First, I have stuttering issue and while trying to order breakfast and the girl that was taking my order laughed at me, which really made me think what is wrong with society. Second they forgot items in the order like my drink, forgot all the sauces and I asked for lemons on the side for my little girl and they go ahead and put it in my wife's cup Of water. And what's up with the 3 lane drive through that merges into one lane? The stupid person in the black gmc Acadia almost hit me and my wife too. Stopped by for lunch, the difference during this visit from my other visits to this location is that it was during efforts to curb the spread of the Corona Virus. The line around the drive-through was long and there were more than normal employees outside taking orders. I was surprised to see the dining area was open so opted to go inside. I ordered and was greeted quickly and cheerfully by the gentleman who took my order, I was given a cone and advised to take a seat. The order came out in takeout bags, decided to eat at the table. The condiments and other utensils were removed and given out upon request, it was inconvenient however, I understand and support the fact that it was an effort to promote public safety. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty as I expected. Did a mobile order ahead of time. Had to sit through drive through for 30 minutes (due to two different lines entering the restaurant), pulled up to receive my food and the worker in the drive through line didn't even put I was here. Sat another 10 minutes just to receive my food. I will drive to wells road from now on. read more

I am so extremely disappointed with the service of this Chick-fil-A. first I ordered online two hours in advance, then 15 minutes prior to the time I was scheduled to pick it up I walked up to the window and asked if it was there was a chance it was ready 15 minutes early. The lady who helped me it seemed irritated that I would even be bothering her, even though she was working a job, and told me that I needed to go through the drive-through to be helped by somebody else. frankly, this makes no sense why should I need to pick up a mobile order through the drive-through. so then I proceeded to go through the extremely confusing drive-through line which looped around the building twice and had a random array of cones scattered everywhere. Cars around me it began to get so frustrated they ran the cones right over because the drive-through line was set up with such stupidity. I have literally been waiting here for an hour to pick up my three trays that I ordered two hours prior. do not come to this Chick-fil-A, the service is horrible, the drive-through line is confusing and takes too long, and the food when we finally got it was cold. read more

Top of the notch Chick-Fil-A! Wait staff top of the line, friendly and always smiling. Can't say enough about them! On to the food...I prefer their salad with fruit and grilled chicken. It is fresh, crisp lettuces, delicious fruit. The chicken is plentiful, moist and perfect. I also love their Cool Chicken Wrap! My husband prefers the standard chicken sandwich and always enjoys it. The waffle fries are delicious but we always add salt to them. Down side, if possible, is they are always busy and only one drive through lane. But they do move you through quickly and not a problem. They have individuals with headsets taking orders in the drive thru as well to help with congestion during busiest times. If you want delicious fast food, I highly recommend this one. read more

The customer service at this chick-Fil-A is by far the WORST I've ever experienced in life. As a delivery driver when I walked in at 8am on a Saturday morning I see about 8 employees at the front counter that didn't even bothered to greet me or ask if they could help me. I was the one to speak up and have to verbally say good morning and inquire about the order. I couldn't understand why I had to end up waiting for 10 chick-n-minis and a breakfast burrito for about 10 minutes when I was the only customer in the store at the time. When I asked to speak with a manager she stated they would be ready shortly.... all while I could visibly see employees playing around and acting as if they didn't want to be at work. Usually chick fil a is very nice and friendly, but this one however is not. The food tastes the same which is great, but the customer service is sub-par at best. Most of the staff was very rude and wasn't attentive. We waited for 10minuets to receive a straw after asking about numerous times...it wasn't until Summer, was nice enough to investigate and mitigate the problem. Which is the only reason I decided to include another star. I won't be coming back here. This chick fil a is becoming notorious for rude service especially on the weekends. read more

WORST CHICK FIL A EVER!!! I am so disappointed in the service and quality of this Chick-Fil-A . I have been to this location well over 5 times and have not had a single sandwich that tasted fresh! Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I never once complained... But today: Tuesday// September 14th 2015 I made my way to the drive thru with a coupon saying that I could get a free Chick-Fil-A sandwich with a purchase of a medium fry & drink... My first visit to the location, I had no idea I lived so close to one. I know many are a big fan of Chick-fil-a but not me. The food is always fresh, service was quick. Love the waffle fries but I always get the grilled chicken wrap-love it. The breakfast biscuits are delicious too-I had for the first time the bacon, egg & cheese biscuit, my husband gets the chicken biscuit. Will definitely go again. read more

The only positive that came from this trip was a gentleman that worked there named Jonathan. Now he didn't even take my order but as I stood there waiting for my food for over 20 minutes, he treated each customer with respect and had a smile on his face. He is a great example of customer service. The rest of the trip was downhill. The drivethru was crazy so I came inside instead and had four people ahead of me as there was only one cashier. There were at least 10 other people waiting for their food to be given to them and a lady that was working on bagging the food would bag it and set it down on the counter instead of calling customer names. After about 15 minutes a manager came out and started to do the same thing. Bagged items for take-out but instead of calling customer names out she just sat it down on the back counter. About 5 minutes after that a few customers that had finished their meal and were in need of a refill came and stood by me. A worker walked by them three times and didn't even acknowledge them. It wasn't until a young lady came back from her break where she stopped and asked if they needed a refill. I am very disappointed in the management and customer service of this location. read more

