The food here is as good as any other location but this is such a difficult location to get in and out of. It's right in a very high traffic area near Cosners Corner and Interstate 95. It get's real trick when you exit because you have to go across 4 lanes of traffic and there is no signal. I'm sure there have been many accidents with folks trying to get out. read more

I am a Pharmaceutical Rep and needed a quick turnaround to provide lunch for a doctors office that I was meeting with in 2 hours. The online catering option said they earliest I could pick-up the food was 5:00pm, so I called this Chick-Fil-A location and spoke with Russell. He was incredibly helpful in helping get the ordered placed and promised to have it ready on time. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was immediately greeted by Russell who offered me a drink while I waited for it to be bagged up. He helped me carry it to my car and was very pleasant and a great representation of what good service looks like with a smile. I am a huge fan of everything Chick-Fil-A!! With that being said, each location I've visited and I've been to many has one or two things that stick in my memory bank. This location was super busy and under construction in the drive through area.. They didn't skip a beat, they had a guy stopping and directing traffic to keep the flow and Thanking Drivers for complying.. We thanked him for keeping us safe.. The windows had plywood on the ground, to again keep the flow, they had staff outside the windows handling customers needs.. I was amazed with this service! Thank you and totally pleased!! This Chick-fil-A was disappointing. Just doesn't seem like it is well run. Long wait lines and one person on register. Usually at a Chick-fil-A whenever they see two people in line you see additional cashiers immediately come to help out the customer that absolutely wasn't the case. There was probably about 10 people in line and one person was the cashier as well as filling the drinks where other ones I've seen is that you have multiple people working. It seemed almost all the people were working in the drive-through lane service and so it was just very different and disappointing experience. I'm used to the food especially for grilled nuggets and french fries coming out quickly and took a while to come out which is surprising. the bathroom one of the stalls was missing toilet paper so it was just kind of the overall experience there were two cashiers but then the same one was talking wonder if she supposed to go to bathroom do you do you what she was supposed to do and so it just didn't feel like the normal smooth Chick-fil-A way read more

While this CFA location is conveniently located off I-95N 126B, there very limited parking. It's sandwiched in between a bank and Wendy's The bathrooms are filthy. Limited seating inside. The employees are not friendly. While they claim this is one of three CFAs in the area, I can't tell. Expect to spend about an hour or so here between waiting for parking and waiting in the long line. You've been warned. Stop at your own risk. I recommend trying another restaurant in the area or travel further up or down I-95 for more options and less crowding! read more

I haven't been to a Chick-fil-A in F O R E V E R. Stopped by this location on our way to Raleigh. Wow, I have been missing out! This location is super clean (restrooms included) and the customer service is on point. The line was pretty long (1:30pm on a Friday), but moved fairly fast. After ordering, I received my food within minutes, so I was afraid that my food wouldn't be freshly made. Wrong. Delicious! I ordered the Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich (on a wheat bun) meal. MmMmMmM. The chicken breast was seasoned well, and unlike other fast food restaurants that offer spicy items, this sandwich packed some heat. The wheat bun was toasted just right...great bun! I could have done without the dill pickles though. The sandwich comes with pepper jack cheese, but I liked having the option of getting it with American or provolone cheese. The waffle potato fries were crispy, not flimsy, and cooked well. I have to admit, I was somewhat sad when I reached into my container only to find it empty. Dip it in buttermilk ranch...MmMmMm. Best fast food chicken sandwiches, very clean atmosphere and outstanding customer service. We decided to dine in after a long drive from the DC area. Walked into a very clean, well maintained fast food atmosphere. Play area available. The restroom have mouthwash for after the meal. Customer service is top notch/best of all food chains. Very polite workers here. Greeted with a nice welcome and a smile. When you return a thank you pay attention to what they say. The wait wasn't long for the food. I'd say less than 3 minutes. My go-to meal is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich Deluxe combo meal. So simple yet so delicious. Fresh, breaded spicy chicken breast, lettuce, tomato and pepper jack cheese. Not greasy like other fast food places. Love them waffle potato fries as well. Can't forget the sweet tea. The further away you get from DC, the more "Southern comfort/hospitality" you feel. I couldn't get good sweet tea in DC. Got my sweet tea fix. Stopping by here was the easiest and best choice. read more

Well it turns out that in Spotsylvania, VA most of the restaurants and fast food places close at 9pm. And when they say 9, they mean 9. I was looking through the glass at Panera Bread watching my watch strike 9 precisely only to see that the door was locked. Noodles and More was closed too. I mean it's pretty bad when you can't even find a fast food place that is open. But lo' and behold Chick-fil-A. You met my nourishment needs (sort of) that night. And your cashier was unusually polite saying things like, "It would be my pleasure, sir". Never been to a chick fil a where inside customer are simply ignored. After placing an order waited 20 minutes to get food. They were only serving the drive through. The employees wouldn't even look at or acknowledge us once the order was placed. A lady who was there before me asked about her order 3 times and was told they were waiting on her milkshake as her food got cold. She literally had to tell them this is BS. I love the fact that there closed on Sundays and our an Christian conpany. I like the chicken sandwiches and I like the wraps and milkshakes,You have got to try the peach one!!!! This is my favorite Chick-Fil-A!! The people there are very friendly and quick with your food order. Would highly recommend their cobb salad and Regular lemonade. Their regular chicken sandwich and waffle fries, also the grilled chicken club sandwich with your choice of cheese and bread . And their chicken tenders and nuggets are delicious too! Breakfast is good here also! My favorite is the chicken breakfast burrito and the chicken mini's with a fruit cup on the side. What I don't like about this chick fil a is the location, it's located at a very busy intersection, there are a couple other businesses here in this area that makes it very congested at times. I have to say the greatness started before I walked to the door. There was a young lady who waited and held the door open for us, she was an employee who hadn't even started her shift yet. She was friendly and welcomed us into the restaurant. We were welcomed by at least three other employees before we got to the cashier. The cashier was friendly and patient. Customer service is great as the staff is always friendly and seem happy to help. The manager (Jon I think is his name?) is so polite and helpful. This Chick-fil-A goes above and beyond when serving their guests. On many occasions I have witnessed a manager named Mike assisting guests to their vehicles on rainy days. I have never seen that anywhere else! The restrooms are clean and there is complimentary lotion, mouthwash, and tissues. The floors and tables are kept clean and the food is always fresh. This is a busy location, but the staff is polite and attentive and they try to assist every guest quickly and with a smile. The staff is knowledgeable and even if they aren't sure on something, they are happy to find out. The meals are brought to the table and the staff will come around to check on you and refresh your beverage! I try to avoid visiting other Chick-fil-As in the area, even if that means going out of my way. I recommend this Chick-fil-A to all of my friends! read more

My family "gave Kate a hard time" with a complicated custom order that couldn't be fulfilled with the mobile app. Service was excellent even during the super busy lunch hour. No wonder I had a hard time finding parking. And still the place was clean. I DID try out the mobile ordering with the adult meals and it worked flawlessly. I was able to skip the line for that one.
