Wish I could rate this place less than a one. Doesn't even deserve a star. Arrived at 8:35pm to a busy restaurant, so naturally we expected to wait a little bit. Placed a mobile order because there were lots of people at the kiosks. App said that the food should be ready by 8:46... got our food at 9:10. At a Taco Bell, 24 minutes waiting for food is way too long. It's fast food, not, whatever this is. While we waited, we noticed the disarray of the kitchen. Looking down the line, there was trash all over the floor, sauce packets under the drive thru window, and over all, a disgusting atmosphere. The food was thankfully okay, (it had better be for how long we waited). Disappointed that there was no apology from the employees, nothing. Was hoping for a quick stop in for dinner, not have to stand in the lobby for 20 minutes hoping that they would start our order. Going in, didn't expect a 5 star restaurant, but I certainly didn't expect to have our experience. Very disappointed. read more

I always order from the app and originally had no problems. Unfortunately, my past two orders took 15 minutes to even start preparing. I pulled into the drive through to see no customers other than me and a worker inside doing nothing. As soon as I asked about my order did they begin making it. This is unacceptable. read more

Well this wasn't my pick but my wife wanted Taco Bell so here we are. We planned on eating in so we parked and walked up to the building and both doors were locked it states dine in hours 7am-10pm so we tried the drive tru and finally someone responded so we ordered Combo 11 with 3 Nacho Cheese with large Pepsi and Combo 3 with 3 Taco Supreme with a large Mango Fiesta drink. I ordered online to a void their long drive tru line, when I got there all doors where locked and they don't answer the phone, so guess what I have to get in line and wait almost 20 minutes to get my food, do you think a manager would come over and say sorry, no, nothing, even the girl running the window didn't say sorry, not a single person was over the age of 20 is my guess, so what can one expect, so my total wait time was 55 minutes, the only thing they got right is they didn't make the food up ahead of time so it was hot, but it did add to the wait time, once we get home of course we found that the cordita's where wrong at $4 each they had no more meat than a 89 cents taco. It looks like I should have read the reviews before attempting to go to this Taco Bell location. After a long day of chocolate, half of the car wanted KFC and half of us wanted Taco Bell. I'm glad the KFC people went first and could enjoy their food on our HALF AN HOUR wait in the drive thru line. While we waited one of my family members thought about trying to go inside. Of course the door was locked. We were stuffed in line with nowhere else to go with dietary restrictions. So we waited it out. By the time we made it to the speaker we were just so confused at what the hold up would be. Obviously it wasn't a huge crowd inside. I doubt people were over ordering. But then we figured it out. As we were ordering the boy taking the order had to have us repeat several things and we heard ruckus in the background. I will say that our order was all correct. we went to this taco bell location back in July of this year. food was wrong. I was called a liar, when I too the food back up to have it fixed. i sent taco bell corporate office a message and even this location we have never heard any apologize from corporate or from the district manager. I would never give this taco bell any star if i could. Let me just say that Taco Bell is a last resort! My Girlfriend and I were on our way back into town after running around and we both needed a quick snack. It was late so Taco Bell was virtually our only option so to the drive through we went. The gentleman took our order from the terrible machine and had us pull to the window. There he proceeded to talk to us for a moment while our food was being made to order. He apologized for the wait (all of 3 minutes) and gave us free drinks because of it. Taco Bell is still a last resort however I extremely hope that this gentleman moves on to restaurants where tips are involved because this is the kind of person I want taking care of me and will pay extra for this kind of service. read more

After reading some of the reviews on here I will admit that I had the bar set pretty low for our late night food run to satisfy my son's taco craving, but I was pleasantly surprised. Previous reviews complained about long waits at the drive-thru but even through there were 4 cars ahead of me when I pulled in, I waited less than 10 minutes total. The staff member at the window was friendly and from what I could see from my car they were strictly following state mandated COVID-19 protocols by wearing gloves and their masks properly. The food was all sealed properly and was fresh and delicious. I will definitely return to this location. read more

First off Taco Bell is my wife and I first for fast food...we have visited many Taco Bell`s in many towns...on 4/3/21 we stopped at the Hummeltown Pa. location which we had eaten before...we received our order after leaving we noticed we had no hot sauce...my wife walked back up to the drive though she was told she needed to to get back in line...so we had waited in line for 15 minutes to place our order...so we sat in line for another 35 minutes and when we got to the window...my wife asked to talk to the manager the person at the window said she was the manager...and proceeded to give us an attitude by WISH US A GREAT NIGHT AND COME BACK AGAIN. read more

