More often than not when I go to this location it's a disappointing experience. Most of the employees don't have that CFA joy. They just have a apathetic attitude. Also it's pretty common for my order to be incorrect. From missing sauce or dressing, getting ice when I asked for non, pickles when I ask for non, or getting the wrong cheese on my sandwich. This is my favorite Chick Fil A. Today I was very disappointed to learn that the curbside option had been discontinued. I loved that option because it was quick and I could get back to work quickly. So I did the carry out option today. Had to go in. The order was missing the Polynesian sauce - not even one in bag. I ordered 3 for each of the 12 piece nugget meals. Get back with order and no sauce. Very aggravating. The curbside never left anything out and was oh so convenient. Doubt I will be back. I hate the over crowded drive thru and don't like having to go in to the crowded restaurant. Curbside made Chick Fil A a standout. Bad move. read more

Well this has been our Chick-fil-A for several years and we have been very happy with it in the past the one thing I will say is that this place is definitely godly, or one might say holy because it will give you the holy sh*ts. They look like they take Sunday off of cleaning and every other day for the past two months. My chicken nuggets tasted like they combined all the animals on the ark. My bacon bits on the salad were so raw they were still oinking. My ice cream was more like just cream no ice . Vickie, the owners daughter as she put it, is VERY disrespectful. I called to voice a complaint, and she hung up on me. When I said I would like to speak to the owner Vickie snapped back with "THE OWNER IS MY FATHER!" Apparently, because your dad is the owner that gives you permission to hang up on customers and be disrespectful. She kept insisting I was yelling at her and cussing at her, which I was not doing either. I got a little confused today on a nickel-and-dime thing they do with the spicy chicken sandwich now. They have a spicy chicken and then a spicy chicken Deluxe. One of them comes with only pickles while the deluxe comes with lettuce and pepper jack cheese. That used to be the spicy chicken Deluxe, but whatever. I ate it anyway cuz it's good. Shout out to the cashier, Garrett, the man that took my order & made my first Chick-fil-A experience wonderful. Prior to this, I have never been one that typically eats out at fast food restaurants but Chick-fil-A, you guys did not disappoint. I couldn't have asked for a better service and more friendly staffs. I have always heard how great the waffle fries are. I had to finally give in and try it for my self. They were delicious! I went in wanting only fries but ended up getting a Spicy Deluxe Sandwiche, a large order of fries & lemonade. Thanks Garrett for the recommendations & you were right. The Chick-fil-A sauce was delicious with my fries. I appreciate that you went above and beyond. Job well done. I hope all Chick-fil-A services are this great. I always come to this Chick-fil-a when I'm in town visiting my family, but lately it's been sort of awful. They've gotten my order wrong both in the drive thru and inside, but it's entirely too busy to complain or I don't notice until I've already gotten back home. BUT! Today was the worst. I ordered a simple side salad and nuggets. About 3/4 of the way through my salad I noticed a big dead beetle in the middle of my salad. Who knows how many of his friends I ate before I saw him, yuck! I've never had bugs in my food at any Chick-fil-a ever, and I've been to countless locations from coast to coast. Good luck if you wish to dine inside Chick-fil-A. Nearly impossible to get inside the store due to the drive thru window vehicle traffic. They no longer cater to the dine in customer. The quality of the chicken breast has steadily dropped over the years. The size of the chicken breast is about 70% the size of the breast from a few years ago. This is quite possibly the best Chick-fil-A that I have LITERALLY ever been to. Every time I go here I have a fantastic experience. I won't go into details, but I was already having a bad day and while I was pulling up to the window I had realized that I didn't have my card with me. So, I didn't want to just drive off without saying anything but of course I'm already frustrated pulling up and the sweet young lady and the manager were absolutely wonderful. And I mean WONDERFUL. This store seems to struggle upholding the Christian values Chick fil a was built on. They block the 3 stores next to them by using minimal staff using covid as an excuse. No one will run food out like other stores they force you to get back in line even if you place online orders. It makes absolutely no sense. They aren't being good neighbors nor customers. Today, I visited Chick-Fil-A at Oak Park Town Center for breakfast, and then again for a late lunch. I noticed that a cashier named Phyllis that I'd seen earlier that morning was still working, and she served me as I placed my lunch order. Knowing that she'd been working for several hours, I could imagine that she was likely tired from a busy day's work. Nonetheless, she greeted me with a warm smile, answered my menu questions with kindness and grace, and made the point to offer sincere menu suggestions. As I enjoyed my meal, I continued to observe Phyllis as she offered identical experiences to others as they came and went. QUICK, CALL THE SALT POLICE! I never eat at Chick-Fil-A because I just find the food too greasy and too salty. However, tonight when I wanted to try a milkshake, I actually thought of them. I didn't know what to expect so I did not order one for myself, I just had my husband order one so that I could "sample" it. He ordered a large strawberry and it was perfection. It was the perfect palette cleanser after a nice savory meal. It was rich, flavorful and delicious without being too sweet or tasting processed. This treat gets five stars. While I'm already here, I decide to try their new grilled nuggets. No, no, no! True to form, these bites are way too salty and just not my idea of a healthy alternative. A healthier alternative would taste more natural, (not like it has been soaked in a processed marinade), taste freshly grilled, (not reheated) and most importantly, HAVE LESS SODIUM. Come on you guys, figure it out. We are not talking about complex science here. On the strength of my awesome milkshake, I will give them three stars because this was the primary purpose of my trip and they absolutely delivered! Received the food hot and freshly made. Chicken nuggets were full of flavor and the fries were perfectly done. Now my favorite is the lemonade. Yummy!!! My kids and I always love coming here. The playground is the perfect size for toddlers so they can play too! All of the staff are incredibly friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Today my 2 year old daughter order a cup of ice cream after her food and half way through said she wanted a cone like her brother ordered. John overheard it, walking through the dining room, and brought her a cone. It made her day- which helped make mine. They always have it clean, which is a big deal to me, and keep a great attitude even when they're extremely busy. read more

The quality of the food is wonderful. Usually the service is outstanding. I'm not quite sure what happened today. My son and I place our lunch order and I mention that I have a military ID and asked for the discount. The person taking the order was cheerful and said my total would be reduced at the window. I present my ID and credit card and the cashier named Donna gives me a hard stare. "Are you both military," she asks me. Um, no. My son is a young teenager and obviously not currently enlisted. She then hurrumphs and tells me she will have to ring up the orders separately and can only give me the discount. "I'm not giving you two discounts" she mutters. Wow. Okay. That 69 cent discount could obviously cause financial ruin for the Chick-fil-a brand and I would hate to see that happen. Honestly, I was shocked. Usually the employees are incredibly friendly and this woman was...not. Maybe it was the end of a long shift for her. I don't know but it was irritating. I (a customer) just googled food places open near me finds a Chick fil a location at 5740 Hwy 153 in Hixson TN 37343 opening hour at 6am so I drive over (closed) to find the hours on building says they open at 6:30am..... Scratching my head I think maybe I looked at it wrong and I took a double take and decided to call the store to see if they were really open...... The store manager woman said at first that it wasn't listed as there store so I read off the address attached and then the store manager lady recanted (basically lied)her statement and told me the owner knew it was false and did nothing about it........
