This is the best takeout situation I've seen during Covid 19. They have their mobile staff with their iPads out taking delivery (6 of them and two lines today at lunch), a payment station, and another set of staff(4 today) doing deliveries to cars. Normally, I love Chick-fil-a. I decided to try to go and dine-in at 8:20 this evening and began waiting in line inside. Once it was my turn, the girl at the cash register told me it was closed. The line was legitimately myself and one other man. Not sure how they couldn't have served us and then closed it down, especially considering 20+ people were inside eating. There was nothing indicating they were stopping service inside, and I wasn't told this until I was at the front of the line. I was told I could go back outside and wait in the drive through which was a solid 20-minute wait. I didn't bother trying to plead with them, I just left. Food: 5/5 Has the great, same taste of any average Chick-fil-A around the area. Service: 5/5 This location, for lunch or dinner can have up to 20-25 cars in the drive through lane at a time, and they are so efficient in pumping out orders that I can get my food within 5 mins. The workers are also all very polite and motivated to do their job as they are high-schoolers. Cleanliness: 5/5 Place is always kept meticulous even though hundreds of people pass through each hour in the location. Could eat off the floor. Verdict: Would definitely come back. Why is Chick-fil-A soooo popular? For me, the food is just okay. Sorry all you fans out there. But they are run like a well oiled machine. I mean, they are slick! There is always a line, whether you go inside or do drive thru, but man, they hustle, and service is always with a smile. I did the drive through this time for my daughter, who loves their fries. They have several people standing outside with ipads. One guy was literally there just to hand you a receipt if you wanted it. Say what?! I actually asked him if that was his only job, and he said yes. Wow, talk about efficiency. So no scrambling to get your money or waiting on others to get theirs at the window. It's like bam, here's your food, and you're good to go! I do like that they are a bit healthier, because thankfully my child only likes the grilled nuggets. They are not open Sundays either for those of you who don't know. I mean, what fast food place can afford to NOT be open on a weekend? They just know how to do things right. My first adventure to Chick-Fil-A! After hearing so much about it from Gene X, I knew being back in the south is was one of the many things I needed to accomplish. This Chick-Fil-A has just been remodeled so it's pretty nice. It was also pretty crowded. Those southerners love them some chicken!! For fast food, this place is pretty good. I'd say it's like the In N Out of Southern Chicken. Everyone was very courteous and even the manager was opening the doors for the patrons. Now this could've been because they just reopened after their remodel but I was impressed. The bathrooms were clean as well which is a rare find in a fast food joint. While I thought it was good, I do think Gene X was building it up a bit too much. I've had just as good chicken sandwiches elsewhere but I will admit I liked it and I'd go back again if I were in the area of a Chick-Fil-A. We love chick-fil-A But today is been the worst experience the family and I got dinner at this location. We don't expect much with COVID-19 around but this place has the worst costumer service. We got half of our food and no silverware so we turn around to get the rest but the young girl and guy who talk to us were really rude and try to tell me that they put all the food on the back. I had to show them the bag so they can believe me that half of my order was missing After that I was expecting the manager to come out and talk to us but nothing they just come out get me fries and dressing for the salad apology. In my opinion, this Chick-fil-A is the best place ever. The service is awesome and the food is also great! Their chicken sandwich is awesome, and their Mac-n-cheese is amazing, the melted cheese on top is the perfect touch. I really recommend their Mac-n-cheese for a side. Now, I think that this place is also very kid friendly, the play place is a great touch and the kids meals are perfect for kids about 4-10 years old. Another reason why chick-Fil-A is the staff, the employees are so friendly and always get your orders right, they make sure everything is fine. And, the cleanliness is great. Chick-fil-A is very clean, once I had a spill and they cleaned it right up. This location is consistent with their food but there is a "manager" here named something like Merrah. I'm sure I am butchering her name but given she is so rude I will not lose sleep over it. I absolutely adore chick fil a but this one particular location has given me nothing but problems. 2 weeks ago I received French fries that were black & dark brown they had been burnt so badly they were not edible. The kids there are so young they seem to have no customer service experience and are incredibly rude. I was charged for someone else's order along with mine and it took them 3 days to actually agree to give me a refund, even with me showing them my bank statement they were initially unwilling to reimburse me for a mistake that they made. I had to personally come to the location again & again just to be refunded for a $20 order I did not make. For my troubles? I was refunded 1 penny more than they had wrongfully charged me for. read more

We held a small event at this location for ~12 people and they were so accommodating and genuinely kind. Great service, food, location, pre-communication, and help with the event itself... There was even a staff member floating around offering refills and conversing with waiting customers (busy night), which I haven't seen at many other locations. Great job! read more

Food is always delicious at Chick-fil-A. The company Brand is always on the mark there. We were in the area, ironically, for a business meeting about customer service and workforce accountability. We want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Robin who was doing table touches. She was engaged, offered to refill drinks, etc. but most of all she was friendly and smiling. After we asked if this were a training store, she replied the store always get's visitors from other locations to see 'how it's done'. As a customer we highly recommend this location to visit. I absolutely love this CFA location. The service is excellent - friendly, attentive, and courteous staff. I appreciate that even at their busiest times they have staff floating around the doing area offering drink refills and taking your tray. I love the face-to-face ordering at the drive thru, the food is always hot & fresh, and the speed of service in the morning when we are in a rush is impressive. What will keep me coming back to this location, above all things, is how committed Gene and his staff are to supporting the community. As a person who works with adolescents with special needs this is important. We were able to bring 12 of our students with autism into this location in the middle of a busy lunch and give them a top notch experience. The staff was wonderfully patient with each student as he ordered, and the staff member spoke to the child, not the adult helping him. That spoke worlds to me about their training. They even brought our students over a kids ice cream cup when we were done... first class all the way! I could keep going on about the great weekly BOGO offers and the specials offered to our local schools and community swim teams, but if you've read this much I think you've gotten my point. The food- it of course delicious. But today I had a crappy experience. I called my mom when I got into line at the drive through. By the time I got to the window to pick up my food- the automatic time counter on my car display reflected 17 minutes and 23 second. When I mentioned that it took a really long time- the guy "Tim" just stared at me. I asked him was there a reason it took so long, being that it was 3:30 in the afternoon- he said "uh, no sorry" and then took my card, and handed me the bag of food.
