    Spicy Deluxe Sandwich
    Francheska D.

I popped by this location after a day of shopping in Dedham mall. I love that I can order from the app (while paying at another store) and they bring the food right to your table when you arrive. No need to wait in line! I got my usual- spicy chicken Sandwich deluxe with an oreo milkshake. It was delicious (as always). My only complaint - the restaurant was busy and had loads of families with young kids - workers could try to clean off the tables (and booths since kids spill things everywhere) quickly to make them available for others. Everyone that served me was kind!

Spicy chicken deluxe sandwich with large fries

I came with my friend on a weekday evening for a quick dinner. It was very crowded, and we had to wait in a long line. I ordered the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich with a side of large waffle fries. The spicy chicken sandwich was so tender and flavorful! It tasted great with the honey roasted BBQ sauce that you can grab from the utensils stand! My favorite combination of sauces is honey roasted BBQ and Polynesian! I also love dipping my fries in both sauces before eating them. The fries were a good balance of crispy and soft. They weren't too salty either! I'm so glad I got the large size, since it was only a couple cents more than the medium, but significantly bigger in my opinion! The servers were super kind and helpful! Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back!

I've given this place chance after chance but I can't take it any more! They've screwed up my order a few times now. But The straw that broke the camels back was the other day after I got home with my food to find out that some asshole but/or broke off my cookie before delivering it to my car. The shit was open and tampered with. Then, with my points, I'd earned a free Mac n cheese which I normally really like. But this time that crap was so watery and it looked disgusting. I was afraid to eat it after what I'd previously discovered with my damn cookie. It's just sad with everything going on these dumb ass people think it's ok to fuck around with your food! That place can go to hell in a spaceship! They suck!!!! Don't fuck with my money or my food!!!! These prices are too high for such mediocre fast food anyway. The fried chicken is too salty, the waffle fries are only good when they're just cooked which seems rare. Really, they're highly overrated, It's previously frozen, fast food. Just like all the rest. But at least the others offer better service. Their poor service is all a reflection of management and how they handle Customer service. I hope they close this location very very soon. Dedham deserves better than this

Today I really wanted to try their newest collab, the Sweetgreen x Fishwife Tuna Niçoise Salad, and it was fantastic! Tinned fish has become trendy and Fishwife does a lovely job balancing aesthetics with great taste. This salad was the perfect balance of freshness & heartiness. The only downside was it was expensive (about $19 after tax) so it better be a damn good salad (which it was). Service-wise it's better to order pickup via the app for convenience. Oftentimes if we ask the staff for anything they seem to get annoyed.

We walked into a bright, modern space with a clean, minimalist design that matches the brand's focus on fresh, healthy food. The layout is efficient, with the assembly line running along the counter and the dining area set up with a mix of communal tables and smaller seating. The atmosphere is casual and energetic, the kind of place that works well for a quick lunch or a grab-and-go meal, with a steady flow of customers moving through the line throughout the day. The biggest appeal is the ingredient quality and variety. Their bowls combine greens, grains, proteins, vegetables, and dressings in a way that keeps the meals from feeling repetitive. We ordered the Kale Caesar, which is one of the more popular options, and found the flavors well balanced and satisfying without feeling overly heavy. The kale held up well against the dressing, and the parmesan and croutons added enough texture to keep the bowl interesting. The seasonal bowls also offer variety, and the ability to customize ingredients means you can swap or remove certain toppings depending on your preference. The menu feels well curated, with enough options to keep repeat visits interesting. The portions are generally satisfying, especially when you add protein or extras like avocado. We noticed that the base bowls are generous on their own, but the add-ons add extra richness and make the meal feel more substantial. The pricing is a little higher compared to other fast-casual chains, but the meals usually feel more balanced and made with fresher ingredients, which justifies the cost for a healthier meal option. The produce is consistently fresh, and the preparation feels intentional rather than rushed. The ordering process is simple with both in-store and app options, though wait times can vary during busy hours. We ordered at the counter and found the line moved at a steady pace, with the staff working efficiently to keep the flow moving. The restaurant itself is usually clean and works well for a quick lunch or takeout, with the seating area staying tidy even during peak times. The staff are friendly and helpful, answering questions about the menu and offering suggestions without pressure. Sweetgreen is a reliable choice for a convenient healthy meal. It is more expensive than a typical fast-food option, but the customizable bowls, fresh ingredients, and lighter menu make it a good alternative when you want something different from the usual fast-casual offerings. The balance of flavors and the quality of the ingredients keep it as a go-to option for a meal that feels both nourishing and satisfying.

