I'm very impressed by Chick-Fil-A's service and cleanliness despite how busy they are with extreme crowds of overflowing customers. Employees greet you with a smile, they check up on you, they offer to refill your drinks, they even bring over napkins sometimes. Unorganized drive-thru that lacks customer service. My order was mess up, instead of fixing my order they wanted to give me their trash. They refuse to correct the order without re charging my credit card. When I requested for a manager Justin Bose (marketing director) got on the line was unable to resolve the issue and went into this spell about food laws. He refuse to give the call to a manager. He stated, "there is no managers just board members and they are not available". Run, run, run, please take your business somewhere else! My kids love this place. It he drive through is quite fast and it's easy to get in and out. In fact I think the convenience of the drive through is the best thing about it - although the waffle fries are also quite good. The negative thing about chick fil a is that their sandwiches are way too salty. I worry about my family eating food with such a high sodium content. Who doesn't know CfA is not in the same league as other FF joints? Food is killer good. Yeah, it can take awhile and the place is nutty-busy. I usually go at 11:20-11:25 to beat the crowd. STAY AWAY DURING LUNCH AND DINNER RUSH TIMES. I have had my car hit twice in the parking lot (a week away) from sitting in the long drive thru line and people backing out. The staff is zero help (other than to just stand there and say, wow that is amazing that someone drives away after hitting you.) The food is good, but is it worth waiting that long wait and either being stuck in your parking place or being stuck in line. If the managers at this Chick-fil-A are an indication, the quality of this chain has gone way down. I usually don't let an experience at one place turn me off to a chain; but in this case I will not be going to any Chick-fil-A restaurants ever again. read more

First of all, we waited over 30 minutes to not get any food after ordering, paying for it, and having one of their obnoxious cones at the table. No employee, including the manager seemed to care. They looked at our receipt, and said that e had already gotten the food. It took them another 15 minutes to give us our food (with a 6 and an 8 year old waiting patiently. Got no apology. Got told that this never happens. The food was cold. We won't be back. ever. This Chic-fill-A branch USED to be top notch - clean, fast, and welcoming. However over our last few visits, and especially during weekends, this branch seem to become worse and worse. Many families, like ours, go to chic-fill-a for a great combination of decent quality fast food, clean and welcoming environment, and great play places for kids. While this environment is offered in many branches, this particular branch simply lacks all of that. As you enter you are welcomed by a sticky and/or oily floor that has seen better days (yes, it was more than just one spot). Tables are clear but are not always clean - our table had some significant amount of oily residue on it which was also visible on the chairs. The play place was also very disappointing. 4-5 kids, some well above the max height limit, roamed in the play area by playing a rather aggressive game. Smaller kids just avoided going in even though they wanted to. This was accompanied by a mix of high humidity and a rather bad smell which I have encountered before at the same play place for several times. I could also notice that some of the protection foam on the play place were dangling and seem out of place. Without getting into too many details, the bathroom was a perfect match in terms of level of cleanliness to the floor, tables, chairs and play place. These issues are all things that are easy to notice, you really don't have to look hard yet nobody seem to really want to notice or care. If Chic-fill-A take pride in their restaurants they should take a close look at this branch, in my view it is the perfect example of how NOT to run a Chic-fill-A store. read more

First of all let me start by saying this place is always so crowded. Especially saturdays around lunch the drive through line goes on forever. The inside is just as crowded as people are all over the place placing orders, getting condiments, & eating. It's a fairly new place which is why it's still pretty clean & nice. We, my family and I, have been going to this location since it opened, and have sadly watched it deteriorate. We've eaten the sandwiches as they became smaller and contained more and more fat and gristle. But no more! After the last visit we will not buy from any Chick-Fil-A ever again. In my mom's sandwich was a chunk of something literally rock-hard (it wasn't a bone). When she bit into it, her tooth was split to the root with a excruciatingly loud crunch that was heard by everyone in the car. Sadly the tooth has to be pulled, and the medical costs exceed $5000. Neither this location nor corporate chick-Fil-A is willing to pay a single penny towards the damage they caused. read more

I do not get the hype of Chick-fil-A, though some in my family do, and I have endured the slow drive thru lane at this location more than once. It's such a poorly designed parking area that one has to use the drive thru lest one get stuck and unable to leave for five minutes because the line does not move, but I digress. Today was the final straw. I arrived at the end of the breakfast service to find a line, and thought that they would take care of the customers. No, I was told that 10:30 was the cutoff and received a very insincere "Sorry" when I queried the time for breakfast cut off. I ordered a coffee and waited in the interminably slow line to get it, only to be handed a bag with it, and I said that I only had coffee to the clerk. I was told that that was cream and sugar, and I said "It isn't in the coffee?" and received a curt "No" and promptly had the clerk turn her back on me. How rude! I have expected that at other fast food chains, but was told how great and wonderfully friendly everyone is at CFA. Guess they didn't try to get a coffee at a drive thru where they have to put the cream and sugar in while in their car. Is that not the point of to go orders of coffee? That they be prepared the way you like them? It's a good thing, because when I checked the bag, I had not received the requested cream and Splenda, so if it were in the coffee it would have been ruined. I had been told how great the coffee was for a drive thru, and thought I'd check it out, but as I had to wait until it was lukewarm, when I was able to put in the requisite Splenda so I would rate it as mediocre, and would probably have been much better hot. This is also not the first time an order has been wrong, or I have been charged for a large fries and received a small when it was not worth my time to go back and deal with the crowded parking lot. We also have had issues with food not being prepared as ordered, and the hassles for the wait just make this location not worth the effort. It's fast food, not difficult, or so it would seem. For breakfast, luckily there is a Dunkin' Donuts across the street, and they serve it when you like it, not an arbitrarily assigned hour that is cut off with ruthless efficiency, no matter when you enter the drive thru line. They are also not anywhere near as slow and have fewer employees, so I really must be out of step with the cult of CFA because I do not overlook the shortcomings when deciding whether or not it is worth the hassles. read more

Worst Chick-fil-A I've been to. Normally I am expecting fast, tasty food with no ordering mistakes. My husband and I walked into this location, first the cashier got my drink wrong, she corrected immediately, no problems. We only ordered 2 combo meals (a chicken sandwich and a chicken wrap, no customization, substitution or anything confusing), and waited 25 minutes!!! Is this really fast food? After we continue to inquiring about the food status, we were then brought a bag with an extra large fries that we didn't order. Lastly, the diet lemonade was so sour it tasted more like cleaning agent.