This is definitely one of the best Taco Bell's in Harrisburg. I like that I can order ahead, tell them who I am and they make my order fresh. The service at this Taco Bell can be slow at times, but I'm okay with that. The food is always fresh and I've never had any issues with my order being correct. Even the employees are genuinely nice, in fact I got sang to once by a worker. They all seem to actually enjoy people and are friendly. The food tastes fresh all the time as well. Went here the other day. I think they need more staff. While ordering, the girl asked me to hold on after everything I said and I think she just went and made my food after each thing I ordered and came back to ask me what else I wanted. I was in line for about 30 minutes total. If my kids weren't hungry, I would have left. At the window, 3 items were missing. Since the pandemic, you never know when they're gonna be opened or closed. sometimes i go through the drive through and there's a sign on the speaker that'll say "today we close at 8" there's also no hours posted on the doors that tell you when the lobby opens and closes. They take an extremely long time to make an order (I can understand if you have new or short staff, but i have waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes. half of the staff is not friendly, and the other half are. Rarely eat fast food and tonight after working all day said what the heck we will try Taco Bell. This was absolutely the worst experience at a Taco Bell or any fast food place. We ordered 3 hard tacos, 2 bean burritos and 1 chicken quesadilla. 2 of my 3 hard tacos were smashed. My husband said his bean burrito tasted burnt. I took a bite and let's just say I told him to just pitch them both, it was disgusting. He then tried his chicken quesadilla and only ate half because it had a weird aftertaste and lack of cheese so tasted just blah. I would typically call a restaurant and complain but due to the fact that fast food is pretty darn hard to screw up, I'll comment on here so others can see that I'm not the only one giving this establishment a poor rating or review. Terrible service, what a shame. I went online before driving over to double check when they closed, which was 9 pm. My boyfriend and I drove and got in the drive thru at approximately 8:24 pm. To anyone, this would reasonably leave you enough time to get to the drive thru window to order before 9 pm, which is when they closed. We were behind 6 cars when we entered the drive thru. We waited in the drive thru for almost 40 minutes. There were times when we would wait 10-15 minutes for the drive thru line to shorten. The cars driving out of the drive thru with their food did not even order that much. By the time we got to the drive thru window, it was 8:59 pm. The only thing they told us over their speaker was that they were closed and were not serving any more food. No apologies. It would be one thing if we arrived at the Taco Bell 15-20 minutes before they closed- I understand there is a cut off. However- we arrived 40 minutes before they closed with only 6 cars ahead of us. The service was incredibly slow, and they did not even apologize or offer us an exception when it was our turn to order. Would not recommend coming here. Looking at the other reviews on their site, it does not surprise me. They lock their doors so you are forced to use the drive thru, service is terrible. Go anywhere else. In the future I will be driving 30 minutes out of my way to go to another Taco Bell location- take this fact as you will. read more

I ordered online a while back, and they completely messed up my order so I haven't been back until now. The workers do not seem competent. I walked in and said I had an online order to pick up, the girl said they had none. Then when they finally find it and she proceeds to tell me their CO2 is out so I had to get a different beverage (even though I paid extra for a different drink). So another lady working there stares me down with a dirty look and creepily hands me a cup. But the best part was driving home and biting into my crunch wrap and to find there was no meat inside, and my order was completely wrong. Worst experience twice. I always like to give restaurants especially fast food second chances when food isn't always up to par or the service is not the best. That's what I did here over the course of a month. First time, ordered a crunchy taco meal. Tacos both were cracked when I opened my bag and one of the tacos was not wrapped completely so when I took out of bag, half was still in the bag which is not a good start to a meal. The second time we ordered 2 meals. One chicken quesadilla and one burrito combo. The chicken quesadilla was just ok but the burrito tasted like burnt beans and half melted cheese. It was disgusting. Took 2 bites just to try not to waste it but immediately threw away as it left a very nasty after taste. So after 2 different try's and both different times, I would say don't even waste your time or money here and go across the street and eat something else overly priced for fast food but at least your getting a somewhat better meal and one you can actually eat. read more
