I went through the drive-through and ordered our typical order with six extra bread rolls, because those are some of our favorite. We get home, I opened the order, and there's no bread rolls, and we were missing two chicken breasts! I looked at the receipt, and sure enough we had paid for those, but they forgot to include them. So not wanting to cause a big kerfuffle, I got back in the car drove the five minutes down the street back to Lisa's, but they were closing as it was just at 10 PM. I drove through the drive-through window tapped on the glass and a woman opened the glass, telling me they were closed. I kindly explained to her that we did not get all of our order. She looked at me, rolled her eyes and said I'm sorry we're out of chicken. We have no more left. I asked her may I please have my bread rolls down. Not saying a word she slams the window, goes in for about five minutes, comes back out and just tosses the rolls to me and slams the window. No apology no we're sorry.
