Regarding the Tuna Poke Bowl, Ochi took the liberty of substituting more expensive fatty tuna (Toro), for regular tuna (Maguro), a generous and appreciated gift as a thanks for dining on a very slow night due to the storm. Hence, I would recommend everything we tried: the Mango Salad, any of the Sushi, Sashimi and Maki choices, the Poke bowls and Ramen (especially the Spicy Miso Ramen, the chicken Katsu Ramen, and any of the traditional pork or beef Ramen choices). After taking a break from this location, I recently returned and regretted it. The prices have increased, and the size of the chicken filet has significantly decreased. Their customer service has also taken a nosedive. We observed the "workers" engaging in frivolous activities like frolicking and flirting instead of taking orders from the customers patiently waiting in the lobby. The morning shift girl with dark hair and blonde streaks was particularly unprofessional and seemed disinterested in her job. She rudely informed Ginley, a 23-year-old manager who was also extremely rude and unprofessional , that she didn't understand why the customers were standing there staring at her. Ginley responded with a laugh and said, "We are at their mercy now." This restaurant lacks any values or sense of empathy. It took an eternity to receive my cold food and watered-down drinks, which I had to request because Ginley was too preoccupied with his flirtatious behavior with his subordinate. When I expressed my concerns about her statement, lack of customer service, and the excessive wait, Ginley dismissed them, claiming that it wasn't that long. Feeling frustrated, I requested a manager, but he chose to be combative rather than empathetic to the customers waiting for their food. This Chick-fil-A did not resemble the ones I've visited in Georgia or other states. I highly recommend avoiding this location. On a positive note, there's one gentleman here with dreadlocks who is always pleasant when I'm there, but I haven't encountered him recently. Visited the new Chick Fil A in Hanover,Mass. for the First and Last time. I had heard people rave and wait in line there at various locations. So, I thought I would try it. First it was OUTRAGEOUSLY Expense. Over $9 for the basic chicken sandwich, fries and a coke. As to the sandwich allegedly a chicken sandwich was really a ' Salt Sandwich' with a little chicken. I am going to give this place 4 stars. I think for a fast food restaurant the food is exceptional. The waffle fries are great and definitely something different that you cannot get at any other fast food place in the area. It seems the lines have calmed down, still a very busy place but can you blame the business on that? It is not their fault that they are popular. read more

Went through drive thru and got home and they completely forgot a sandwich and tenders with 2 of the meals so I went back and got interviewed about my order for 15 minutes since they never gave me a receipt in the first place. We'll see it right away. We actually sat outside. It was beautiful lovely day not awfully hot. The waitress was very friendly. Explained the specials. The coffee was incredible. I also had an ice water. Everything was presented wonderfully.

Service - Placed a catering order totaling $675 and they never delivered and never called. I had…read moreto call after it was 20 min. late and due to their driver not showing up they asked us to pick up the order. We sent one of our guys to pick it up, by the time the order got to us it was 1 hr. and 15 mins. late, meanwhile this was a catering order for 35 people! No apologies, but I got 1/2 off the order. They should've called and communicated this to me. I will not order from them again as I cannot trust that they will be on time or keep me informed.
