However, they took an extremely long time, and also made me wait an additional 15 minutes to receive my food which made me late to work. I understand how busy it can get, which is why I made no complaints regarding how long it took to make my food, but they told me that my food would come out fresh and my sandwich was as hard as a rock. I've never seen a drive thru move like this one does, it's rare that you car remains in one spot. Also the food is always fresh and as drive thru a go their accuracy is a solid 99.9%. Our last visit included my wife ordering a chicken deluxe meal and they gave her cold and yet somehow overcooked French fries, a sprite with no syrup and decided to completely omit the chicken sandwich! This is my GO-TO Chick-Fil-A. I have playdates here, mom dates and just solo- "I'm craving waffle fries" moments. They recently beefed up their drive thru staffing, so even though the line looks long, it goes by pretty fast. ChickFilA staffers are SO polite!! And a lot of these workers here seem young, (like high school students) But they do a great job with service. They don't seem cranky like other fast food establishments. We love how they offer Tuesday Family Night activities. A great reason to bring the kids here. (I will say, some of the events are better organized than others, fyi) The play gym could use a good deep clean in my opinion since there are so many kids that go in and out. But I love that there's sanitizing wipes right outside the door. (There's also a basket of diapers and wipes to the far right of the restaurant. Great for MOMS, who forget like me!) Don't forget, if you dine in there's disposable sticky mats the condiments corner. Also, I know it's not good for the environment but ChickFilA has the bendy straws that my kids love using when drinking their milk. They recently did away with the mobile car ordering service (where you can pre-order and they deliver outside to you). You can still mobile order but you have to PARK and go inside to retrieve your food. I used this option to avoid the drive-thru with 3 kids in the car, so slightly disappointed. read more

Let me just tell you, I drove through tonight and it was raining and Chick-fil-A had several employees out in the rain taking orders and they don't just look like scraggly old fast food employees they're holding iPad with matching umbrella adorable Panchos clean uniforms and a smile on their face! This chick fil a location needs some help. The past 2 times we have been now, there has been an issue. The first time they didn't add the fries in our order and the line was too long to turn around and go back and i have kids in the car so i wasn't going to lug them in to get the fries. Today we went and i waited in line for 30 min to get to the window for them to tell me that my order wasn't ready and i had to go park and wait. I waited for another 10 min in the parking lot until i finally called to tell them i still haven't received my order. (As i was watching other cars in the drive way going through the line) i didn't get anything crazy with my order. Just 2 chicken nugget meals. There should be no reason they couldn't give me my food at the window after waiting. Then having to wait again. I'm making the longer drive next time and going to another chick fil a to avoid the hassle of this place. read more

Drive thru line : Slammed, Inside : Slammed. Customer Service : Perfect. This is by far the best Chick Fil A I've been to. The staff here is always so nice no matter how busy they are. Look on a Saturday at 2 in the afternoon the place is going to be busy that's expected, but the staff does a great job at greeting you and taking care of you . Management has trained them very well. The other day I took my kids for lunch during lunch rush, which I already expected it to be busy but not super busy that the line wrapper around to the back where kid play area is at! I saw that there were a lot of kids from a school and I asked what was going on and was told they were doing a fundraiser. It was cool to see how many people went to support the fundraiser but why host it at their busiest time of the day at lunch rush? I saw there were a few people upset because of the lines and many were going during their lunch break from work. Others left when they saw the lines and how busy it was, I stayed because I was already there and my kids really wanted food from there so I was in line for about 10 minutes and was hoping to find seating after ordering. About 1:30 the line died down and there was open seating. So maybe management should host the fundraisers right before or after their peak hours. Just a good normal Chick fil A. It's a nice and big store in a shopping center with a lot of big stores so it's a good place to top by after shopping. The service has definitely been good at all these locations and it's quite noticeable. The entire brand has focused on customer service which really adds to their product. People working will open doors for you, Carry your trays and bring it to you, and wish you as you enter and leave as well. Got the original chicken sandwich combo with their waffles fries and a Diet Coke. I love their sauces here and they are all very good! Make your own flavor for your sandwich or to dip your waffle fries in. If you have kids you can leave them in the kids play area as you can hear and see the madness when you walk in.
