This happened a few weeks ago, but I still get angry when I think about it, so I decided to write a review. I was with my friend, and we ordered food via the drivethru. If I remember correctly, I just got a spicy chicken sandwich and she got a sandwich with fries. Nothing was wrong with the food, but one of the drivethru workers needs a serious attitude check, and this is coming from someone who works in food service. When I had ordered my food, I had asked for 6 chickfila sauces, but when I got my bag at the window I noticed that it said 5 on the side. I asked the girl who handed me my food if I could by chance please have 2 more extra sauces (2 incase the number on the side of the bag was incorrect, as I was taking this togo). Upon my request, the girl I asked turned away from me and pursed her lips making an annoyed face while staring at the wall to the left of the window. She literally didn't say anything for a bit, just stood and stared. Then she turned back to me, and gave me attitude while saying "You know there's already 5 in the back right?" ?????? Sorry what? There was literally no reason for the sass. I was literally dumbfounded, like... what do I say in response to that? I was quiet for a second and replied by saying "Yeah... but can I have 2 extra please?" I got my 2 sauces but like... at the cost of an awkward and unnecessary interaction. As someone who has struggled with disordered eating in the past, I seriously think that no one who works in food service should ever question anyone regarding food, even if it's something as stupid as sauce. You seriously need to think about how you respond to situations like this, because if I was in the midst of my disordered eating, lets just say that this would not have been a very good situation. I don't know the name of this worker, just that she had pretty heavy makeup and dark hair, but I seriously think that she should reevaluate her attitude and the way she responds to requests, because it seems as though food service is not the right choice for her. read more

I had a disappointing experience during a recent visit to this location while picking up two mobile orders--one for myself and one for my husband--via the drive-thru. After confirming both orders through the intercom, I pulled up to the window and was handed only one. I waited, thinking there may have been a mix-up, only to be asked, "Is Ryan in the car with you? No? Then I can't give you his order." I was surprised, as I've never encountered this issue at this location or others, including the Woodbury branch. The staff explained that because one of the orders included a free sandwich, they could not release it unless my husband was physically present. I asked if they could cancel the order and restore the reward to the account so we could pick it up elsewhere, but was told that wasn't possible. In the end, they reluctantly gave me the sandwich while saying, in a condescending tone, "I'll give it to you this one time, but next time I won't." The entire interaction felt unnecessarily patronizing, especially given that this hasn't been an issue in the past. read more

Meet some friends for lunch and was amazed by the service we received by the staff. This is a fast food restaurant with a 5 star dining service! We dined inside and our son played in the play area. Its not a huge area but a fun little spot for him to get his energy out. They take your order and will bring it out to you. Which you don't find in fast food joints very often. Really liked friendly customer service. They also have diapers in the restrooms for your babies. Pretty awesome to see that for parents. The inside was nice and clean. Only real issues is that is was super busy. I guess everyone enjoys it as much as we do. So lunch and dinner times its usually packed. Also closed on Sunday. I will continue to go stop by Chick-Fil-A when I'm visiting family in Foothill Ranch! For those who have never been go check it out! You won't be disappointed. Just remember it maybe busy! read more

This is an excellent Chick-Fil-A. Great food with friendly and fast service. Clean establishment both inside and out. I eat here at least once a week. Very well managed location. It is great to see the owner always working and not standing around watching others work. Sometimes my order isn't exactly as I ordered it, but this rarely happens. Overall, this location is great! This location will also make special food requests.... Try "double breaded" chicken strips or nuggets and a "spicy GRILLED" chicken sandwich! Check out the nutrition data sheet for Chick Fil A and compare their offerings to others. You will find that this fast food restaurant chain actually has healthy food (for fast food). Some of their chicken items are low in calories and fat. Much lower then MC D and most all others actually including KFC. read more

Not sure where these guys are trained but the cashier who refers to me as boss, brotha and G or any other obnoxious name he can think of within a 1 minute of taking my order pisses me off. Any time I come here it's the same, is cause I'm African American because right behind me he refers to the next as sir. One day this guys gonna think he's cool to the wrong person, your words are offensive! Boss is a term used from prison inmates and I'm not your brotha. The manager at the foothill ranch location is a racist. Believe her name is Carrie. She kept calling a Caucasian teenager there: Güero/ Gringo. This happened several times in the 10min he was there. Her attitude is rude. She makes customers feel as if we are an inconvenience to her. She also messed up another costumers order who was in line in front of me. The service here is slow. I'm guessing due to her lack of leadership. She was such an embarrassment to this company. read more

As with most Chick Fil-A locations, I'm always greeted with smiling faces and good quality food. I'm not sure why someone would want to go to McDonalds or Burger King when they can pay the same price and get better quality food at Chick Fil A. This location recently added a mobile order driver-thru lane and is currently remodeling the inside. Looking forward to being able to eat inside again for lunch. This is definitely one of our top fast-food establishments. read more

This restaurant and Owner are amazing. I have eaten here on multiple occasions but I am just now understanding all that this company does for the local community. Just this location gives back thousands every month and there are no other companies/restaurants doing this in South Orange County. Every time I am in this restaurant the food is amazing and the people are respectful (and they speak english). I will continue to support this company and come daily! read more

Wow how amazing is this place!! I absolutely love this Chick-fil-A! It stands out even among Chick-fil-A's. Chick-fil-A is always the best place for my family! There food is always fresh and it amazes me how clean this location is in particular. They even have after dinner mints like a 5 star restaurant. I will never give this Chick Fil A another dollar... when customers can tell the management is abusing their employees, things have obviously gone too far. The short asian woman seems to terrorize everyone... if customers can read that, I can't imagine how awful it must be for the employees. I'll be taking my business to another location. read more

Can you believe they help you with your high chair to the table? No other fast food restaurant has this type of service. I have even been to nice restaurants that can't pull of this type of experience. In-N-Out should be taking notes!!! Definitely the best BBQ in Foothill Ranch, CA. For tourists it is off the beaten path, but worth every bus transfer. Seating is limited, but the staff is efficient. read more
