Literally the worst Chik-Fil-A In the entire metroplex. You can go to the south Dallas CFA and get nicer service than this place. The owner himself told me yesterday "CONGRATULATIONS" when I told him I come to his restaurant daily...literally no reason to go here. I have been to this location twice in the last week. They have a great model of getting you through the line while they are busy. Unfortunately this speediness has caused errors in both trips. They forgot my daughters meal (chicken nuggets and fries) during one trip and they failed to give the requested dipping sauces on both of the last trips. Ordered a 12 count nugget meal fresh and ice cream through the drive-thru So they ParkMe it took 15 to 20 minutes , I literally had to go in and get my food In the ice cream they gave me was melted so I had to return that and when they gave it to me it had a lid with dried brown stuff all over it , i'll let the guy know and he told me it's just on the Lid ...... I ordered delivery through their app, we'll instantly it was a disaster their door dash guy was like there's no apt listed even though there was. Ok fine he texted I sent him apt # well then I see it was delivered but No it wasn't and I have ring camera to prove. So I call and complain they harass me but finally say ok refund minus tip. I should start by letting you know that I come here WAY too often. It's probably unhealthy if I am being honest, but it is the only restaurant (apart from McDonalds.. if you consider that a restaurant) that is on my way to work before I jump on the freeway. The morning drive thru staff is great! They are always quick and always fill my order perfectly. My one complaint is that drinks dont need that much ice! Overall, though... they are just fun! They joke about how they can tell it's me from my order, noticed when I got a new car, and ask how my morning is. They brighten my day. I give them 5 stars! Unfortunately, the evening crew gets 3 stars, so my overall review is a 4. The evening crew just doesn't seem to enjoy their jobs. They tend to talk amongst themselves and almost seem annoyed that you are interrupting to ask for food. I literally get the same thing EVERY time I come and more often than not, this shift gets it incorrect. I stopped going in the evenings. The food was cold. The bread seemed as though they just took it out of the bag and placed the chicken patty between the buns. I asked if they could warm up the sanwich, they replied that they cannot do that. Talked to a manager who said that is how the food should be. I told the manager the food is cold, the bread is not even luke warm. He seemed irritated and offered to redo the order. Finally got warm food but with attitude and no apology or reasonable explanation as to why my order was cold. Management should lead with a good example. First time I have ever had an issue going this franchise. I will never go back to this location. read more

I just had the worst experience ever at a Chick-Fil-A . I was in the drive thru line and I didn't realize the the center lane was for drive thru (which I was in that lane) I had moved over to the next lane because there was a car exiting the drive thru. When the young man directing traffic let 2 cars that were originally behind me into the drive thru line I realized I was in the right line and got back over. The worker stopped me and told me I was cutting in line that I had to get out of line and drive around the building again. I told him that he knows I was in that lane and 2 cars behind me just went through. He said since I got out of line I was cutting and had to leave the line. He removed the cones and made me leave the line. I did report it to management by phone and the catering manager said she would talk to him. Never again will I go to that store. read more

Lately the quality here has decreased and I'm not exactly sure why. The staff doesn't seem as friendly as they once were and the food tastes pretty generic. My honey went so far as to compare her chicken strips' flavor to "cardboard." The fries are way too salty which I equate with trying to cover up a general lack of flavor. The renovations to the dining area are nice but the food and staff were what made this place a hit with us. read more

Obviously chick-fil-A is always a 5 star experience / quality I wouldn't be saying anything new describing how awesome the service is so I'd just like to use the review to highlight a specific employee! I come out to this location nearly daily as I work right down the road and love chick fila. What I look forward too the most is Elijah's consistently up best attitude and presentation. Primary I see him organizing the traffic near the pick / entry window near the check out. I don't think Iv ever seen that kid without a smile. People honking, rushing, pushing through that area everyday and I know that has to be a tough job to do especially now as it's getting SUPER hot out and not once does that kid miss sending a smile out to every driver that runs though that area. Customer service a whole experience that can lay on the first and last encounter of the engagement. Elijah being the first smile you see at the start and the end of this experience has been an awesome treat added to perfect lunch! Thanks guys! Give that dude a raise! read more

These people are working so so hard!! They are crazy busy and had 5 or 6 people outside directing traffic, taking orders, and getting everyone through as quickly as they can. I love chick-fil-a breakfast. Chicken minis and original iced coffee half sweet. The line here gets pretty out of control and will wrap around the whole building and then some. You'd be better off going at off times or parking and going inside for your order. There's also a starbucks in the same plaza so mornings are out of control. read more

Since I was a kid and chick fillet was ONLY at the mall, it has been a treat to eat there. THANKFULLY, these days theres a good ole brick n mortar store around the corner for just about everyone! I just don't know of another similar establishment with better customer service. No matter how long the lines are at the drive thru, service is always so quick. I love that! On my most recent visit, I was given a card to have a free breakfast once a week for a month. I love free stuff! As for the food? ALWAYS fresh, good hot waffle fries and such...and my order is ALWAYS correct. Sadly, you cant get their tasty goodness on Sunday. But 6 days a week will do for me just fine! read more

This Chick-fil-A delivers a consistent experience with friendly staff. At times, like our most recent visit on Saturday at 10am, the drive through line is insanely slow. They are apologetic but don't offer any compensation for being stuck for 25 minutes in a line that was only 12 cars deep. Weird, but those Chicken minis are too hard to resist. My friend taught me to eat them upside down so that the honey has direct contact with the taste buds on your tongue. I imagine this is what it is like to drop acid, as it is mind altering. But wait, I'm mad at these guys for being so slow. But wait their little fired chicken nuggets are like a gift from God sandwiched between heavenly clouds of biscuits. This hands down has the best customer service than any other chick fil a ive been to. I mean we all know chick fil a has impeccable customer service but this one goes above and beyond. I ordered a grilled chicken cool wrap on the mobile app and when i went in to pick it up they apologized multiple times because their grill was doen and offered me something else, I ended up just getting a cool wrap with the regular chicken. When I was leaving they gave me a coupon for a free grilled chicken sandwich or grilled nuggets. The next time I went in was just to get their new watermelon mint lemonade (you totally need to try this!) And they just gave me a free ice cream for no reason. I Love this location! read more

Just went in for dinner here with my two best friends and chose a booth near the back corner to eat. After having a terrible Monday full of classes, my friends and I decided to grab some Chick Fil A to lighten our mood. After sitting down and receiving our meals, a Human Resources Director approached us and informed us that we shouldn't cuss because there are small children present. (Side note: there were no kids near by, we were not shouting or even being loud. My friends and I had simply had a rough day!) I am appalled at the way I was approached and told how to speak. I didn't realize that I couldn't exercise my freedom of speech while being in this establishment. After being so upset, I approached a manager who told me that he "doesn't condone cussing." Thank you Chick Fil A for making my Monday worse, and making me feel less than your workers! Note to self: stick to the drive through! read more

Love this location! Always speedy and friendly. The food is always hot. Sometimes the buns could be a bit too oily. They always have great promotions going too like free coffee month and free frosted lemonade month, which I don't know if other locations do it, but I appreciate it a lot.
