Nicest Chick-fil-A I've been in Now don't get me wrong, the service in ALL of them are pretty superb. (I'm my experiences) Whomever did the layout and design in this one was pretty smart. Kids area by bathroom, far end of restaurant. Allowing for those with kiddos to be on a side and enjoy their company, while those that need to have convos or g negotiate are closer to the counters and doors. I am a decades long CFA fan. Everyone in Denison was excited to get a new CFA. They recently changed management, and have a new staff. I was hoping the service would get better, but now they're asking you to pull forward and wait for your food. It's a FAST food restaurant! The Sherman CFA is always much busier, and you're never in line for more than ten minutes. The food seems to be better, but the time issue needs much improvement. read more

Their review is for the inside, NOT the drive thru. Service was really good, waffle fries fresh and hot. Clean comfortable dining area with free wifi. Staff attentive and efficient. Looks like they centered training on the dining area people and that's really good. So your best bet for this location now is to come inside, well worth the extra 2 minutes. read more

Was trapped in drive through for 1 hour on Nov 1, 2025. WORST service. Manager and assistant mgr KNEW there was a problem. And after we got the food....IT WAS COLD!!! Do not recommend. Called the restaurant, spoke to a manager and all He said was "yea this is unacceptable, let me talk to the kitchen, and that he couldn't take care of this, nor refund me unless I went back to the restaurant" and I stopped in on my way back to dallas from Choctaw. this is a big QUALITY ISSUE and oversight. I don't find the chicken sandwich anything special, but I guess I'm in the minority. I stopped going there altogether when I found out the chicken contains over fifty chemicals in it. I make better at home, eggs, flour, Panko, salt and pepper. read more

Less congestion than the Sherman location, which is a major plus; however, not as convenient for on-off traffic from Hwy 75. Quality is what you expect - fast, friendly service and yummy chicken! This location is always so clean and friendly thanks mostly to the teammates like Lauren who treat you like family. They truly want you to have an excellent dining experience. We have eaten here a couple of times now and the customer service is very consistent and great! read more

Went through the drive through. Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches and a kids meal with chicken nuggets. All portions were very small considering the cost. Disappointed with the sandwiches. They seemed to be prepared way in advance and kept in a warmer. The chicken was very dry and not good. The kids meal was really small and the nuggets were tough. The last 2 times we've been it's been awful. The fries on top were hot and that's it! The rest was COLD. Nuggets were COLD. 7pm on Friday evening. My order was 50 bucks for shitty food. Over it. Waste of my money for sure. read more

Food order is wrong most of the time. Chicken is overcooked (dry & dark,hardened crust). By far the worst Chick-fil-A i've ever been to & I've traveled a-lot. Sad because it's a new location. I tried it today, I am no pleased. The chicken is over cooked, very dry and too dark. Sherman's is tasty and golden brown. Please improve.
