I even witnessed one of them walking around asking if customers needed anything, as if this were actually a restaurant. Also, I still stand behind my belief that Chick fil A employees are the happiest, most friendly fast food employees I've ever come across. So I went to get someone lunch and walked in and ordered. Order was very simple the number 1. I waited almost 10 minutes. People who ordered after me received their food. There was a manager just standing talking to another employee. Instead of chatting you should invest in making sure food is served promptly and customers are happy. My first Chick-fil-A! Now I see what the hype is all about. As someone who loves boneless, skinless chicken breast, this was fast food heaven for me. Their chicken nuggets are actual pieces of chicken. They have less breading than other places, so 8 pieces is only 260 calories. Their chicken tenders were a little soggy, and I like my chicken tenders with a lot of breading, so if you want chicken with the fried crispy stuff, just go for the sandwiches. The regular chicken sandwich is good, but the spicy one is way better - the chicken is super juicy and has so much flavor. You can make it a deluxe and add lettuce, cheese of your choice, and tomato. Sauces come on the side (original bbq, honey bbq, chick fil a mustard, polynesian sweet and sour, a funky buffalo sauce, etc). The meals come with standard waffle fries, and you get free refills on drinks, except they get it for you. It's like a full service fast food place with Southern hospitality. The people taking orders and bringing food were super cheerful and polite, and the manager was standing there asking how things were going. I've never been to a fast food place like this before. In addition, they were super efficient with getting the food out even though it was really crowded. It's worth waking up earlier for to get the spicy chicken on a biscuit and the tiny crisp hash browns at breakfast. The breakfast burrito is pretty good, too. Chick Fil A is my go to fast food in general. Food is always delicious and I never came across a Chick Fil A worker that wasn't helpful or courteous. During this pandemic, I really want to sing praises about this particular Chick Fil A location in Fairfield. I love how they are taking extra precautions by completely closing the inside of the restaurant to everyone other than workers. They lock the door after themselves whenever they have to come out to bring out orders. And of course, all of them are wearing gloves and mask. This, of course, makes the drive thru line even longer than usual but that's when you gotta start utilizing the chick fil a app! Mobile ordering is a breeze~~ I never had to wait more than 5 minutes while waiting for my order curbside! Highly recommend! I used to go to the Vallejo one because they're both equal distance from my house, but after seeing how people can still go inside to place an order- I give my business to the Fairfield location only now. The only negative thing I have to say about mobile ordering is.... stop forgetting my sauces! Lol read more

This is my second time eating at a Chick-fil-A, my first time was the Santa Clarita location in Southern California. Anyways, my first experience was outstanding... like it blew my expectations away in all aspects. Food, customer service, cleanliness. This location was no exception. Although it was much busier than the other location I went to, the customer service was still pretty good. My only minor complaint was that they didn't ask us if we wanted dipping sauce.. which for returning customers is no biggie since I knew to ask. But for new customers who know nothing of the dipping sauces they offer would have gone away w/o ever tasting their awesome Chick-fil-A sauce. But all in all, it was a great experience. Despite it being busy, we got our food relatively quickly and had our trays taken away when done. I seriously have gotten much worse service at nicer restaurants. I still find it hard to believe this is a fast food joint. Keep up the good work. read more

The drive through is usually what I use and no matter what I usually get through within 15 min for my lunch. I always get he best service and they are always very helpful. The sticky chicken deluxe is always on point and never all messed up like other places (MD Big Mack). And the fries are never to salty and filled the the brim. read more

%ith the recent opening of the store in Santa Rosa, it dawned on me that although I eat here at the fairfield location, I have never reviewed them. Full disclosure: I am a road trip fast food junkie. Chick-fil-a is on my must have list every time we are headed down 80 through fairfield. I am a sucker for the original sandwhich, and the spicy chicken is a close second. Lots of people have mentioned the dipping sauces, which are a nice touch and different than other chains. This location has a great breakfast too. Everything is always hot, fresh, and the staff is friendly. If you haven't been here, you need to go. The chicken is always good, no matter which way you order it. As a Vallejoan, not trying to be salty but I'd give my LEGS to have one of these just 15 miles south on I-80. But, If I was legless, I couldn't drive here...decisions, decisions. This location is PERFECT. There have been COUNTLESS times, I've needed chicken pieces in my life with polynesian, chick-fil-a and barbecue sauce and waffle fries AND an Arnold Palmer. I used to eat Chick-Fil-A when i lived on the east coast years and years ago so I've always been a fan. When I found out there was a location in the bay area, I jumped at the opportunity to go. I live in San Bruno, but luckily, my boyfriend is from Vallejo so when we have monthly pilgrimages out this way to visit his parents, we have to stop by Chick-Fil-A. This is only one of 2 locations, that i know of, in the bay area. The first being inside the Westfield mall and the other just outside of it. The service at this location is awesome. They are so friendly and helpful. Everytime I go there, it feels like I'm entering a sacred temple where everyone is in pure bliss...but i guess that's what their food kind of does. It's fried, so of course it's not something you can have everyday but I do crave for their chicken sandwiches every so often. Their chicken is REAL chicken, not that mcdonalds ground up mush crap. You KNOW you're eating chicken. LOL. Also, if you do make if out there, make sure to try all the different sauces. My favorite is their signature Chik-Fil-A sauce...which tastes like a mix of honey mustard and bbq sauce. *drool* My only gripe is that they are closed on Sundays, so I have to make sure my trips out there fall on a Saturday. read more

