausted by this. I've spoken to management countless times, and sometimes they fix my order and give me a refund, but I'm usually just brushed off and handed a side of pickles as a form of appeasement. This has gotten to ridiculous levels. I don't order anything complicated. I'm generally really understanding if this happens every once in a while - I've worked fast food, and I know it can be rough and mistakes are easily made. However, I can't accept that my order is wrong literally EVERY time I go here when my order is so simple. Went to this Chick-fil-A with my wife and it's by far the nicest I've ever been to! I go to chick fila at least once a week and this one wowed me. All the furnishings are new and the cash register counter is MARBLE. All the associates were nice and served us with a smile! The place is under new management and after talking with the owners,(who are super nice by the way), I found out that ALL of the chicken is HAND BREADED! No wonder it tastes so good! The operator also sent me a free entree for using the chick-fila app, so make sure you do that! I will definitely be coming back to this location. So I have visited this restaurant multiple times and i have never had an issue. That was until I came in a couple weeks ago. The service was terrible. They kicked my sister and I out of a certain area of the restaurant because I was a high school student and my older sister looks like one. This sounds and felt like segregation based off of age, which is against the law. The manager of this store is the one responsible for trying to divide us from the rest of the customers. This establishment should be ashamed of it's workers for treating customers that ONCE loved this little spot. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon. On Tues 1-5-21 I ordered 2 eight piece chic nuggets and 2 small fries, which I was billed for. When I got home and we sat down to eat there were only 1 order of nuggets. Call restaurant and was told by manager Russe that I could drive back and pickup the other nuggets. Mean time I would have to drive 6 miles each way and wait for drive thru which take about 30 minutes round trip. If I did the fries would be cold. We split the nuggets and was totally disappointed with how the situation was handled.. 4 nuggets each is not filling! (Check your order before leaving). My family and I frequent this location quite a bit, but tonight has to be the worst service ever. Went to get late dinner for the family and decided to use the drive thru. The line was very long, but I assume it would be quick. However, after not moving AT ALL after 7 mins and cars behind me, I decided to call. They apologized and said "we have to get the food out and the line will move shortly". This is ridiculous and reasons your location received less than 3 stars. Canes might be better option going forward. I wish I could reverse and leave, but too late. Maybe mgmt should work nights to see the flow and operations of the business.