Location is great, there were able 2 employees working the front. Not really sociable with us but very chatty with each other. Pricing is a bit on the higher end for the quality for sure, out of 7 dishes between a group of 4 and 2 were for sure pre-made items only 2 dishes were ok. As for the food itself, I can say it's more on a "cleaner" side vs the extra flavor and oily texture you'd get from a fast food chain. The ramen broth was subtle, the noodle perfect, but the flavor wasn't there. The Chef special roll was way over priced for what you get, especially only having 1 piece being the best out of the "assorted" fish. The hibachi wasn't good in my opinion, good portion though. Would not order that again. The chicken teriyaki flavor was great, chicken texture was more like grilled on a pan vs over flame. Loved the veggies though. The gyoza and takoyaki were good as well as the strawberry mochi icecream. Wish they were more friendly though, making us feel like we were inconvenient for them was a major turn off.

The food quality is above average, the execution is high, and the service is attentive. The space is clean and efficient, but lacks warmth. We visited the day after a large 1-2 foot snowstorm, and Ochi was one of the only restaurants open in town. I've eaten at Ochi 4x since it opened in 2023, although there's a lot more to explore on its expansive and prolific menu. On this visit, we tried a Tuna Poke Bowl, a Salmon Pome Bowl, a Katsu Ramen, a Mango Salad, and a Mochi desert. Regarding the Tuna Poke Bowl, Ochi took the liberty of substituting more expensive fatty tuna (Toro), for regular tuna (Maguro), a generous and appreciated gift as a thanks for dining on a very slow night due to the storm. Hence, I would recommend everything we tried: the Mango Salad, any of the Sushi, Sashimi and Maki choices, the Poke bowls and Ramen (especially the Spicy Miso Ramen, the chicken Katsu Ramen, and any of the traditional pork or beef Ramen choices). In addition, the deserts are especially worth trying, and are all well orchestrated. You can't really go wrong at Ochi.

The place looks like a diner from the 1940s and probably hasn't been renovated or updated significantly since it opened in 1937. It's well-worn but the dining room was clean and comfortable. Since they are famous for their pizza, we ordered a cheese pizza with mushrooms which proved to be tasty. We also got the chicken and eggplant parmesan which was good but not particularly special; above average diner food. Service was excellent from 2 staff that probably have worked at the place for decades. Portions are generous and prices competitive. We'll definitely return!

The interior is from the 1950s. Small, cramped booths, servers that look like they have been there forever, and a great casual family atmosphere, energy. I had a salad with creamy Italian ( delicious), a great big piece of chicken parm (delicious!) that came with a side of spaghetti. Oh yeah. They also serve you with your meal, Scali bread and butter. The food was served hot! I loved it! It seems like most places serve you warm food these days. The food was all delicious, friendly service and a really nice time. I tried to get a few slices to go, but they only serve their famous pizza as whole pies. The pizza is the star of the show here I hear, but I would say everything was the star. Great food, reasonable prices and a great atmosphere! I'll definitely have to go back there for their pizza. Beware if you are a little bit uh, big or Alan Thicke as the booths are very tight, a bit small and a bit cramped for my liking. It may be because I'm a little bit big( 6'2" 240 lbs.). I get it. Places generally weren't made to accommodate people my size. If you have never been here...why not?! Total Class place.
