    Chick-fil-A- Nuggets

I gave them 3 stars because I absolutely love their food & service.. but all it takes is one time getting your favorite food messed up or tasting bad to change your opinion. I got the nuggets & I opened one up & this is what I saw. I don't know about everyone else but it freaks me out & makes me lose my appetite.

You really cant go wrong with Chick Fil A. It is always a solid experience and this location is no different. We stopped by for lunch with my family and the food was hot and fresh. Definitely recommend.

Whenever I'm in the mainland...I always love to go to Chick-fil-A. This location is very convenient to Walmart and very clean. They have a children's play room so parents can enjoy lunch and easily watch the kiddos. Being from Hawaii we were freezing and tried the Tortilla soup it was very tasty and savory. It hit the spot. The chicken sandwiches are always so good! The waffle cut fries with the house sauce is the best! The diet lemonade with splenda was yummy too! Something about their chicken is just magical;) Hands down 5 stars for the service and food quality! They are always so friendly to everyone and take pride in their job. The servers came to our table to ask if we needed refills or more sauce and even offered to throw our trash away?!? This is unheard of in fast food. We were flabbergasted! Amazing employees! Thanks for a wonderful experience.

In line since the app/online orders wouldn't work after it failed to verify any of my phone numbers / said the system was down 12/23

We visited in 12/23 and I tried to place an online order with the app like have been doing for years. Got all the way to the final checkout screen , even after entering my credit card and the app couldn't verify any phone numbers. And therefore wouldn't place the order ... said the verification system was down... So after spending 10 mins doing a huge group order online I had to go into the store, wait in line and place the entire order again. This store was a zoo. The line moved quickly and the cashier was friendly. Our orders came out correct but one of my beefs is the French fry cups don't look as advertised- as in they're not even filled to the top. Barely full. I had grilled nuggets and they looked a little mangled. My dog ate most of them. To make matters worse I got a sprite and while I was driving down the hwy my straw pierced the bottom of my cup and sprite started leaking all over my rental car. What a sticky nightmare of a mess. Did the cups get thinner? This never happened to me in my life. Foam cups are out dated and shouldn't even be used at this point. Time to get better cups and switch to planet friendly straws, not these plastic daggers!

This is my favorite location in the area. It can get busy but they are still quick to get orders in and out. Fantastic costumer service, food is consistently good quality, and one of the few fast food places that what you order looks like what you see pictured on the menu. Fresh squeezed lemonade daily, chocolate chip cookies that melt in your mouth, and you can go healthy with the chicken wrap...I recommend with avocado lime ranch. They don't do beef but they have bacon!!! I add that to my chicken sandwich all the time to take it up a notch.

Interior is stylish and a whole restaurant is clean. Table toppers are free for kids and a play area!

The food is outstanding across the board--from the steaks to the cheese sticks--but the real star is their bread pudding. It's absolutely worth the trip from anywhere in the tri-state area. Parking is also easy and convenient, with a garage right across the street, as well as their own lot and additional street parking. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great meal and an even better experience.

They have a charming patio at the back of the interior space as well. I didn't realize they have their own lot, but in case it's full, there is plenty of street parking nearby. The service was excellent. Our server was very attentive and kept drink refills flowing. We ordered the pretzel and beer cheese and the poutine for starters. The pretzel was huge and tasty. I didn't care for the beer cheese, probably because I was expecting a more solid cheese product. I would describe this more as a cream sauce. It didn't seem to have much cheese in it and was very 'liquidy'. Also the ramekin was only half full. If it had tasted better, I would have asked for more, but as it was not, we didn't even finish what was given. I thought it was a bit pricey at $12.95 for one large pretzel. On the other hand, the poutine was fantastic! A very unique take on the dish with a mix of cheese curds (although they reminded me more of pieces of mozzarella sticks), french fries and Andouille cream gravy. I ordered the fish tacos which consisted of Blackened Salmon, Thai Chili Sauce, Black Bean Corn Salsa, Pico de Gallo. My order came with two and they were fantastic! Since Blinkers is known for steaks, I will have to give them another try at dinner time.

