Does anyone really need a review of Chick Fil A? Honestly? It's like asking for a review of oxygen. Oxygen is fantastic and necessary, just like Chick Fil A. I'm pretty basic with what I get here, it's generally either the chargrilled chicken sandwich meal or the spicy chicken sandwich meal. Large sweet tea is an absolute must (maybe a splash of lemonade in honor of Arnold Palmer). Recently had my mind blown when someone told me to dip my spicy chicken sandwich in some ranch. WHAT!?!? On 10/22 around 5:10pm I ordered through drive thru 3 meals, 2 sandwich and 1 nuggets meal. I did not receive 1 sandwich so I quickly got off and tried to retrieve it but the lady standing host for the day who looked to be a manager insisted that I was lying and that I did receive it. It's really disappointing when you get good service all the time, then one day I go in and get horrible service. First off, we were standing and one person was ordering. But yet, theirs two employees and the supervisor standing there. They didn't say "we'll be right with you" or anything.. Than the supervisor said I can get you right here without any eye contact. For a fast food resturant, this Chick-fil-A location definitely knows a thing or two about customer service. Even though lunch hour has the entire store flooded with patrons, the cashiers greet each and every customer as they head to the counter to order. The cashiers are quick to take down your order and get your drink to you. A good portion of the time, your food will be delivered to you while you're still at the counter. The food is always warm and yummy, and of course the waffle fries are always to die for. The dining area is impeccably clean, as well as, the bathrooms. Employees are quick to check up on patrons and quickly get them a refill. The employees are also super friendly and go out of their way to keep customers happy. The location has a play area for the children. The only problem with this Chick-fil-A is that finding a spot to seat inside can be a bit of a hassle during the lunch rush, other than that, this place is great! read more
