We have visited many a Chick Fil A! We have always had great customer service, a clean environment and consistently good food. This particular location is definitely lacking in the customer service department. I just witnessed a manager speak very unkindly to the patron beside me at the registers. The girl taking our order was new but a smile goes a long way in customer service! We, too, had to use most of our napkins to wipe our cups down. Super messy. The food is hot and fresh and service was quick! There are a few people cleaning the dining room so it's pretty clean. This won't be a CFA that we will visit often. There are many better locations nearby and I'd rather drive and get better customer service. read more

I went there under the impression they had a dedicated fryer for their waffle fries but the fryer is not so fries are cross contaminated. I was so looking forward for the waffle fries. This is the worst Chick-fil-a I have ever visited. The staff is rude, the counters and tables are dirty, they are unorganized, the trash is always full, and the managers appear apathetic. Every time I get a drink I have to wipe the soda off of the side of cup because it's always dripping. The staff never wipe it. This is probably why their front counter is always sticky and disgusting. read more

The inside is beautiful and the people are so nice and kind and they always are nice if they got your order wrong and the food is delicious.

The fries are nearly tasteless and appear to have zero salt on them. The grilled chicken club was a big soggy & could have used seasoning. The regular chicken sandwich was good & if we return that will definitely be what brings us back. We were there just at the start of the lunch rush & were amazed at the drive thru line wrapping around the building even with two lanes going. This location is pretty consistently good for how busy they are and they usually do a pretty good job at moving people thru the drive thru no matter how long the line is. My only complaint is that TWICE now I've gotten their Mac and cheese and found a piece of hair in it as soon as I open the lid. I let it go the first time because I know these things can happen in any restaurant especially fast paced stores like this, but today it happened again at the same location and I couldn't take a bite out of it after seeing that. It ruins your appetite so fast and then you have to question getting sick from eating their food. read more

I've been to this location twice in the last week and both times my order has been wrong. Today, 4 piece tender was only 3 pieces, no sauces at all (ordered 6), and one straw for two drinks. I have heard wonderful things about Chick-fil-A & I was not disappointed- wonderful service. It was getting busy when I got there, but everyone had a smile on their face. I usually order carry-out, but decided to dine-in. I was shocked that the employees come to your table and ask you how the food is and talk with you. I haven't been to a Chick-Fil-A for a good five years or so, so when I saw they were opening this new location not far from my house I told myself I needed to try it when I got the opportunity. Well I was hungry for something quick and right in the area so I tried getting lunch here a couple days ago. Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. A lady standing outside had to physically take my order because apparently the drive thru speaker was out of order. She asked for my name, and I told her it was John. She then tried to swipe my card and her card payment machine was out of order, so she told me to pay at the window. I get to the window after 20 minutes and they try to give me someone else's food by the name of Matt. I told her I was John, and she tells me "No one named John has ordered anything. You'll have to go through and order again." I said no thanks and left. Maybe I'll try again in another five years. read more

Tiny horrible weird sweet tasting chicken strips that are way over priced! Do yourself a favor and go get strips at McDonald's instead! Tastes better and is much cheaper! Drive thru was an absolute nightmare with a bunch of young employees running around and trying to take orders when they have speaker boxes like most fast food restaurants have so I seen no need for the employees to be out in the cold! And yes, the speakers were supposedly working just fine! "Meal" did not include drink! Was my first time and my last time ever!!!! read more

This location seems to never get an order right. There is always an item missing. It never fails. I am not understanding how hard it is to put items in a bag that you read off a screen. Many items were left out on the to go order. Spent about 40 dollars on the total order and 10 dollars worth of food didn't make it home. Employees were singing and joking with each other while filling the order. That would be fine if the order was correct. Called to speak with a manager and was not given the opportunity. Easily the worst chick-fil-a I have ever been to. Dirty, dining room, a dozen employees all standing around ignoring customers. I had to repeat and clarify my order 4 times, and had to wait for the cashier to finish her conversation before repeating it again....still got it wrong though so it was pointless. Did you know chick Fil A had breakfast? Yeah neither did I. I ordered a breakfast combo with a chicken egg and cheese bagel. Huge portion of chicken. I got a coffee cold brew with a shot of vanilla. One of the managers there is VERY rude. While going through the drive through I forgot to get my daughter a water so I asked for it at the window. I over heard him say to a coworker "we don't do that shit, this isn't mcdonalds" as he turned to me to hand me the water. THE MANAGER. I was shocked. Maybe there was inconvenience in me asking but it wasn't like they had to change my price and put in a bunch of extra work for a Small WATER. They weren't busy at all either. My complaint is with the inside people who are running the drive thru needs to be retrained. No sauce, no straws and the fries was cold. Chick-fil-As customer service is amazing. The staff members get you what you need and are extremely polite and helpful. They have a great system of how they get your order. The only thing wrong with Chick-fil-A is that they messed up one item in our order but honestly with that many people ordering who wouldn't get an order wrong, I was actually surprised to find that they only missed one item on our order. We told them and they fixed it immediately and even gave us extra food. This restaurant obviously cares for their customers and food quality, unlike other fast food restaurants, they are not centered around money but only want people to have the best quality of food possible. read more

This has to be the most efficient drive-thru ever. It was lunch time and there were 6 people outside to not only take your order, but also to hand you your order as you got to the window. And everyone was super polite. What an enjoyable experience. This place has the best and freshest chicken sandwiches. Also, The Mac and cheese was the best fast food entree I have ever had. The large is a perfect one meal size and the toasted cheese top was perfect. I don't understand the bad reviews in the past, so maybe there is new management now. We had absolutely no problems with the food. Together with the phenomenal service in the drive-thru, I will be going back many more times. read more
