I wanted to write an update for this place, especially with COVID-19. This review won't touch on any of their food, since it's your typical Chick-fil-A. Anyway, it's always, always crowded in the drive-thru. But still worth it. I've been by at least 3 times during the pandemic, and what I've found is that the attendants are all very efficient. Instead of waiting until you get to one point to order, there are a few different attendants wearing masks and gloves that come out and take your name and order and note the colour/type of car you're in. You order and pay at the same moment, and then you continue waiting in the drive-thru. When your order is ready, an attendant will bring it out for you and confirm your name. You'll likely still have to wait in the drive-thru before being able to move (because there are a lot of cars), but kudos to the new Chick-fil-A experience. read more

Hands down the best chicken fast food spot. Sandwiches are delicious. Chicken is juicy and crispy on the outside. The fries are perfectly fried to a golden brown. The best part, the SAUCES! I like this Chick-fil-A. Ive been to many other locations in different states but this one in particular is one of my favorite ones. They keep their place very nice and clean at all times, no matter what time of the day. The vibes are very chill, never too loud even at the lunch rush or dinner hours. Their drive through can get long at lunch time but dining in is not a problem. As for the service inside, it's definitely A1! They bring you your food per usual and ask if they can bring you anything else and usually I'll need more of The best chick-fil-a sauce and they'll bring it to me. But the reason why I like this place more than others is because one of the cashiers came to my table where I was still eating and asked if she can get my anything else, even offered to refills my drinks. - Ive never experience that anywhere else and I'm very surprised! It was such mistake going to this location!!!!! I usually go to the Mowry location and never had an issue. I ventured a bit farther out on Saturday, Sept. 9, 2017 to have breakfast since I've never been to this location. I believe the person that rang me up is a manager because the one originally ringing me up couldn't figure out how to do my first transaction since I was using the ap to pay and I also had a treat reward. She couldn't explain to me what was going on and she spoke to the manager in Spanish who then helped her. On my second transaction, the manager confirmed that they had decaf coffee before I placed my order. She also confirmed that they have free refills. I had my breakfast and when I went to get a refill, one of the workers said that they had no decaf. I was in a rush by this time so I wasn't sure if they never had decaf to begin with and I was served regular coffee or she meant that they just ran out which is not possible considering there were only 2 more customers dining and it was a pretty quiet Saturday and I know not a lot of people drink decaf in the morning. As I went on throughout my day, I started to feel the shakes, a little dizziness and light headed usually brought in by me drinking regular coffee. I drank a lot of water that day hoping to flush the caffeine out which wasn't difficult since it turned out to be quite a warm day. That night, I couldn't sleep so this time I definitely came to a conclusion that I was served regular caffeinated coffee after clearly requesting decaf. I would have never ordered the coffee if I was clearly made aware that decaf is not available. After several visits to this location, I am not impressed at all. I like their chicken strips. Otherwise, nothing special or terrible, other than high prices. This must be my week for revisiting places I 1-starred in the past. The last time I came here I never got any food and they didn't even want to refund my money. This time I got to experience the food for the first time. I saw the recent TV spots for their "nuggets" and for the macaroni and cheese, so I thought I'd give it a try. First, the parking lot. There's one way in, and it is blocked with cars waiting for the drive-through. It took more than five minutes for that line to move enough for me to get into the lot and park. Must be a popular spot. I tried to order from a teenager who had trouble understanding me. I got through "12-piece nuggets" when she interrupted me with, "Is that a meal?" I shook off her inane question and started my order again. (I came in to eat. When you eat, it's a meal that you eat. What else would it be?) "12-piece nuggets, one macaroni and cheese, and a small root beer please." She answered, "so that's TWO meals?" Now I'm feeling judged. Anyway, the total was about what I expected, so I went along with whatever she implied by "two meals". She asked for my name. I told her Chuck. My receipt said "Chut". I guess "Chut" is a more common name than Chuck. The food came within five minutes. No problem with the time, but the food was crap. The nuggets came in a box a little larger than a business card. This was for the large order. These "nuggets", which they advertise to be so much better than the ones from other places, are a piece of chicken about 3/8" cubed prior to breading and frying. Absolutely nothing special about those. The mac and cheese was a nasty mush. The TV commercials show a nice broiled top. There was none of that in the real thing. And I have a hard time believing there was any real cheese in the sauce. It was just a scoop of nastiness. I'm guessing this place is crowded for something other than the food. Mine wasn't bad, it was horrible. Then it took about 15 minutes to get out of the stupidly-designed parking lot. Somehow the line of cars for the drive-through that was outside blocking the parking lot when I arrived was now inside the parking lot blocking parked cars from backing out and leaving. Seriously, three drivers wouldn't let me back out of my parking spot because, I guess, they thought was was leaving my parking spot just to cut the line in front of them or something. Idiots. Honestly, it took a lot longer for me to park and leave than it took to order, wait for, and eat the crappy food. It's astounding that this place is popular. read more

This Chic fil a is next to Wendy's. You can turn in on the intersection traffic light to the parking lot. Last time I went was this past Saturday night. The drive thru line was full but it was around 5-10 minute wait, not too long. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo with a frozen lemonade drink. The total was 11.20 including tax. The fries were crispy, they didn't skimp on the sauces, but the piece of chicken in my burger was really small. Maybe I just got unlucky but yeah. The service here is good. They're a Christian organization and not open on Sundays which means that the employees who work there are usually really nice and don't seem overworked or tired. If you go to eat there, I'd recommend the frozen lemonade and the chicken sandwich. read more

I have noticed that the two Fremont locations are quite busy, especially the drive thru's. The line moved really well and the restaurant was packed on a Saturday afternoon. I decided on a #1 Combo Meal (chicken sammie, fries & drink) and also ordered a 12 piece nugget. I asked for their buffalo, sweet & spicy and BBQ sauces to dip my chicken into. Service was very good and my food came-out really fast. I like that the chicken isn't overly oily and or greasy and their buns are soft. The portions could be bigger and the nuggets are on the smaller side. I'd prefer if the fries were a bit crispier too. Parking was plentiful, but the drive-thru was quite crowded. I also ordered a second salad with grilled chicken and no cheese however this salad had the same issue. We love Chick-fil-a! We usually always go to the one off of Mowry. We decided to come to the Auto Mall one as a family and let our son run around. This one is much nicer and cleaner than the one off of Mowry. The service is great and they are very friendly. They even do clean the play area and surrounding areas. The lady cleaning was very friendly to my son. This location is a great location. There weren't many people when we went for breakfast. It was nice and quiet.
