The chicken was juicy and very flavorful, you can really taste the wood fire-taste, this came with two different dipping aioli sauces. While neither of them were spicy, I preferred the orange sauce because it had a thicker consistency. When I called to get it reversed, the manager tried to defend her and explain math that didn't work as an accident and then that the receipt she could see looked like there were more digits on my tip, which would have been $10 extra and not five. Eventually she reversed just the tip to zero. Cannot recommend this restaurant anymore based on server behavior and management response.

Ever since this place openned, it has become the number one fast food choice for my family. Everything tastes much better than the other brands. I just picked up a carryout order, and I've never been let down before. But today was not the day. The place is generally kept clean and the Staff are for the most part friendly. The shakes are very good - a guilty pleasure, but very worth it.
