We went together today. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, and waffle fries. The waffle fries weren't crispy by the time I arrived home but nuggets were very crispy. She ordered a chicken wrap meal with chicken soup and Greek parfait. The sauces is the bomb but my favorite is honey bbq! The line is short since I arrived around 4pm for an early dinner. I've been to many Chick Fil A locations, especially the ones in LA, and they've always been above and beyond with their service and quality of food no matter the traffic in or outside the restaurant, which this location lacks. Been here twice and the drive thru service has always been efficient and super fast; but inside, the employees were seen to be chitchatting with each other a tad much, so much so that they were ignoring people waiting at the pickup area. A few patrons and I were questionably looking at each other while waiting for someone to help us as all the ready items were just sitting on the counter. The cleanliness standards seen inside the restaurant were also questionable, especially the restroom (filthy), given the large amount of staffing there is. See images. As for the food, the sandwiches and cool wraps has always been great, but the waffle fries (my favorite item) were often found to be un-crunchy and sometimes soggy. Love the watermelon lemonade and shake though! I didn't take a picture of the food since everyone's seen em. Given that this is one of very few select locations in the Bay Area, I'll be back once in a while but probably only for drive thru. read more

Grand opening of the newest Chick-fil-a in the Bay!! Lookin like they had more customers than the entire mall with this Disneyland line. The multitude of lines were so well arranged! When I went, it was 5 lanes wide, and probably a mile back!! They know how to feed a hangry crowd! Well not really hangry cus we're so happy we finally have a CFA!! Everything went by surprisingly fast once getting to the front, considering they were serving hundreds of people at a time. If you are waiting, download the app, and place your order via mobile. Once you get to the front, you can let them know, and the process will be super quick. Your food will be freshly made once you check in. I just ordered a sandwich, and it was the most beautiful sandwich I've ever ordered from them. Tasted better as I had to patiently wait for it. You gotta wonder all the people going to work in line at 8am on a Wednesday and waiting to get to the window...you laugh cuz you know they will be late in line. Dangerous how the drive thru is designed and fearful for how dangerous it must be for the staff running up and down the line and running across cars getting your order, handing your order. food was just ok. This Chick-fil-A is always super busy and bustling, no matter what time or day I go. It's actually crazy. I always order on the mobile app so fortunately I don't have to wait that long, but one time I ordered a drink and it was sitting there for 15 minutes because no one called it out. I often notice workers standing around rather than actually doing anything which is frustrating when I'm waiting for my order that might be in the back just sitting. Placed my mobile order for breakfast this morning and when I arrived and scanned my order at 10:31 it said it was cancelled. I was shocked to see this as I had already been charged $45. I had to wait behind the people at the window for 15 minutes before I was able to talk to somebody, and by that time I was informed that there was nothing that could be done and breakfast had a hard stop at 10:30. I can understand this but the app penalizing me for being late but by 1 minute was a slap in the face as I drove 25 min to get here. The portions are small and mostly bread. Quality so so. I thought the food would resemble their commercials on TV, how wrong I was.

I've been to this location a few times since they opened, conveniently located by 280. Food is always great, fresh and hot. I've never had cold food from here. The line moves pretty fast in the drive-thru. They have a great system down, someone takes your order and as you drive towards the pick up window, someone walks out with the your order. Minus 1 star because the lines can be a little disorganized at times even though it moves fast. read more

Also got 80% small pieces of the fries, which you could hardly dip them into the sauce. The milkshake was on point and delicious. I don't usually have Chick Fil A anymore, but it's at least familiar, relatively cheap in price, and know what I'm getting. Never returning to chic filet. My typical order for dinner at least once a month for my family. I order 3 spicy chicken Deluxe sandwiches and 2 kids meals. So the order is pretty big and I was in a bit of a rush. I've never had any issues with my order before so I had high expectations that my order was going to be right and they were not that busy. I won't get into the fast food chicken sandwich wars in this review but will definitely confirm that Chick-fil-A's Spicy Deluxe made for a delicious morsel! This sandwich came on a soft, buttered bun along with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and a slice of pepper jack cheese, and the chicken fillet was juicy, salty, and had just the right crispy crust and slightly spicy flavor. Chick-fil-A is also known for their variety of sauces, including Honey Mustard, Honey Barbecue, Sweet and Spicy Sriracha, and many more, though all of these were on the sweet side for me. For a more health-conscious option, the Grilled Chicken Sandwich on a soft multigrain bun was tasty as well, though for me, fast food and fried chicken was the winning combination! read more

My daughter said these are soooo good! They're crispy and made with real chicken without soy filler, but I thought they were tiny nuggets for the price paid. So... I've been to chick-fil-a's across the US and this has been my worst experience. You could tell the few employees they had were being trained and the fully trained ones had zero sense of hospitality. It took 15 minutes to complete our drive through when other locations serve the same amount of cars in 5 minutes. At one point the girl who was taking orders for our lane just left for some reason (bathroom break?) leaving no one to care for the cars in front of us. I asked about the missing items, Nicole (the cashier) told me there was an egg shortage and when I asked about the tomatoes one of the guys pointed to one teeny tiny tomato and said it was in the salad. If you're a fan of their traditional Cobb salad, I'd pass on this location. If you believe your food will include the items listed on the menu, and you come to this location, you may want to ask if they're experiencing any food shortages. Sometimes the app is not accurate with the wait times. Even though it's a Monday, this location is crazy busy. The workers are constantly fulfilling orders for dine in, delivery pickup & mobile orders. So busy that they forget drinks and desserts that goes with the orders. Customers constantly have to ask where is their drink or where is their ice cream. That's what I've experienced during the extra 15 min I had to wait for my "ready" mobile order. I'd asked two workers where my order was & they went along with doing the next task instead of telling me "pls wait, your order will come soon." Absolutely no communication or customer service. Until a third worker in gray clothing named Gio was nice to pick up my order and place it in a bag so I could be on my way. BOTTOM LINE: If you place a carry out app order, make sure sure you get there (or click the "I'm here" app function) before 9pm. They stop assisting and fulfilling those app orders to take care of the long drive thru line. Saturday, 4/16/22 9:08PM: Placed an online order via their app before 9pm, probably around 8:45pm, for an in-store pickup (I checked multiple sources to confirm the location's dining room was open since its been closed since they've been open). Drove about 10 minutes to the location, parked, and clicked the "I'm here" button on the app but the app indicated this location is closed for carry out. Went into the store, and was told they (this particular location) stop carry out at 9pm to "accommodate" for the drive thru. I understand it's busy, but they need to have a visible policy. How is the regular customer to know this if there is no visible policy when ordering online? I already PLACED my app order, drove within a reasonable time, and was there significantly before the 10pm closing, which was the only time-specification noted by the app. Like I said, I understand this place has been busy, but to "accommodate" your drive thru customers before actual people who placed orders, drove to, and are at your location with the expectation of pickup is a policy that needs to be changed. Or at bare minimum, they need to adjust their availability for online app pickup orders. Posting this to make anyone else aware. read more
