While the food here is great, this has to be the most poorly managed restaurant I have ever been to in any country or any state. I have never had fast service here any time I have come and I keep trying to see if my experience improves. It does not. There has never been a time where one system or another wasn't down and the management seems incapable of responding to that. I have been sitting in the drive through for 20 min now because their ordering machines outside the restaurant are down. Managements solution? To have 2 employees sitting outside to write your order on a sticky note. Then you drive to the window and THEN they start your order. Wouldn't it be more time efficient for the employee to walk the order to the window for you instead of just standing around waiting for more people to drive up? That would mean that even though you had already been sitting in the line for 20 min when you got to the window your food would have at least already been started. Instead you just have another wait coming. There is no common sense at this establishment and this was my last attempt at trying to eat food I enjoy while also having the service I deserve as a customer. I WILL BOT BE COMING BACK AND I WILL ADVISE OTHERS TO NOT WASTE THEIR TIME AS WELL. EDIT: I HAVE TO EDIT THIS AS UPON LEAVING THE RESTAURANT I NOTICED THAT WHILE I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM WHAT MY ORDER WAS AND IT WAS WRITTEN OUT FOR THEM ON A PIECE OF PAPER THEY IGNORED OT AND GABE ME THE WRONG ORDER STILL. Rude staff ordered a few half cut teas as well as a gallon. Refused to do a half cut gallon like every other chik-fil-a, because they don't have half cut labels and "someone might get confused". Local store policy getting in the way of common sense. read more

We're not a fast food people. Have heard good things about Chick-fil-A so went to check it out. From the minute we walked in, the sincere, smiling faces were so welcoming that it was like we were entering someone's private dining room. Very busy but well organized, extremely clean and it was evident that the staff loved their jobs. They even had a special someone to help with settling the kids in and giving them crayons and such.This person was like the quintessential Grandma inviting grandchildren into her own home.The food was excellent and the atmosphere was quite civilized which is sometimes hard to find among fast food places. I came here today super indecisive. I could not decide if I wanted grilled nuggets with honey mustard or a market salad. My cashier was J.R. Who was very helpful. He suggested the market salad with warm nuggets so I could still dip my nuggets in the sauce. BEST. IDEA. EVER. I will forever be grateful for him and my new way of eating at this establishment. Wonderful customer service. I am always greeted as I walk in the door. Management is awesome and I have seen such care from everyone. I was in yesterday, a man and his wife hasn't received their food for a little too long, but they had no complaints. I have never tried Chick-Fil-A until my recent visit to Flagstaff. I had heard my friends and associates say how yummy everything is, but I could not join in the group admiration. Well, I now have to concur with all of the yelp reviews: Chick-Fil-A does indeed serve yummy food. Service was with a genuine smile and the place was super clean on my visit. My grilled chicken burger and waffle fries were really good! This is a fast-food joint, but your order is actually brought out to your table, which raises the dining experience from 'grab something cheap and quick' to 'let's hang out for a few more minutes.' The only negative I experienced was waiting way too long for my chocolate chip cookie. I ordered one after I finished my meal and had to stand around for 10 minutes. Upon inquiring where my cookie was (were they baking it from scratch?), I received an apology and a cookie (but not a free one!). Like my meal, the cookie was really really good. I am from Tulsa OK where I previously worked at Chick Fil A. I can 100% assure you no other Chick Fil A in Oklahoma would ever treat its customers the way they did. Firstly, I had a survey filled out for a free sandwich. The sandwiches are the same price as the nuggets so I politely asked for nuggets instead to which he told me no because of budgeting. I'm sorry but no Chick Fil a has ever said that to me. so apparently they must have poor budgeting. Secondly, they declined a customer near me a side of pickles and some condiments demanding 45cents. As a family w/ 2 young boys that travels a lot we have visited our share of chick fil a' s. I usually don't write reviews, but I think this location deserves recognition. While it was busy, the staff was very friendly and smiled a lot. The environment was super clean, including the bathrooms. We even noted the owner Nathan busing tables and really supporting his staff while smiling the whole time. We noted staff washing down high chairs twice while we were there. The play area was clean. Food was delivered to our table and the staff told my son to be careful the fries are hot. Actually everything was fresh and hot!! read more

A few weeks ago I finally tried the Chick-fil-A on south Milton. As a long time vegetarian, I don't usually frequent places dedicated to meat, or in this case, chicken, but I wanted a snack and heard that their shakes are pretty good. I had some waffle fries and a shake. Both were delicious. Their Chick-fil-A dipping sauce is wonderful, and I keep going back for more of their waffle fries and Chick-fil-A dipping sauce. Yum. The staff is super nice and polite every time, and I noticed that they were packed, while other restaurants that I drove by had only a few cars in their parking lots. Apparently word gets around. I just wish they'd sell that sauce in jars. read more

1st class family venue. Excellent food prepared right and quickly. Outstanding service, fair prices. A real asset to Flagstaff. Highly recommended whether you are a resident or just passing through, this is the place for a quick excellent meal. Favorites are many, salads, chicken noodle soup, any of the chicken sandwiches, and they serve great coffee with breakfast. Welcome to amateur hour! Our family visited this place for what we thought would be a quick meal. We waited at our table for a long time while we kept seeing everyone that had been in the line behind us get their order. So we finally go and ask what's the deal with our food. Turns out our order got delivered to some kids. When their parents found out that their kids got the wrong order, they took it back to the counter and had their situation resolved. So -believe it or not- as far as the people at the counter were concerned it was all good. It did not occur to them that another family was missing the order they had miss delivered! No thoughts about looking around! And we were sitting right in front of the counter with no food! Unbelievable! When I spelled this out to the manager all I got was a very insincere and robotic "I'm sorry", just like their also robotic "my pleasure". Too bad, I used to like Chik-Fil-A. read more