I am a big fan of Chick Fil A and in fact will often go out of my way to visit versus any other fast food option. That being said I guess I have a higher expectation when it comes to food and service for them. This one stinks. I have visited multiple times in the past 6 months and each and EVERY time they manage to blow it. Sometimes the order is wrong, other times the warm food is cold and the salads warm. I have yet to have a single employee go beyond when something wrong was pointed out. Nothing beyond a curt 'Sorry' and more than once I've been ignored while I waited at the counter. I've watched and listened as a supervisor took food off of the tray and instead placed in a bag for the drive thru customers explaining, in a not so quiet voice, to the other employees that Drive-thru has priority... Good to know, right? But since their current failure rate is 30% to get orders right it is gonna require you to come back anyway why not try inside first. The irony is out of 4 wrong orders in 6 months (just mine not counting coworkers) never have I received more than what I ordered just the wrong item(s) or been short changed. I was also fortunate enough to stop by one afternoon when a staff meeting was scheduled. Despite the fact I was already sitting and eating since I was in the area where they regularly hold theses meetings I was asked politely to move to the other side of the restaurant. I wished now I had said no just to see what the response would be. The trademark "My pleasure" response every time you say thank you to an employee almost comes off as sarcastic depending how busy they are at the time. The straw that broke the camels back and made me write this review was when an employee who was going off shift cut in front of me in the line rhetorically explaining all they needed was a refill on a to go cup and didn't want to wait while I ordered. Seriously?? Best part was while the counter person is filling her drink they decide to discuss tonight's activities and who's doing what with whom, etc for 2 more minutes after the drink is filled despite a lunch crowd waiting to place orders. Is it clean? Yes. Is it edible? Usually. Is the service good? No. Take my advice and visit The Avenues or the St Augustine locations. They ROCK! This one- meh. This Chick-fil-A is close to where I work so I visit there occasionally. I have always received exactly what I ordered, fast, and served by a courteous employee. They stay busy which can be a pain when you have a short lunch break but the place is always clean and the food is good. Worth waiting for if you ask me. Give them a try! read more

Politics aside, CFA locations are always very well managed and operated and this location is no different. This location has quick, reliable, and very courteous service. My only complaint is the LONG lines at most times of the day. They seem to do all they can to move people through, but be prepared to spend several minutes waiting inside or in drive thru. read more

Again the Restaurant area was messy, each & every table at 8PM had remnants of food,grease or greasy benches, or both. The floor was the same... There were zero napkins in the self serve condiment/utensil area...I usually have to wipe down the table & seats but have always been able to grab several napkins to do so. I understand the restaurant caters to families but these Moms do not clean up after their own offspring. There seems to be an abundant of teenage staff,can someone be tasked to keep the dinning room Clean? The teenager that I found to tidy up a spot for me to sit & eat left such a wet mess on the table & she watched as I wiped the bench...Perhaps the owner can hire an adult as they used to, to keep things neat & clean. Lately the food is brought to you(?) but if you go for a refill you are summarily ignored... Another time (recently) I had my order 'bumped' & after asking TWICE & being told, 'we will bring it to you' without actually investigating why I was waiting for 18min, it was explained that it was 'bumped' & I got a 'so sorry'...Whatever 'bumped' means? I was not happy & the free 'next time'meal was not my goal... Put an adult on duty to train these overly mechanicized children you hire from church! read more

Grimy kids area hasn't been clean in a long time. There's a missing step that makes it hard for small children to get up. Frosted lemonade is really good with no refills with it though. Dining room needs a bit of cleaning also walls ,glass and trashcans. But the food did not make us it was good. Wish they had vegetables instead of fries. Still miss their carrot salad. read more

When it comes to breakfast service this is the slowest Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. It is on my way to work and so I have tried them on multiple occasions and it is always a 10-20 minute experience with only 4-6 cars in front of me. Fast service if you go inside. For some reason they need police to direct traffic going through the drive through. Good food that they bring to your table and a play place if you have kids. Just be weary of the lunch rush, it's kindof ridiculous. read more

The food is always good, we love Chick-fil-A, but this drive thru is not so good. It takes twice as long to place an order and get our food. I truly thought the closure for a couple of weeks was going to make this chick-fil-a more efficient. It took a total of 22 minutes from the time I pulled up to when we got our food. Not so fast food after all. Once I got my food, the fries were cold and they had no salt, plus I feel the chicken gets smaller and smaller on the spicy chick. Off night, maybe, but it doesn't change the fact we are somewhat disappointed in our local chick-fil-a, but because it's who they are, we'll be back. We really hope this drive thru works better than it has the last 3 times we have gone though. And on Saturday, my mother in law went and ordered the chicken fiesta soup and got all the way home and it was chicken noodle. She was not happy. Of course she could have gone back and gotten what she ordered, but by that time she was over the soup. read more
