What can I say... I'm a Chick-Fil-A-aholic. I usually eat there at least once a day (OK I admit, one day I ate there three times) But its just so darn good. Sometimes I'm already thinking about chicken strips before I get out of bed. Oh, and the sauces... don't even get me started thinking about the sauces... The staff is always super friendly, Jason and Sarah are awesome (so is everybody else, but I can't remember any other names!) and everyone is always smiling. Its also cool that you can go in at breakfast time and order off of the main menu, it just takes an extra few minutes. Good food, nice people... winner, winner, chicken dinner. read more

Food was decent but I was OVERCHARGED. I had asked for a 12 pc meal and asked the order taker if I could do it "Half and Half" (1/2 breaded, 1/2 grilled). She said "no problem", but then charged me for TWO 6 pc orders separately, which is MORE, and didn't explain she was going to do that. I was wondering how a 12 pc with their so-called "Superfood" salad and a regular drink could be thirteen bucks! However, I was tired, and I'd just picked up my roomie from his work, and it'd been a long day, so I wasn't sharp enough to question it right then and there. If taking advantage of a customer squares with their much-ballyhooed "Christian" values, then the next time that I've a hankering for chicken I'll find a chicken stand run by a "pagan", thank you very much. Had Chick-fil-A August 3 with some friends which I've done more times than I care to admit and it has always been excellent. I've never had anything bad to say but my experience on the 3rd was the worst. My friend placed an order for us for dinner and after eating our food we all began to feel ill. We were all coming from different places had a normal routine so nothing out of the ordinary except having Chick-fil-A. We all got food poisoning from it and Thursday was by far one of the worst days I've had. I'm not exaggerating when I say I lost 7lbs just from throwing up and well I'm sure you can guess the other part. We made sure to send some feedback to the restaurant and were contacted a few days later. I happened to be present when they called and as the person who reached out to us spoke it was clear he was refusing to take any responsibility. It felt like an attack and an interrogation of how to call us liars. We kept getting questioned and constantly were trying to see if they could blame something else we ate. All three of us before hanging out did not have the same food and from checking in with eachother we all had done and ate food we normally eat. Chick-fil-A was all we had that wasn't in our normal diet. I'm extremely disappointed as a huge fan of Chick-fil-A this has tarnished their image, the fact I listened to someone call and clearly pretend to care to then listen how they tried to call us liars and refusing to take responsibility. The last thing was they offered to refund our order to say that everything was fine after about 10 minutes of listening to someone explicitly call us liars and saying that this has never happened and that there's no way it could've been them. Came here today again to order the company lunch. This time, I had placed an order for their catering choices. Placed the order I believe around 9AM, spoke with Jason again and he was on point just like last time. When I came in today, Kirk who seemed like another Manager, assisted me with the transaction. He informed me that my order would be ready shortly (I arrived 10 minutes prior to my given time). Once my food was ready, he walked to my car and offered me to borrow their hot box which keeps the food hot. I told him that I didn't work close by and I don't go home this way, but it was a nice gesture on his part to offer that option. Catering portions are decent, however the chick-n-minis look a lot bigger in the picture than in person so I recommend ordering the larger tray. read more

My family loves this place! And out of all the fast-food chains, I think this place is the best for a number of reasons. First off, the staff is always so so sweet, kind, friendly, and professional. Everyone is always very clean, orderly, and smiling. We really appreciate the motivation the staff appears to have every time. The food is always served perfectly, whether we dine in or get take out. The orders are always correct, and the food is always hot. The spicy chicken sandwich is amazing. I would also suggest the chicken wrap- it's cool and refreshing. The French fries are great quality and always hot to the very last bite. The kids meals are loved and finished by children. They offer alternative options for healthier options but still kid friendly. Plus, if you dine in there is a play area for the kids to enjoy and it gives parents a small break. We always have amazing service, everyone is always very polite! We eat here very often, we just have noticed they have been getting a little bit cheap on their sauces! We order a lot of food and will ask for 10 sauce and open the bag and there will be 2-3. Kind of getting annoying. So check your bags! Really upset with chick-ful-A today because usually I get phenomenal service. But tonight was a little off. I get in line , there are 2 employees taking orders. It just so happens the line I'm in is taking forever (5-10minutes of waiting) but I'm patient because I understand. Now a girl comes out and they switch and she tells me that she will take my order at the box.... Ok so I drive up and sit for another couple of minutes (another 5 mins) now you guys weren't really busy so I'm confused as to why they got on the speaker asking the car behind me if they have been served . (He got into the other lane because it had just opened) . The car proceeded to go in the Congo line and I still waited. So I got tired of waiting and pulled up and what do you know she comes on the speaker asking what the name of the order was for the next guy that had hoped behind me . The way I was just treated because they rung up the Sandwhich instead of the mea. Finally ... A good chicken sandwich place in Folsom! Coming on opening day was a bit of a risk, but the food is worth it. The chicken is cooked perfectly, nice and juicy. I love Chick-Fil-A!! They have wonderful chicken and their Spicy Grilled Chicken Sandwich is my favorite thing to order. I also love the Grilled Market Salad with Avocado Lime Ranch Dressing. The kids absolutely love the chicken nuggets kids' meal. I like to get the lemonade or diet lemonade to drink. They have a great little play area inside that is viewable from all side. Much like other Chick-fil-A locations that I have been to this one is very good. They are fast, and efficient and they put out a good product. They take Extra Care in preparing the chicken for all of the meals they served. The kitchen and staff are held to very high consistent standards. I definitely enjoy this place. Chik-fil-A sauce is like crack. Get the waffle fries and change your life when it's dipped into that deliciously creamy sauce. The chicken is quite delicious here. I always get a grilled spicy chicken sandwich (off menu but they make it). Indoor playground is always bustling a the stores are always kept clean. They also have the nicest staff of any fast food place you'll find. It may be fast food, but they delver your food and refill your drinks. I dint mind that they're closed in Sundays, I think more places should follow suit. I never feel bad spending my money here. Keep it hospitable Chik-fil-A...you're leading the pack. read more

This is the first real Chick-Fil-A restaurant I've been to since I've only been to the one in Cal Poly which doesn't count. I just have to say, man...the service is amazing. Everyone is so friendly!!! "Would you like a drink refill?" "Do you need any sauce?" "Is there anything else I can do for you?" Thanks so much for treating your customers so well everyone. Plus the food is good. A little pricey compared with other fast food but It's worth it. Love the waffle fries. Love dipping everything into the Chick-Fil-A sauce. My family and I have been going to this location for about 2 years now. The food is always fresh, never greasy. The staff is friendly and polite every time. The place is clean and looks like a great place to bring little kids to have fun (my kids are grown). Unfortunately our last several visits our orders have been incorrect. This is very frustrating when you have a long day at work, still have errands to run, and have to pick up dinner and everyone has their favorites and you get home and our food order is incorrect.
