I love this place. They have excellent service and go by your table to see if you need a refill or anything. This is not a typical fast-food restaurant. The Milk-shakes are my favorite year round. Really prejudice. I used to go almost every day for linch and sometimes breakfast. Now every time I come there joking and looking at me and my friends ominously. Never giving condiments napkins and always manage to leave something out. Chick-fil-A is fine, just not this one. Go to the one inside the mall. Less crowded and more friendly. read more

I've worked across the street for almost 4yrs now & I always go here for lunch. In the entire 3yrs, they've never once gotten my order wrong or taken longer than 4minutes. Everyone in this establishment is friendly, well mannered & prompt. The speed at which they give you your food is crazy-ridiculous-fast. It's like they know what you want before even you do! This review is about the drive thru- This location is always busy, but several times I'm afraid for my life, as the drive thru is so disorganized, I mean you come in from Pipeline , and there is a line going so many ways, you never know where to get in line, and if you try to do the common sense thing, but beware, you might get a crazy person throw things at you, or worse. I just went through the DT and there was no one in line behind me. The girl rushed me through my order, then asked me to repeat the drink, then cut me off when I did repeat the drink. When I got my food it was cold and they didn't give me a straw, sauces, or napkins. I purposefully went at a slow time so there wouldn't be a line and I wouldn't be rushed or get my order wrong. The very first time I visited this Chick-fil-a, I had to wait 10 minutes to receive a chicken biscuit. I gave them five stars because one of their managers was very apologetic about the wait. He handed me the biscuit with a smile & even put a cookie in the bag for me. Keep up the good work guys. read more

I love coming here. There drive-thru is amazingly fast during lunch and I my order is always correct. The staff is very friendly.

Despite the busyness of this location they are quick to serve thru the drive-thru and haven't failed on my orders.

This is a very well run establishment that I frequent with my family. chick-fil-a sandwiches very good. I recommend just about anything on the menu except the chicken salad. The drive thru is usually a long line but it goes by pretty fast. they have it down here. read more

Went here last Tuesday and it happened to be family night. We were unaware but it was a blast! They had someone there to do face painting and make jewelry. This has always been one of my favorite Chick-fil-A's. They are so friendly and the food is great in general, but the specific location seems to always exceed my expectations. One example is the experience I had there in the drive-through this morning. They were slammed, but I got in line anyway to try one of their new breakfast sandwiches. It was about a 10 minute wait to get to the window, which I did not mind because it was to be expected. Once I arrived I was informed that they were sorry, but the sandwich I had ordered had just run out. I was disappointed, but told them that was okay and they could give me a different sandwich. In response, the very nice lady at the window told me I could have it for free and then the manager threw in some chicken minis as well, so I received a sandwich and a chicken minis and my orange juice for only the price of the juice, about three dollars total. I wasn't looking to get a free meal, but the fact that they cared enough about my satisfaction and my wait time and then they tried to correct it was excellent customer service. read more

The best chicken....slightly different than other fast food....love their whole culture....I stopped on my way home last week from hospital with a 2 yr old that was asleep..I had to go through drive thru. Bit of advice here.....you have to tell them the total amount of how many condiments you need for all the meals you are buying....this is not clear and was not told to me but later found out that is their policy....I said I needed several BBQ and ketchup and got one BBQ and 2 ketchup total for 3 meals.....after a long long long line I waited in that wrapped around the building and the day I had.......when I got home I was not happy...I called and spoke to a mgr and she instead of apologizing ...she schooled me on how to order.....thanks....I emailed chik fil a on their website and received a polite response and a kind return incentive .....was the correct thing to do....will be back read more

I just went to the Drive-Thru at this Chick-fil-A location and they forgot to put the fries in my bag. No big deal at all, looped back and ran inside to let them know. They were very kind and apologetic about the error and even tossed in a free warm cookie. Nice touch! read more

Food is always hot and fresh. The employees are friendly and welcoming. Even when the line is outrageously long, it moves pretty quickly. The order is always right and I like that. The vanilla shake is dang good. I always crave it on Sundays though...bummer. But when I pass by I always make sure to get it. read more

This chick Fil-a is one of the best around town for almost 2 years now I go this chick fil-a every morning it is open they know me bye name they know my order and how I like it. But one big thing I have noticed about them over other surrounding ones is they have a big focus on the Quality of food they put out. They have the best biscuits in the morning big fluffy delicious the fruit in the parfait is fresh juicy and delicious. The buns on the chicken sandwiches are not soggy the fries always taste fresh. And everyone that works their always has a smile on their face. And will ask you how your day is going. I am a avid chick fil-a eater so I have done a extensive comparison going at different times and none of the 3 of the closest compare in any aspect to this chick Fil-a. I always see 1st responders sometimes from the next city over to eat at this one. So there is something special with the staff at this one. read more
