One of the only restaurants in the area open early on a week day, which I was very thankful for after a long flight. It was also pretty close to my hotel which was an added bonus. I've been to First Watch in my hometown before, so it's great to see that the service is just as exceptional when you travel between locations. I was greeted immediately. Came here for Sunday brunch because I had been eyeing the place for some time now. Food: the menu is extensive and it took quite some time to figure out what I wanted. I suggest maybe come in knowing what you might was to eat. i ordered the beet juice and smoked salmon and roasted veggies frittata. Best thing on my plate was the bread (very soft and fresh) with butter. Price: i felt it was decently priced only because it had salmon in it and fish dishes are usually a bit on the pricy side. But still felt like it was on the pricy side for eggs and some potatoes. Also, it was a bit annoying that menus do not show prices for food items. Ambiance: place is large and has a friendly feel due to the bench style seating decor throughout. It is very personalized. Menus are on QR codes which makes for a safe eating environment. I had the Elevated Egg Sandwich - Bacon, an over-easy cage-free egg, Gruyere cheese, fresh smashed avocado, mayo and lemon-dressed arugula on a brioche bun with a side of fresh, seasoned potatoes (which were way too salty and could not eat). The wife had the Farmhouse Hash - Two cage-free eggs any style atop fresh, seasoned potatoes, bacon, avocado, house-roasted onions and tomatoes, Cheddar and Monterey Jack. Service was excellent, i thought i ordered a multigrain pancake but i guess i did not. I ordered ham with my eggs and the first bite of the hame was all gristle. The server asked me if she could replace it after she realized i was having trouble chewing the ham. I said i should be ok as it was one bite. I cut another bite out of the middle and it was same gristle. The server called the manager over and she said there would be no charge for the breakfast.
