If I were a manager or franchise owner, I would make a trip to the nearest club store to buy a case of forks using petty cash. White rice? I chose the shredded pork and all the toppings. It was delicious. My issue was the way it was served to me. A delicious, overstuffed, juicy burrito wrapped in one piece of foil was given to me. No tray, basket, or bowl. Shouldn't be a problem but the foil isn't big enough to keep the burrito together so it's falling apart as I eat it while holding it. What a mess. I'm glad that I was sitting at a table outside the restaurant. Cleanliness: they must have been hit with a rush before the hockey game because the soda and condiment area was wiped out and a mess. People are slobs. There were a few forks in the utensil area but since I ordered a burrito, I didn't think I would need it. The tables were clean. The lady's room was a mess & had a broken paper towel dispenser. On the way to the bathrooms, there is a bulletin board with their inspection report. Everything was in compliance except the temperatures of the hot & cold food. But everyone is aware of that because it was on the news due to company-wide issues. The staff were courteous but looked like they were beaten up and fighting a losing battle trying to smile through the comments about the forks and rice. My recommendation would be to get your food to go if you can. Focus on the good food but have access to your own forks. I will give them another chance since the food is so good.