The Goetta is a regional dish popular to the area comprised of sausage and potato fried like a smash burger. It was packed full of flavor and was nice and crispy. A must get was the biscuit and gravy. Unlike the southern style which is usually thick and creamy, this has amazing seasoning, plenty of the sausage crumble, and rich texture. The biscuit underneath was soft and savory and paired very well in this dish. The filet and eggs were perfectly cooked and had good flavor. There were a lot of diced potatoes on the plate to enjoy which was also well seasoned and crispy. Lastly the big easy omelette was very good. I do like the fact it was plated on top of a piece of toast. The biscuit and gravy along with the omelette gave a very strong New Orleans feeling. The cocktails also hit their mark. Local distillery Riff was the maker of the bourbon for the mule. I'm not sure of their lineup but it compared to Bulleit Bourbon. Very stable in the cocktail without being overpowering. The hard truth was a coffee with a punch and a great way to start a vacation morning. The restaurant was deceptively large from its outward appearance. There is lots of seating available and the tables moved swiftly. The large garage style doors allowed for full fresh air circulation and opens the brightness from the natural lighting. Being a corner location they were able to maximize on the opened interior dining experience. Overall 4.7 out of 5

I've made my way through the entire menu (food and drinks), and there honestly isn't a single item I wouldn't recommend. Everything is consistently spot on every single time. That kind of reliability is hard to find, and it's exactly why I keep coming back. That said, a few personal favorites stand out. The goat cheese flatbread appetizer is a non-negotiable. It's the kind of dish you order "for the table" but secretly don't want to share. The cacio e pepe and pasta rustica are also incredible and always hit. As for drinks, the seasonal espresso martini is always a go-to and never disappoints. But my personal favorite is either the regular old fashioned or, when I'm feeling myself, the wagyu old fashioned... especially if Scott is behind the bar. He clearly knows what he's doing, and it shows. The service is always warm, attentive, and consistent, which makes the whole experience even better every time. Great food, great drinks, great atmosphere, and a bartender who takes his craft seriously. I'll definitely be back (again...and again).

I have had this spot on my list for a while. I started with a cocktail, the Soda Italia Mojito and it was so refreshing, bubbly, and delicious without being overly sweet. I ordered an appetizer for my meal. Unfortunately I did not feel well and ended up taking almost all of this home with me. I ordered the Bourbon Wagyu Burrata. This app was hand pulled mozzarella stuffed with braised wagyu brisket and bourbon butter and served with crostini. I just ate this for lunch and it was absolutely delicious. The bartender said these are made to order, mozzarella pulled and filled after I placed my order. The atmosphere was cozy and right in the heart of Covington. Both bartenders were super friendly and when I said all of a sudden I did not feel well, they took my meal and put it in a box for me and got me an ice water to go. I will definitely stop in the restaurant again to give something else on the menu a try. Probably will order the same cocktail as it was so good.

The space is open, bright and well decorated making it very inviting for brunch. You order at the counter from the menus placed along the wall then food is delivered to your table. The various brunch items all sounded very inviting so I was having trouble deciding what to order. So I got a recommendation to try the Shakshuka. Not sure how to pronounce it but when it arrived it was just the right portion and quite tasty for brunch. It's a bowl with a red pepper sauce and feta cheese and kale along with eggs sunny side up. The dish is served with pita so you can do a little bit of dipping in the tasty sauce. To accompany our food we selected the mimosa service and bloody mary pitcher. A pitcher is just perfect for sharing. And the mimosa service was delightful. The server arrived with a bottle of Prosecco and small carafes of orange, grapefruit and blood orange juices to mix yourself. The food was fresh and tasty with prompt delivery of our food to our table. Not quite a full service restaurant since you have to order at the counter but still a nice experience located downtown.