They cook chicken LIKE A BOSS! ridiculously good chicken. I've never been to a chick fil a before but we stopped by and it happened to be the second night it was open so the drive through line was long. however service was fast and super nice. it's almost like you think it's fake or they're trying to rip you off when they ask you what kinda sauce you'd like. Buns are lightly toasted and the chicken is FRESH. so fresh that it was too hot to eat. Waffle fries were also great and we really liked the chick-fil-a sauce. we also had the polynesian sauce which is just fancy for sweet and sour and buffalo which was ok. On the way back from tahoe, we ate inside and again, the food was great and the staff was way nice. they offered to carry our tray to the table. Do i look like i'm going to topple the 2 sandwiches and fries? I politely declined, but the same lady came up later and asked if we needed anything like refills or sauces. I had never had Chick-fil-A before but had heard the hype. I got the chicken deluxe with waffle fries and some nuggets. The price for the food is cheap but I didn't find anything special in terms of flavor. The chicken sandwich tasted slightly dry and had way too many pickles that made the sandwich too tart for my taste. The waffle fries were bland and not crispy at all. The nuggets were pretty good and they tasted like real chicken (let's be real, McDonald's nuggets do not taste like real chicken but are freakin' DELICIOUS) but the ranch dressing I requested was pretty bland as well so I went sans sauce for the nuggets. I'd go back merely for the nuggets and price if it were nearby but I wouldn't actively seek out Chick-fil-A. Oh, and in spite of the food being mediocre, I would say the employees are super friendly and courteous so plus one star for that! For the most part I like Chick-fil-A, except for on Sundays when they're closed, and that's usually when we want it, and on days when they run out of chicken. Yes, I have gone there before when they've run out of chicken. SMH My favorite meal will always be the #1, with the classic Chick-fil-A sandwich, waffle fries, Hi-C, and Chick-fil-A sauce on the side. The soft serves are pretty good too, if you want dessert. This is one of the few fast-food joints in town besides In-N-Out where you can always find people dining-in instead of just driving-thru or taking-out. I tried this place because hey i want to be able to eat chicken nuggets knowing they are made with real chicken and not their biproducts. So I go to Chick Fil A. It was okay, not dang I gotta have it all the time because I'm too lazy to make chicken nuggets at home, but good enough to have once in awhile. I didn't have the experience as dining inside, but appreciated their double drive through lines so if it were packed, you would be able to get your meal faster. Okay, we know all the bad things that been in the news recently, but wifey was curious about this place. Especially since 925 will get one soon. I personally tried the one in El Paso years ago. Nothing too special about our visit today. Cold Waffle fries and a mediocre Chicken club. Wifey was unimpressed with Chicken nuggets and it seemed steep at $8.99 for measly bits. So when this place first opened, I got on the news for saying that this place has the "BEST CHICKEN IN TOWN!" haha and I meant it. This place is such a great chain, it got upgraded to its own standalone restaurant outside of the mall and it was a great decision! The place now houses an indoor playhouse for kids and has a bunch of seating. I remember the first time I came here I didn't know what to get. I decided that I would get the spicy chicken deluxe and it was a match-made in heaven since then. Every time I come here I get the #4 with chick-fil-a sauce. I love that they are NOT STINGY AT ALL with their sauces either. Every other 'fast-food-like' place has started charging for extra sauce so it's really nice that you can keep asking for more. My dad is the type that asks for more right before we leave so that we can have some lying around at home. ANDDD THEY HAVE A BREAKFAST MENU! I didn't even know that this existed until recently but, if you make it up in the morning, their breakfast menu is bomb and so affordable! My favorite is their spicy chicken biscuit but their chicken egg bagel item is also to die for! If you get the meal, you also gets hash brown coins which are super good. Grab some ranch and it's literally a breakfast party! Lastly, they have a dual drive thru for those who want their chicken and want to hit the road. This place is a 5STAR for their awesome location, food, customer service, and drive-thru accessibility. read more

Had the worst experience today. Ordered a medium Mac and cheese through curbside and took 25 mins to get. Wasted my whole lunch. The guy employee that was giving out orders was no help at all. Very excited to try this Chick-fil-A when I was driving up to Davis this past weekend. I had a taste of many of their products...the spicy chicken breast, the chicken tenders, the chicken club sandwich, and their famous waffle fries and lemonade. The chicken tenders were my favorite out of all of the stuff I tried. It had a thick batter with a big sized piece of white chicken breast. The spicy chicken breast was indeed spicy, maybe some cayenne pepper mixed up in the seasoning. The waffle fries were sort of disappointing as there wasn't much salt seasoning on top, unless they did it like that on purpose. The lemonade was tasty, it had a tartness that I usually won't get from a typical fast food joint. I got my food fast too as I saw literally 15-20 people in their food prep area in the middle of the afternoon time frame. I definitely will stop by here again next time I'm passing through the area. read more

Good stuff, though with the inclusion of calorie counts now, I realized that most of the items on the menu still aren't that good for you. I opted for probably the healthiest choice in the charbroiled chicken sandwich, which is ok in terms of taste when compared to everything else. My fiancee got the spicy chicken sandwich which is absolutely delicious. Servers here are very friendly and helpful and walk around the restaurant asking if they can bus your tray or give you a refill on your drinks. read more
