After waiting approximately 30 minutes with no food brought out and no communication from staff, I exited my vehicle and went inside the restaurant to inquire about my order. Upon entering, I observed several staff members standing against the walls using their cell phones and talking among themselves. When I asked about my order, a staff member requested my receipt, which I provided. Only at that point did the employee begin preparing my food. Once the order was placed into the bag, the employee threw the bag toward me across the counter. When I asked for the condiments that were supposed to be included with my order, I was told to go to the back of the restaurant and get them myself. I then asked why I was instructed to pull to the side door if staff had no intention of bringing the food out. I was told they were waiting for food to cook. However, it was clear that my order had not been monitored or prepared at all during the 30 minutes I waited outside, and no action was taken until I entered the restaurant myself. Throughout the interaction, the staff was unapologetic and acted as though my concern about food I had already paid for was an inconvenience to them. It is important to note that my order was not large or complex. I ordered only two meals: * One three-piece wings combo * One three-piece tenders combo Given the small size of the order, the excessive wait time, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior are especially concerning.
