We were also visited tableside by Chef/Owner Geno Goodman, and had a nice conversation about the restaurant biz. Our food was delicious. We started with the smoked deviled eggs, which were nicely smoked and seasoned. B had a special, branzino, with collards and Mac and cheese. I decided on a small rack of ribs with collards and corn on the cob. Everything was simply wonderful. The ribs were falling off the bone and amply sauced. The Habanero wings had just the right amount of sauce without being soggy. I also asked for their 911 sauce to dip my dry rub wings in for extra heat. We shared an order of fried mushrooms and a plain salad. Since it was the off-season, the service was excellent, with lots of teamwork among the staff.
