Christopher working the register was the nicest person. Greeted me with the biggest smile. As I sat with my dad eating breakfast I began to hear yelling. Christopher's coworker who was working the drive through line was yelling at him. Whatever the situation was I a guest who's sittings across the way should NOT hear any type of disagreement between workers. I am sad. This is my favorite location in Fort Worth. Very disappointed in service. I had to repeat my order several times. I understand there was a new employee being trained ( I HAVE BEEN IN THISS POSITION BOTH AS AN EMPLOEE AND MANAGER) The order was read back correctly but when it was received it was not right. Yay! There's is finally a Chick-fil-A in the McCart area. Now we don't have to make the jaunt over to Bryant Irvin, I-30, or even Burleson every time we want a Chicken Sandwich. Being a new location, this franchise has staff that are excited to be there and want to provide a very high level of service. When Mrs. B and I stopped by, the staff snapped to our order very quickly, even considering that there was very long drive-thru line at the time. The managers on duty were also helping out with the service, which is cool to see the dedication there. I have to note that the lemonade refill was full of lemon seeds, which was no fun. I'm a loyal chick-til-a costumer at this location. I probably spend $80-$100 every two weeks at chick-fil-a. When I first started coming here staff was great. Now I feel like I'm not in the so called "Christian" environment I'm suppose to be in once I walk into chick-til-a. There's been many times I've came in and some not all stuff have been really rude not directly towards me but toward other co-workers. As of today I was sitting down eating and a customer had dropped her drink. BRIAN the manager had then told Paul (co- worker ) to get her a new drink as he did. Paul was then about to leave from his shift when I over heard Brian call him out in front of everyone to "take his jacket off, and clean the mess up". Paul then does it with no hesitation and not saying a word then on his way back to the kitchen he then drops the mop water on accident. Brian then says " you know why you dropped that water ,because you were mad that you had to do it " he says this loud in front of customers and completely humiliated , disrespected & embarrassed Paul by the look on his face. I then watch Brian make remarks to Paul and other employees saying " are you just going to stand there and watch , grab a mop and help me. " Paul then just continued to stay quiet and went about his day. I'm writing this because it was not okay to disrespect and humiliate someone like that in front of customers and making little remarks as he cleaned the mess up. Because if it was the other way around it would be a different story. If his employee (Paul) who got humiliated wont say anything I will. Was a great place when they first opened but have gone down hill real fast. My orders in the drive thru have been wrong lately. I called the first time and they are 'sending me vouchers'. Well NEVER got them. Went today and the meal is wrong AGAIN! I called and they dont even have record of my call the first time. So frustrated at this point do not plan to go back.
