I headed to Chick-fil-A because, I wanted to try a food hack. Did you know that if you get a Kids meal, you can get a small serving of Vanilla Ice cream instead of a toy? I upsized by Coke for a Dollar more. Then I added my Vanilla Ice Cream to my Coke w no ice to create a sweet, sweet Vanilla Coke float! It was so delicious! I went there for Saint Patrick's Day. It was so crowded. It's also Spring Break week. So, imagine the crowd. I decided to go inside. There was a bit of a wait. Not a problem. It was a great experience. I'll tell you how things went down. This little Asian lady who's been working there for years was eager to serve me. She asked other employees to help but, one was putting a ladder away and one was in the process of clocking in. She kindly hopped on to a register and took my order. So nice of her. I noticed the employees were happy to be there. They were friendly amongst one another and chatting with the Manager. It was a nice friendly environment. You don't see that very often. It seemed like there was 20 people in the small kitchen trying to get things done. They also have a new Pick up order screen. It's the same screen that they use for the Driver Thru. It's really helpful. It has your name on there and what you ordered. I like it because, you can see other food hacks. I saw the Manager Chris hard at work. He was restocking the Condiment Bar. It really didn't need it but, he was on top of things. He is very clean. A wrapped Fork fell on the Floor and he threw it in the trash. I also saw him, getting refills for a large family. Here's a fun fact for my Yelper Fans. S Truett Kathy has an auditorium named after him. It's located at Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. The Seminary named it after him because, he was a Southern Baptist who taught Sunday School for 50 years! Well, that's all I saw. So, head to Chickfila you won't be disappointed. You will love my food hack, their Customer Service, Management and employees!

Horrible service. There was not a lot of vehicles in the drive-thru, still waited 20 min. Almost bit into this uncooked nugget. Waste of time & money.

Haven't eaten at this location in quite some time; however, it is still my favorite out of all the CFA's I eat at. There were two faces I recognized, one of whom I remembered by name. Even though he probably didn't remember me, he was cordial and friendly enough to visit with me for a few moments. Could tell the lobby eating area had gone through a few changes. Fewer tables and the ordering line cordons have disappeared. Probably for the better. Who knows?! Overall, the place is exactly as I remember it with a clean and well-maintained operation throughout. The food was as good as ever as well. I ordered the #2 meal with unsweet tea. Delicious! Don't pass by an opportunity to eat at this CFA location. You won't regret the experience.

Fresh chicken on a fresh salad! Hits the spot...a favorite!!!

Reading the other reviews....OMG...you have to wait in line when 25 other cars full of folks decide they want Chick-Fil-A at about the same time you do so your review is 1 star??? Go across the street (or down the street) to one of the other three ghetto chicken places (all of which frankly SUCK...food and service wise) that grace this part of town. I am SURE the wait is less... I LOVE this Chick-fil-A....and yes I wait in a sometimes long line (which IMO moves pretty darned quick!) The quality of the food is always consistently high...the kids working there are respectful and courteous...and you can see they have someone checking all orders before they go out the window! LOL...try that at one of your other chicken meccas located on Alta Mesa!!! Yea, so not happening. I am a HUGE fan of Chick-Fil-A and we are fortunate to have them...be just a little patient and understand...you are in that line BECAUSE you like the food...

I live 7 minutes from this chick fil a location on Alta mesa 18 years...now this location is just getting worse. I drive all the way out to the location on Hulen and i30 because they are clean and hot fresh food every time. Here at Alta Mesa the food is always wrong and warm...the place is a mess with trash overflowing from the trash cans all the tables are dirty and the floors and glass windows are filthy. I came I today hoping that after not coming here in a good while maybe it had improved but I was wrong. It was not busy when I came in at 5pm all the employees were sitting near the restrooms instead of cleaning up the place like they supposed to do. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Picking some the mandarin oranges and blueberries out to rinse and put in my own bowl and I am surprised by corn kernels.

I often come here and get the five piece chicken tenders for my father and I order several chicken breasts. Their chicken breasts are exquisite. I would've given this place five stars had not been for the service last visit. I went through the drive-through and ordered our typical order with six extra bread rolls, because those are some of our favorite. We get home, I opened the order, and there's no bread rolls, and we were missing two chicken breasts! I looked at the receipt, and sure enough we had paid for those, but they forgot to include them. So not wanting to cause a big kerfuffle, I got back in the car drove the five minutes down the street back to Lisa's, but they were closing as it was just at 10 PM. I drove through the drive-through window tapped on the glass and a woman opened the glass, telling me they were closed. I kindly explained to her that we did not get all of our order. She looked at me, rolled her eyes and said I'm sorry we're out of chicken. We have no more left. I asked her may I please have my bread rolls down. Not saying a word she slams the window, goes in for about five minutes, comes back out and just tosses the rolls to me and slams the window. No apology no we're sorry. No come back later and get your chicken tomorrow. It was awful. This woman needs a lesson in customer service, so don't come here expecting good customer service, and check your order every time you leave. This is not the first time I've ordered from here and did not get my full order.
