What Chik-fil-a doesn't have incredible service!? This one was especially incredible. I pulled up to the wrong pick up area and was asked to move which I gladly did because I had made the mistake. Next thing I know the older gentleman brought out two cookies and said it was for moving to the correct spot. I was shocked. He was kind enough of to say thank you even though I was in the wrong spot to begin with. As he handed me my order he wished me safe travels and said to be safe because he said he noticed my plate was from out of town. Incredible service and kindness! As a southern girl at heart, I was really happy to stop and during a recent road trip. Chik-Fil-A is a staple and I'm so glad this is the one I went to. All of the employees looked like they were about 12 years old, but they are literally the definition of what I recognize as amazing customer service. I contact, a smile, explaining options, and just generally giving the impression that they gave a damn. Somebody even came by the tables and asked for diners how they were enjoying their visit. Great service as always. The manager was quick to remedy a mistake in the order - even during the busy lunch hour. Parking was a bit difficult to get to because of a backed up drive thru line- but there's plenty of parking nearby if you don't mind walking ten more paces. What I love about the app is how quickly they process refill of funds. I saw the tab was a couple extra dollars over and was able to add funds in less than 30 seconds. I stopped by here a couple oof days after thanksgiving with my mother. We were grabbing dinner before she dropped me off to the airport. She placed our order with a drive thru attendant that was on foot, although the line was almost non existent. When we pulled up 3 feet, another attendant came to the car to "repeat our order". Both times our sauces were repeated. We received our order and got on the parkway towards the airport. They faced us NO SAUCE, not a drop of ketchup or anything. So we had two orders of dry food with no sauce. We ended up having to stop at a WaWa's to get ketchup. Check your bag before the cashier rushes you off... or you will be eating chicken nugget rocks with porcupine fries and no sauce ‍. read more

We ordered on-line through Yelp. Yelp confirmed our order, my credit was charged, and they told us when it would be ready. When I arrived to the restaurant, they had no record of our order. They asked to look at my phone and the confirmation to see if I was telling the truth. I gave them my phone, the manager showed everyone that worked their. They finally said they would start on my order. I tried waiting but the order but it took too long. The worse thing about the whole experience was that no one would take responsibility for the mistake that was made. I'm still a fan of Chick-fil-A but you guys are better than this. Don't get anything but deep fried chicken sandwiches or ice cream. Everything else here is pretty much a wash. I tried one of the wraps and it was pretty miserable. Not bad tasting, but just sad. Stopped for quick breakfast on our way south. Restaurant was clean, bathroom was clean. The chicken biscuit was good chicken minis were dry. Tonight my wife places an order for pickup at 7:26pm and was at the restaurant 4 minutes later at 7:30PM. She checked in and after waiting 20 minutes decided to call to see where her order was. They could not "find" the order and proceeded to tell her that she would need to re-order even though her card was already charged. After a few minutes they finally "found" the order and ten minutes later delivered it to her car. The deliverer was very rude. I've been to Chick-fil-A several times, but I usually go in the drive-thru and I don't usually go to this location even though it's so close to home. Today with my 6 and 8 year old, decided to dine in. Placed an order and my kid needed to use the bathroom, so I told the cashier I was raking my daughter to the restroom, but I'd be right back. When I came out, my drinks were handed to me so I sat and waited. The order seemed to be taking a really long time but I remembered that I wanted a parfait and I also wanted to take additional food to go. I went back to the line, the same cashier told me "I'm bad with names, what's your name again?" Which indicates to me- she remembered me. I sit back down then I'm called to get my second order (but never received the first order) I tell the manager, she's asking for my receipt. (I have no idea where the receipt is at this point) but it's in the cup thing they give you when you go to a table. She told me they called my order already and threw my food away because they thought I left. She re-orders my first order, but gets the order wrong. I'm a patient person, but by now I'm pretty irritated. They "forgot" my drinks for the second order. Now I'm just pissed. I ended up just packing my dine-in food to leave and go home. Of course when I get home, the fries are not even there. This was an awful experience for me especially at Chick-fil-A. I guess I kind of think of Chick-fil-A as the ultimate customer service, but that just was not my experience at all. In other locations, I've been really impressed. I almost forgot to mention that I ordered ice cream ones for my kids, and the staff person put them down so close to the edge of the table so they fell on the floor. Service is great. It's my "home" CFA! The window cashier in the drive thru had dropped a coin from the previous car and I pulled up and grabbed it as it was super easy for me to pick up. You know what they did?!? After I handed them the coin, they said "your meal is on us tonight". I told them they didn't need to do that and he wouldn't accept it. $20 free meal for the dad and kids tonight. The cashier continued to speak with me while my food was being prepared (great manners, polite, friendly, awesome guy) CFA continues to impress me. Where do they hire these super energetic, super nice people to work for them? Must work hard to find the right staff, and it shows. Seriously. People of all ages and backgrounds, with one thing in common -- great attitude. We're fairly stuck on one set of things, chargrilled style sandwiches and wraps, and their fries and awesome lemonade. This is my home CFA and eat there regularly. Issues with lack of cleanliness and service. The inside was not busy, and the drive-through line was steady, but not busy. All interior trash cans were over flowing with trash. One trash can had spilled drink liquid all over it. Several tables contained trash and had not been wiped down. Bathrooms not clean and there was toilet paper on the floor in both. While my food was served promptly, was surprised by the size of line and duration of wait for others standing - they may have been waiting on drinks. In hundreds of visits to CFA stores in various locations this was by far the worst condition of any of those visits. Am certain that management wants to know about this experience and am still a loyal CFA customer and this will continue to be my home store. read more

They get five stars for service as the staff is friendly, welcoming and efficient. The food is good for fast food and always hot and fresh. I do eaT here often and haven't noticed any drop in service or quality over several years. It took several different versions over the years but the coffee is finally pretty good. The French fries have the taste of potato rather than just the grease and the chicken is always hot and fresh albeit a bit salty.
