I love their food hands-down. Normally we haven't been to Chick-fil-A on a regular basis but we are finding ourselves here more often as we look for more healthier alternatives to our fast food dining experience. Last week I took advantage of their free breakfast all week special thanks to another yelpers advice and I wasn't disappointed so we decided to come back and try their lunch menu items which were equally as delicious. The first few times I've had chick fillet it was their original dry chicken sandwich that i had which is why I wasn't a fan of them to begin with but now that I see that they have more menu items that are a lot more flavorable we definitely will be back read more

Everyone who knows me, knows how much I love Chick-fil-A. I was quite disappointed when I ordered two sides of egg whites and a grilled chicken filet. I was disappointed after my last visit when I placed my order and was over charged for my meal. I ordered during breakfast but was charged for a regular grilled filet, and received a breakfast on. The most alarming part is I over heard the team members at the window discussing how they over charged me, then smiled and handed me my breakfast. Most of us order our food thru the drive thru and never look at our receipt, trusting the individuals in place to make the right decision. It wasn't till I looked at my receipt till I noticed I was over charged. They have had a fee bumps a long the way with food quality and employee issue - but they have recovered for the most part. Their waffle fries are still a"hit and a miss" sometimes. if I could leave 0 stars I would. This is a place from kitchen nightmares with Gordon Ramsey. The management is obviously toxic and it sucks to see no one do anything about it. They treat everyone terribly PLEASE somebody get them some help. They served me THREE different chicken sandwiches and they were all EXTREMELY old. Usually enjoy this location and never had a problem with Chick fil A at all, but this past experience was really terrible. The guy taking our order was obviously new and entered our order wrong in the outdoor line. As he was taking a bit long to take the order, another 2 employees (including a manager) came up to the car being rude to the guy taking our order making the experience even worse. Then, we get to the window and there are several problems with our order (2/3 meals were wrong). When we brought it to the window employee's attention, he said we had to pay to correct the order. 02/04/2022 of all the franchises in the area, this is the absolute worst. On 01/17/2022 I order on their mobile app a normal chic fil a sandwich and I received a spicy chicken which actually happens quite regularly. Then i return on the 04 of February because lets face it sometimes we go where is open and it was closing hours there so it was 10:48 ish pm and I ordered two mac and cheeses and a bunch of stuff. I was going to pull off without asking to speak to a manager but to let the person at the front know that the sandwich was wrong last time and he started to get smart regarding the time frame in which i chose to let them know. Well then i asked to speak to the manager and as i wait to speak to one my instincts said check my current order cause it is always something at this damn store and i check my bag and guess what there were no mac and cheeses in there. Then i am like look see you got this order wrong too so I am not crazy you all rip me off all the time here. The manager said would you like a refund for the mac and cheese and yall it took so much energy not to curse her out because then I become the stereotype so I said please refund the entire order because your front guy would have let me drive off without the mac and cheese. Terrible unapologetic service. Picked up food via drive-they but didn't realize they forgot the fries with our meal until I had gotten home. Tried calling the phone number on the receipt multiple times, and only heard the message that the voice mailbox is full. So, had to drive back to the restaurant and when I asked to speak with manager and explained the missing fries, her response was "is that all you're missing?" I went here for a quick lunch and as always the lines are long but moved quickly in the drive thru. I was approached by a male who seemed fairly new, but was very kind. He even had a big smile and acknowledged my yorkie. I ordered my food then went to get my receipt at the next stop which the guy was extremely nice and asked me if I enjoyed free food and if so to do the survey on the receipt! (Definitely did it right away and was offered a free chicken sandwich) at the window my order was cooked to perfection and was promptly given to me. I think you all have me at hello again, it was nice to meet young future potential business agents here are now and doesn't forget your this and that but still at just check your bag before you drive off. It is getting better here as service is getting advanced with new equipment because they can accept your cash before driving to the window to avoid delays. I am seeing the positive change in quality of service ,so keep up the good attitude the girls and guys who made this a pleasant drive-thru easy order to finish and pick up with all the good delicious soups with good crackers and a superb service, hopefully it continues like this. Shady business practice!!! I went to chick-fil-a off of 59/Kirby location drive through today for lunch and didn't really know what I wanted. Asked the employee taking orders outside for a menu and was told she didn't have any. When I asked the manager (Maria) at the window why they didn't have menus, I was informed that the price went up and they didn't have new menus reflecting the price increase! So people are ordering food based on their favorites without knowing the price changes! Wow is all I can say! I came here around 11 am and the drive thru line was on the 59 feeder. LOL I assumed there was some special event going on because of how packed it was but nope, just a normal day at this Chick-Fil-A. I didn't want to wait in that Drive-Thru line so I parked and went inside. Same madness inside as it is outside. The wait to order wasn't very long since they had about 4 cashiers working the line. The seating however, not so easy. People were hunting seats like if they were sharks! I managed to steal one pretty quickly. Thank the LORT! From my seat, I got a good view of the drive-thru area. Not only were there two drive-thru lines but they also had employees outside with iPad's helping customers place orders. Seems like they have a pretty good system in place, it's busy, but it's also controlled very well. read more

Ordered a chicken tortilla soup, got home 30 min later, it's the wrong order. It's a noodle soup which I do not like or want. Called chick fil a bc this was a drive-thru order, & only mentioned I wanted a refund for something I'm not going to eat. Love this location! The staff is always so friendly, the restaurant is super clean, and the staff even comes by after you're done eating to take away your trash!!! I've had better service here than at some fancy restaurants I've been to around town! At my latest visit I went through drive thru cause I had my dogs with me in the car. The drive thru attendant noticed I had the dogs with me and gave me a bunch of dog treats! I had no idea they even served dog treats! It made me love this place even more! Plus to top it off my one dog who is usually picky with food ate up the treat super fast so it must have been good! This is an excellent Chick Fil A just off 59. The staff is friendly, they're always churning out orders-- usually due to some business or organization in the area needing catering-- they have a double drive thru lane, and ample seating in all corners. They've also got a decent sized play area for the kids, and regularly host little events with clowns, princesses, and whatnot. They keep the restaurant clean and well-organized, lines are handled well, the self-service items are almost always well-stocked, and the food comes out hot and fresh. If there's ever anything wrong, they are quick to do what they can to get it fixed as soon as possible. The only two knocks on this place are that the drive thru line is ridiculously long at lunchtime, so you're better off either going in or going somewhere else, and that they're not always the most accurate with pick up catering orders. I've been shorted everything from gallons of lemonade to sauce tubs for tenders, but they're usually quick with an apology and a refund or replacement. read more

Worst experience I've had in my cfa life. I had my order taken by an employee who was clearly new but overall nice. When it started to take some time for him to complete my order, his manager stopped by 3 times to ask him what's going on but NEVER offered to help him fix it.
