If I could give this a 0 star I would. I usually have a good experience at this location but not today. First the person taking my order was extremely rude and unprofessional. Then the guy that took the order to my car almost threw the bag at me without, and didn't even bring my sauces, and when I asked for them he gave me an attitude and said "when when I get a chance i will". Last the lady that brought the sauces only brought 2!!!! We had ordered 7 nugget meals, we asked for more and we were told that that is the most the could give. I asked for at least one per meal and they refused to get more so we ended up going inside for the sauces. They had plenty, the kid just didn't want to get them. Horrible horrible experience. One of the worst Chick-fil-A's I've ever been to. I've been to Chick-fil-A all over the country. This Chick-fil-A first of all has terrible parking- its single drive through that they have poorly converted to a double drive-through, taking up all of the road space and ability to park. The newer Chick-fil-A's have those beautiful two and 3 Lane Drive throughs with the overhangs- yet, in one of the largest cities in the United States we have one of the most poorly constructed Chick-fil-A's I have ever seen. Don't expect to breeze in grab your food and be on your way. Last evening I did a mobile order. Pulled in and told them what spot I was in. The wait time was 24 minutes to get my food. Today I went through the drive-through thinking that may be faster. I ordered my food immediately but sat in the drive-through for 17 minutes while they haphazardly gave people food very much out of order. They would serve three cars behind me and two cars in front of me were still waiting to get theirs. The person in the front of the line took the longest because they messed up the order which kept the entire line from moving forward for over 15 minutes. So instead of moving that person out of the way while they fixed it, they would rather hold up the entire line for 15 minutes. The workers seem like they would rather be anywhere else. I wouldn't say they were rude, but they were not what I am used to with a Chick-fil-A employee. They did not say "my pleasure" once you said thank you and the look on the face of the girl that brought out my food, looked like "could you please take those because I'm sick of this place. " She practically threw the bag at me. In addition they do not provide a receipt so please check to make sure that they have charged you the correct amount. All in all, when I am in town I will drive to Oak Leaf Rather than use this Chick-fil-A. read more

Super busy chick fil a location but these days they all are. Service is where it should be most of the time. In general the workers are very polite. The food is standard chick fil a fare. The food tastes fresh, and I have never had to return an item. The chicken is always juicy and satisfies. The fries are crisp and I can't put them down. What can I say? I like the simple things. They do sometimes forget some small things such as sauce or one time chicken to my salad but in general these are easily correctable and not much hassle. Traffic can be somewhat an issue as the parking lot is cramped. I often park in the vacant lot next to the chick fil a to avoid the drive thru circus. Overall, this serves well as my typical chick fil a spot due to convenience of location. Not the best in the area. That honor for me is the Mandarin chick fil a as they go above and beyond in their service in my experience, but this one does just fine and meets all the requirements of a solid chick fil a. read more

Never getting breakfast from Chick-fil-A again I guess they're trying to cut costs and it comes at the expense of the customer. I like the chicken biscuit and Chick-fil-A no longer serves a whole one. They charge you for a whole one, but the chicken patty is half the size it used to be. I'm done paying full price for half of what I used to get. There was a time when it seemed random, sometimes you'd get a decent sized piece and others a bit smaller. It's only the small pieces now and I realize that was to get us used to it. Tell your CFO that trying to increase your margins $0.10 per sale worked once I guess, but I'm done. This is a really nicely done, remodeled Chick-Fil-A. The outreach is fantastic with all of the promotions. This month (August) they're offering a free mystery breakfast item, one per customer. How cool! What a way to draw me in. Well played Chick-Fil-A, well played. You know you are getting me hooked on free items so I'll come in to satisfy my new cravings for chicken! The atmosphere is modern and welcoming with clean lines (subway tiles) and cool light fixtures. I overheard from a mom to her child that the play area wasn't redone, but that is fine by me. This is by far one of the busiest Chick-fil-A's I've ever been too. They are smart to have the parking lot sectioned off and the drive thru lane is one direction only and if you're waiting to get in line you have your own lane too. The decor inside is very nice, love the light fixture above the booth to the left of the counter. Our waitress/customer service was ok. She seemed annoyed with us. We ordered our usuals- the grilled nuggets had some funky texture too them and I wasn't a fan. They don't have that texture from our home location. If it wasn't for convenience I'd travel elsewhere. It's a complete nightmare with how busy it is for drive thru and then trying to exit the parking lot. read more

