The service and quality of this location has really gone down hill over the last few years. I placed a mobile order for a 2 topping pizza with crazy bread and marinara sauce. I received an email and app notification that it was ready at 6:55 and I was already there. I noticed that there were 4 orders in the portal, but only one order was actually in the portal. I waited for about 15 mins before being acknowledged. There were at least 4 people who came in after me that were acknowledged. Once I was finally acknowledged they told me they are waiting for my crazy bread to be done. Waited some more only to be told 5 min later that I needed to wait some more because they burnt my pizza. I left came back 10 min later only to have to wait another 5 mins for the crazy bread that they said they were waiting to give to me. I was not given an apology or they didn't do anything else to make it right. To make matters worse the pizza I got was undercooked. I'm extremely disappointed that I waited 30 mins after they said my pizza was ready and then I got a disgusting pizza which was poorly cut. Looks like the employees are skewing the data to show they have made the pizza to appease corporate to make them look good. This was a horrible experience and the staff doesn't care. read more

We went to Little Caesars in Cedar Ave in Newark CA to get a couple of pizza for our kids. It took a while for the crew to tale our order but we waited patiently cause we saw that he was busy. Then after a while he took my order. After taking my order, he went to the back to make/prepare pizza with his bare hands! No gloves and no washing of hands!! It was so disgusting! It seemed like he was running the place on his own. He also used his phone while preparing the pizza in front of him! I was able to take pictures. I work in the food service industry myself and that is unacceptable! Please do something about it! People/kids might get sick with that unsanitary practice! read more

Always have an easy time calling in my orders on the way home from work when I can't use the app. Staff are so friendly, especially to kids.

Service is always fast the space is a walk up if you're picking up. My kiddos enjoy the food here and have no complaints so this is our spot to order from come some Friday nights. I first went to another Little Caesars nearby that was closed early when it was supposed to be closed @ 11 so I decided to hit up this location since it was OPEN like it was supposed to be lol!!! I mean what else can you say, classic little Caesars late night pizza.. but for the price and the guys working here, they honestly make the best little Caesars hot n ready around this area like literally every time I go they have my order ready and it's just as delicious as the last. I went to others in Fremont and I was not impressed to say the least, slow and trash taste. But here the food is honestly pretty darn good, they always offer me napkins and cheese packets which is nice! They never given me a cold pizza so far so thanks for that! read more

I needed to pick up some lunch before I headed to work. I placed an order and picked up. Fast, friendly staff is always a plus.

Super friendly staff here at this location. I heard the one off of Thornton, closer to my house, charged an extra $1 on ready to eat pizza so we drove a little ways to get to this spot. The service was kinda meh but he was nice enough. Looked like a teenager in high school.. but he was nice enough, got me my wings, deep dish stuffed pizza, and i was on my way. The pizza came out hot and fresh and the hot buffalo wings were nice with a bit of heat, NOT salty like i've had in the past at other Little Caesar's. We will be back. I am not a fan of their rgular pizza but i am a-ok with their deep dish.... Weird. read more

Im so happy they opened this place! My bf and jogged over because its so close to his brothers house!!! They have packets of the seasonings and pepper flakes in tubs and you can grab as much as you want. We tried out the stuffed crust deep dish. My bf liked it but i thought it was too much cheese. Next time, were getting the normal deep dish. We also ordered the bread sticks. They were perfect! Soft, warm and each stick was nicely coated with parmaesan! Definitely going to make a run here more often. read more

I usually check my order before leaving the store, but this time I didn't and when I got home I realized it was the wrong order. I drove back to the store to get what I had actually ordered. I asked them for crazy bread to compensate for their own mistake. They were willing to give me the bread, but denied me the sauce and asked me to pay for it. Best tasting Little Caesars but WORST service ever! Shameful that the "Boss Lady" doesn't appreciate her customers by showing them common respect and gratitude for purchasing pizza. Lady you can start the order with a hello a finish by making direct eye contact and saying thank you. This Little Caesars is the standard!!! We went to this location late at night because it was the only one open late. We usually go to one of the Fremont locations. I will definitely be going out of my way to return to this location. The pizza was unbelievable good, the bread sticks soaked in butter and seasoning.
