The service and quality of this location has really gone down hill over the last few years. I placed a mobile order for a 2 topping pizza with crazy bread and marinara sauce. I received an email and app notification that it was ready at 6:55 and I was already there. I noticed that there were 4 orders in the portal, but only one order was actually in the portal. I waited for about 15 mins before being acknowledged. There were at least 4 people who came in after me that were acknowledged. Once I was finally acknowledged they told me they are waiting for my crazy bread to be done. Waited some more only to be told 5 min later that I needed to wait some more because they burnt my pizza. I left came back 10 min later only to have to wait another 5 mins for the crazy bread that they said they were waiting to give to me. I was not given an apology or they didn't do anything else to make it right. To make matters worse the pizza I got was undercooked. I'm extremely disappointed that I waited 30 mins after they said my pizza was ready and then I got a disgusting pizza which was poorly cut. Looks like the employees are skewing the data to show they have made the pizza to appease corporate to make them look good. This was a horrible experience and the staff doesn't care. read more

We went to Little Caesars in Cedar Ave in Newark CA to get a couple of pizza for our kids. It took a while for the crew to tale our order but we waited patiently cause we saw that he was busy. Then after a while he took my order. After taking my order, he went to the back to make/prepare pizza with his bare hands! No gloves and no washing of hands!! It was so disgusting! It seemed like he was running the place on his own. He also used his phone while preparing the pizza in front of him! I was able to take pictures. I work in the food service industry myself and that is unacceptable! Please do something about it! People/kids might get sick with that unsanitary practice! read more

Always have an easy time calling in my orders on the way home from work when I can't use the app. Staff are so friendly, especially to kids.

Service is always fast the space is a walk up if you're picking up. My kiddos enjoy the food here and have no complaints so this is our spot to order from come some Friday nights. Super friendly staff here at this location. I heard the one off of Thornton, closer to my house, charged an extra $1 on ready to eat pizza so we drove a little ways to get to this spot. The service was kinda meh but he was nice enough. Looked like a teenager in high school.. but he was nice enough, got me my wings, deep dish stuffed pizza, and i was on my way. The pizza came out hot and fresh and the hot buffalo wings were nice with a bit of heat, NOT salty like i've had in the past at other Little Caesar's. We will be back. Im so happy they opened this place! My bf and jogged over because its so close to his brothers house!!! They have packets of the seasonings and pepper flakes in tubs and you can grab as much as you want. We tried out the stuffed crust deep dish. My bf liked it but i thought it was too much cheese. Next time, were getting the normal deep dish. We also ordered the bread sticks. They were perfect! Soft, warm and each stick was nicely coated with parmaesan!
