I low key hate Chick-fail-A because they are gay haters but they know how to run a business and make good food. The food is always fresh, the orders are always accurate and the employees are always overly nice (which is kinda creepy). I usually get the regular chicken sandwich meal and put regular mustard on it. Or I get the chicken nugget meal with Polynesian sauce. (If you have never had Polynesian sauce you have to try it!) I also like that they have a diet lemonade option without the sugar. Overall I love the food but I just wish the company would also pride themselves in letting people love who they want to love and not spending profits towards preventing gay people from getting married. read more

This Chick-fil-A is like any other --you know exactly what you're going to get: quality and cleanliness. At this particular location, I give them an extra star because they accommodated two buses with about 160 kids and adults in just under 2-3 hours notice. I was AMAZED how quickly they had everyone fed and seated. The manager had most of the food ready (No "choosing" --everyone got a bag of the same thing.), she created a separate line for us to keep things moving, AND the restaurant could seat us ALL plus regulars! I couldn't believe it. So, for general visitors, this is a solid franchise that well represents the Chick-fil-A name, and for panicked field trip coordinators, this place could be your savior. This is by far the slowest Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. Chick-fil-A is known for the customer service and quick drive thru's but this one was painfully slow. This is also the first Chick-fil-A I've been to that doesn't have workers outside helping take orders. I love Chick-fil-A but this was terrible service, i have been in line for 20 minutes. I will not be coming back to this one and I haven't even gotten my food yet. read more

I can only go as low as 4 stars because there was nothing wrong with the food, but the wait was ridiculous. Stopped here on our way to Missouri hoping for a quick bite to beat the incoming snow storm. We waited in the drive thru for about 30 minutes, and couldn't even get out of line because of how it was designed. I guess I could understand this wait at a peak time, but it was 3pm on a Wednesday. Disappointed because I expect quick service from Chick-fil-A. However, as usual the food was great and the workers were nice! read more

They almost always get my food right with fast and nice service. The chicken nuggets are my favorite alongside the half tea half lemonade.

This place is always packed. Probably because they get orders right (unlike the other chicken chains) and are friendly and the place is clean. The food is consistent and that is what I expect when I go to a chain. Right now I'm hooked on their market salad. 7 bucks for a very healthy and tasty salad that's 200 calories. Can't get that at any other restaurant. And it's more than enough to fill you up. So glad we have one in Frankfort now! read more

They were speedy quick and they said my pleasure every time I said Thank you. They made me feel welcome there. I think I'm going to go there all the time now. I'm very upset to say, as they are my favorite fast food company, that nearly every time I go through the drive-thru they forget my chick-fil-a sauce. I have made it abundantly clear that I would like the scrumptious sauce to soothe my cravings and still receive a bag with nostalgic nuggets but no sea of tasteful sauce. From "with chick-fil-a sauce please," to "any sauce with that?-- yes chick-fil-a sauce thanks," I still don't meet my needs. I hope this conflict resolves itself and chick-fil-a proves itself to be the best once again. read more

I love Chick fil a and I'm so glad they finally got one here in Frankfort. But the reason I gave 4 stars is because the drive thru here is extremely slow. Don't go if you're in any kind of hurry. It breaks my heart to give a Chik-fil-a less than five stars, but we're gonna have to chalk this one up to 'it sounded like a good idea.' The food was good...after sitting (trapped due to design) in the drive through line for about 20 minutes. We almost got the wrong order due to use of a double ordering line and staff that's not familiar with it two months after opening. We sat another five to seven minutes at the window waiting for food. I had debated whether or not I should have gone in until we made it to the window and saw all the customers waiting at the counter. I'm pretty sure one lady's baby was going to be born before she received her order. read more

This location was brand new at the time I visited. I have to say that this is the best design of any Chick-Fil-A I've been to. They are always known for confusing lines, not knowing where to go and who's already ordered. They actually designed this location with a line right as you walk in (brilliant). Everyone was new to their job, but doing very well for the recent opening. My spicy chicken sandwich was the nicest looking thing I've ever been served. Hopefully they maintain the excellence over the years, as this was the best location I've been to! read more

My nephew's team from Albany State University arrived in Frankfort, KY last night and they attempted to have dinner at Chick-fil-A at 9:45pm after a 13 hour bus ride. The hours of operation on the door read 6am-10pm but the doors were locked??? As the team walked back to the bus, they witnessed a Caucasian couple enter the facility and exit with food items--what the heck? I just want to understand and/or an explanation as to why the locked and then unlocked the doors... I'm sure the team and coach would have understood the preparation for a group of 20+ patrons 15 minutes before closing might result in lack of menu items or addition time for orders. The managements message or communication was bad for business and the image I know this franchise has upheld. Shame on you Chick-fil-A. Show some accountability for our young men and women. They are college athletes, students, and our future. read more

We had a 4 year olds birthday party there this weekend. The staff was amazing, and treated us all so well. The kids were so excited when the cow came out to sing Happy Birthday and delivered them ice cream. It was wonderful. read more
