This one star is for the customer service I received yesterday 1/31/18. On 1/30/18, at 9:21 pm, I want through the drive through and placed my order. When I got home and everyone got their soup or salad, I then told them that there were cookies. But, nope. So, I called but it was 10:02 and there is no voicemail. No worries, I'll call the next day, 01/31. So, I call in the afternoon/early evening and the very nice young lady informed that I was out of luck. Chick-fil-a's has a policy that one must report the problem on the same day to get either money back or the undelivered item. So, I had $7.69 plus tax stolen from me by Chik-Fil-A. But, they would send me a coupon. They made a mistake, took my money and it's just my bad luck that their policy allows them to steal from the customer. So, do not leave the drive through window without thoroughly inspecting your purchase. Because, if you do and don't have the leisure time to wander back that day, you are throwing your money away. All I can say is third time is the charm. Been there on three different occasions because the kids love to eat this garbage. I ordered my sandwich with a lettuce wrap because I don't eat bread and every time they send out a sandwich with a bun. I wasn't going to say anything but this time they literally forgot I was outside waiting and made me late after waiting an additional 20 minutes. This location has the best fast food customer service. As a business owner myself I am very impressed. In all honesty going to fast food places I've come to expect the opposite (bad service and subpar food). So it's refreshing to come to this location and have such a great experience. Even though the line looked long, it went very fast. The workers greet you right away and they have a great system down. Even as busy as they are, the workers are friendly, accurate and fast. Had a really bad experience here. They're seemingly overstaffed with lots of people behind the counter, yet I still waited 2 minutes at the front of the line to place my order. I ordered the Spicy Deluxe and find out after I sat down that they placed the wrong order and gave me the Spicy Chicken only. When I brought it back to the counter, they charged me additional $0.60+ for the difference, which would have been fine, if it hadn't been the fact that they were going to hand me a bag with just the cheese, lettuce and tomatoes to make my own sandwich. When I told them that was unacceptable, the manager says to me: "So you want us to make you a new sandwich?" Really?!?! Seriously, isn't that the least they could do? Only brave the long lines because my kids love it so much. It's the closest fast food chicken please near our home so I put up with it. Long lines as usual and the only woman who took our order was fast and accurate with a great personality. Wish I got her name but I didn't. When we got to the window the young man asked if I was Shayna and I said no, Liz because the woman in the other lane had to be in front of me even though I completed and paid for my order first. Well, food was still warm, yay but the waffle fries were oily and soggy. Yuck! And the man didn't even acknowledge us after giving us our order. Nothing. He just turned around and chatted with his coworker.
