This place is great! It's new, nice and clean! Total plus! The playscape is pretty neat; my three year old loves it! It's in a convenient part of town! Best part is that the employees are extremely nice! They have a side table with all the sauces, unlike McDonalds, who will charge you for extra sauces. People will come out and get your food when you finish and they clean the tables immediately! Love the cleanliness of this place! The employees seem happy too, a total plus! Mediocre chicken sandwiches. McDonalds style buns. Waffle fries were ok. Maybe after all the hype I was expecting more. Actually, if you major in chicken sandwiches, you should really have a great chicken sandwich. Tried a regular chicken deluxe, which came with cheese on it. Ehhh. Tried the spicy chicken sandwich, which tasted spicy, but was simply hot for the sake of being hot. It was missing the spicy AND delicious factor. Ehhhh. The place was packed at 5pm on a Thursday, Lots of kids, but kids like McDonalds too, which doesn't say much. As for the service, it was GREAT! Excellent staff, very efficient, very polite. Service was surprisingly quick! Somebody even came by and offered to toss out our trash. They have the customer service angle down, its just too bad the food was so bland. Being a chain, the food is most likely just as lame wherever you go. So if you've been to one, odds are you've been to them all. And if this is your cup of tea ( or chicken), then go for it! I've seen four and five stars for Chick fil A's, some folks are easily amused, but I think Wendys chicken sandwich is better than this and I wouldn't give them four stars either. I am so sorry I can't give this Chick fil A a better rating. Only once have I been given good service. Other times I would asked for a lot of ketchup, mayo and salt, since I never know what will taste the best with their fries. A couple of times the girl has given me such a hard time. Telling me you only ordered a number 7. I was shocked, since Chick fil in other locations have been super nice and given me what ever condiments I want. Really I have no desire to explain that sometimes I like ketchup with my friies, sometimes I like mayo. Need mayo for my sandwich but I wont know until I start eating how much I will need. I mean, it is fast food. But at least it is clean, the employees are super friendly, and the place just overall has more pleasant vibes than other fast food places. We came here for a no frills quick breakfast; our kid is under 3 so totally age appropriate to play in the play area. She was so distracted that we were able to have adult conversation on a Saturday morning, which is the next best thing to be sleeping in. My only wish is that they had refill stations for soda. We've been in the Northern CT area for about 5 months now. As a creature of nature, my fiancé was worried when we moved that he wouldn't be near his routine stores and most of all, Chick Fil A! We both agree that we love this location. I have never had a complaint with the customer service at any location, and this one is no different. It's store in Enfield is the perfect pit stop for those shopping or if you need to hop off 91 for a quick bite. Unfortunately I think the process can move along a little quicker. With the holiday rush it seemed odd that when we visited there was only one lane open for the drive through. Not only does it pose a problem for those who were reaching the point of "hangry" but the line isn't long enough to accommodate the amount of cars. The line was spilling into the plaza road which seemed to jam up the normal traffic. In any case, I had a wonderful meal served with a Chick Fil A smile. We'll be back! read more

This was a fantastic first adventure for myself and my daughter. During the wait my daughter fell hopelessly in love with the play area, however there was an accident and it needed to be closed. While my daughter found out she cried, the manager apologized and the waitress Gabby went above and beyond in finding a way to calm my daughter. Give that lady a raise! NEVER. AGAIN. WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. Ordered through the app for curbside pickup. Waited FORTY minutes to finally have my order handed to me missing beverages as well as dressing. It took me waiting 25+ minutes of waiting before I spoke to the first member of management. I informed them that the app claimed my order had been ready for almost 15. The manager checked on it and informed me that they were "making the order now". Several more minutes passed without anything being produced. I then checked with a second manager, who checked and came back stating he just had them start it when he checked. Five minutes, I was told. I explained that I had been waiting for well over 30 minutes at that point and would like a refund. I waited and eventually a third manager came out and delivered me a refund receipt and stated they were still waiting on my food order. Once the order was finally delivered, it took two more trips inside to retrieve missing items and to replace missing dressing they were out of. I received no apology at any point, and the staff could have cared less. I will never go to this location again. read more

Went to Chick-fil-A at a casino, wasn't very good. I got the chicken nugget and waffle fry meal, and a water. One of my friends got a milkshake, and the bottom of the cup broke open!