You can always expect the same best at Chick-fil-A and this location was not an exception. They recently remodeled the store and farmhouse-like inside was very cute and inviting. Drive thru situation was better though it wasn't two lanes as they hoped. We chatted with Ms. Maggie and she was the best and so fun. She catches us up on their store remodeling, changes and improvements. You feel like you're part of the family even though I was just visiting from out of town! I just don't get the hype of this particular chain (politics aside). Yes, they are friendly; yes, it's clean; yes, the food is fresh. It's just not all that tasty to me. I've come here off and on over the years, and I always have the same reaction to the food - never "wowed". Yesterday, a little after 3 pm, I was having a bit of an emergency and needed something to eat fast and this was the closest place. They were getting ready for something called "mom & son date night" (?) and had totally rearranged the drive-thru and parking lot with orange cones, so you had to navigate a maze to access anything. (Frustrating and brought back stressful memories of high school driver's ed.) After many twists and turns, I finally arrived in the drive-thru and ordered the 8 piece nugget meal. Took very little time from ordering to paying/receiving food. The chicken was very fresh, piping hot and tasted OK. (I don't care for their spices, very bland.) I was very disappointed in the waffle fries. They were hot and cooked, but just not cooked enough so they were limp. The size and portion was good, just not crisp. Limp waffle fries are sad. Yes, the food took care of my problem, but as always, I was left feeling rather unsatisfied. I really should have just drove the extra 1/4 mile and gone to KFC in the same shopping area. read more

The next issue I had this trip was our ice tea..... why would you bring someone a cold drink that is watered down by the time you get your food ?There was a number of orders outside of take out window that pretty much sat there longer than it should have ! Why did I give Chick-Fil-A a 4 star rating???? Well, for one, of all of the fast food restaurants I've ever been to, CFA restaurants have the most courteous people working. Every time one says, 'Thank you,' it is followed by a friendly 'My pleasure!' You can't beat that. First of all, the line inside took 25 minutes and my chicken nuggys weren't cooked fully so, I could have gotten salmonella and when I asked for 3 different sauces, when, I got my order there were only 3 sauces and 1 other person was with me so, I should have gotten six (3 per person). Also, the manager helping was a big jerk and was really rude to his own employees like, je said and I quote " can't get ANY help around here." People who were several cars behind were getting their food significantly faster than those in front and I was in line for much longer than i should've been. I want to give this location a 5 star rating but the difference between the day shift and night shift is obvious. Day shift is on point! Food is fresh, the employees are polite and respectful. The restaurant is kept clean. They are always busy- like REALLY busy but they move fast and it's definitely worth the wait. The night shift... seems like a bunch of kids working that aren't overly interested in serving their customers in the way chic fil a prides itself in. I'm not saying all the employees are like this in the evening but it is a striking difference. The food is still good but I did get room temp nuggets a few times. I get off at 7pm from work and will swing by around 745 so I don't feel like it's too late... but all in all this location is THE BEST! read more

This location is very slow. 22 minutes waiting in line to reach the speaker. But then the gal at the window would not sell me what is on the menu. I order a 4 ct chicken nugget at every location I visit without any issues. It is listed as an entree and a meal and she stated I can only order an 8 ct. That was questioned because I never order the 4 ct meal and both meal and entree are listed on the drive through menu. She stated, "No it's only a meal...." Disappointed at the argumentative position of their person taking my order and because I believe her to be wrong AND because I was running out of time (so debating with the Chick-fil-A staff was not in my available time)- I left with no order.
