Don't order a milk shake and expect the cup to hold it. Went through drive thru, came home (approx 5min drive) carried beverage in, and bottom busted out of cup all over my floor! I must start by saying that I am biased because I love Chick-fil-A. So it comes down to the location. I read through the other reviews and have a different experience. I recommend that everyone download the app whether dining in or carrying out. This makes sure when you arrive, your order is made and you avoid any long lines and you become priority. The Easton location is top notch and hands down the most efficient fast food restaurant around when it comes to order time to getting your order. We have been here multiple times and whether you are dining inside or going through the drive thru, you are always greeted with the most positive attitudes and professionalism here. I've been to chick fila everywhere but this one is prob one of the worst.. I've been here multiple times and it's very inconsistent. Orders often incorrect. Went on a Thursday evening despite bad reviews. Restaurant seating was about 3/4 full, so they were pretty busy. Service was fast. We had very little wait to order, and they actually ended up following us to our table with our food before we'd decided where to sit. The order was perfect, food was fresh and delicious. Has Chick Fil A grown too fast? As I travel across the country I find more stores have strayed from the quality and consistency I grew up loving in Georgia. This location will not serve a Chicken Sandwich during breakfast hours. Honestly the only location I have ever visited that will not. As I questioned it the person taking the order said I will be happy to take an order for anything on the breakfast menu but not a chicken sandwich. He also said "This store only serves breakfast during breakfast hours". "This store"?? I have had poor service from more and more locations , quality of chicken , I had a sandwich that was no less than a third fat and gristle, some pieces of chicken are bigger than others, sometimes I can get my coffee prepared in the drive through and sometimes I get a hot cup of coffee and a packet of sugar and cream to manage on my own... folks this could be the early warning signs of the decline of the chicken empire of Chick Fil A. me and my boyfriend went to this chick fil a and was surprised at first by how nice the lady was who took our order at the drive through. we both ordered deluxe chicken sandwich (lettuce tomato pickle) but both received 0 pickles and small pieces of chicken and our sandwiches completely fell apart. we got a large fry and the fries were not filled to the top of the box, and were just slightly warm, and our large lemonade wasn't filled all the way up either. they also forgot some of our sauces. this was a very disappointing experience and I can see why it's poorly rated. read more

First off, I love this chain and fully support them. But I am extremely turned off by the crew members standing in the drive thru lines taking our orders for us. It really annoys me and seems pretentious. Why does the restaurant have to pay for 2 employees to do the same job as their microphones? Then when you want to order something different and need to look at the menu, they produce a small menu to choose from. I just think this is just too much redundancy. Just let me look at the screen and order through the microphone!!!!!!!!!!! Arriving at the window, the overly zealous manager courteously greeted me, which I appreciate. But his obstructing the drive is very dangerous. Because I had to situate my car away from the window and because he leaped toward a car 2 cars behind me to give them their food, the impatient jerk HAD to drive around me (even though in 2 seconds she would get to leave) and only because of the obstructive but nice manager did I avoid getting scraped by the impatient weasel.
