Extremely clean restaurant with an indoor playland. The facility is very new and the tables come complete with native Hawaiian flower and our plants. The checkout folks were very helpful and kind and the order was placed promptly and delivered properly with friendly smiles. Excellent high-quality and very clean. Very much enjoyed our visit. food was delicious and the menu was surprisingly identical to what it is on the mainland.

From the time you walk in to place your order, receive it and eat, the employees are always smiling and very polite. The resturant was pretty crowded but the noise level was very good. The food was delicious. Chicken was moist and tasty and the bun was soft. I will be coming back.

Food was great for a fast food restaurant. You order at the counter and they bring food ti your table. Quick and friendly service. Very clean dining area. And they have a small playground which is also clean. My daughter had fun!

For fast food, it's expensive... my fries, chicken nuggets and a lemonade was $16! It was tasty though, but I don't know if it's worth the price. I appreciated that they served you, the dining room is super clean and so are the bathrooms. I'd come back because it was good but just have to expect to pay double compared to other fast food places. Service was quick and friendly!

Excellent excellent visit today. Visited on Saturday during a busy lunch rush. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted not just by 1 cashier but 2 cashiers who were eagerly wanting to take my order. Both cashiers were patient, friendly and knowledgeable. The food itself was very fresh and tasty. Also the price point was very nice considering the cost of living and cost of labor in Hawaii. One of the biggest takeaways was how clean the restaurant was, including the restrooms! There was a gentleman named Rudy who was always cleaning and offering to take trays away. He did an amazing job and was such a pleasure to talk to. On our way out we had a chance to meet Nick the owner. Seeing an owner who was visible and hands on is very refreshing. He really shows he cares about the restaurant and its guests. In an age of automation, kiosks and just lack of any care for a business, this location is the exact opposite. Staff is visible, eager to help, the environment is clean and cared for. Those little things will keep customers like my family coming back. Mahalo for the warm aloha and the excellence you all share! This will be our go to location for good!

I checked out this new Chick-fil-A after hearing from other moms that it had a kids' playground and this is a rare thing in Hawaii. Credit to them for trying, but I left pretty disappointed. The play area is very small, tightly packed, and extremely loud (maybe we were just unlucky with loud kids). We went on a Saturday morning around 9:20 am, and it was already filled with kids running and screaming. There isn't a separate space for parents, it is just the main sitting area and you have to sit right by the play area. Food-wise, my toddler liked mini hash browns, but my husband's cheeseburger was overcooked, and the coffee cup lid leaked everywhere. On the positive side, the place is new and clean. The fresh flowers on the tables were a thoughtful touch, and the bathrooms looked nice and well-kept.

No numbers at your table. My distinct orange cream colored order tower.

It's a newly opened location. It was late, in between the lunch time and dinner rush hour. Our walk in order at the counter was quick and easy. The food was brought to our table so we didn't have to wait around the counter. The service staff was pretty well trained and knowledgeable. My chicken sandwich was hot and tasty. The restaurant was clean and comfortable.

Love their breakfast menu. Tried the Burrito combo meal with their famous Chick-fil-A sauce. Delicious perfect way to start the day. My coworkers ordered the chicken biscuits both classic and spicy . They have a great Drive Thru concept. 3 lanes. One for mobile or online orders and two for regular drive thru customers. During busy periods they have assistance at the ordering kiosks. Nice dining area both inside and outside. Huge private parking lot .

Second day in a row coming through the drive-through. Lines are moving super fast. And everyone's super friendly. Don't forget to get the app so you can save 10 points, per dollar spent credit on future purchases

Enjoying a #6 with a side salad and lemonade.

Walking into the restaurant, it looks and smells amazing! Great ambience with simple floral decorations with their grand opening! Playground is definitely being put to great use! Trainers from CA, TX and other states came to help the trainees learn the ropes of being a Chick-Fil-A member! It's great to see training in action and how hospitality is shown to the dining customers. Sadly, our order did have an error. Once we were able to let an employee know it was nothing but love and appreciation for us and this experience of dining in so that they can improve themselves. Sure it's less than a week since this new location has been open, so be patient and humble. Food taste just like any Chick-Fil-A you may go to! Which is always great to have consistency. Exited to not have to drive far from Wai'anae to get our fix!

Everything's gust taste fresh and you also can do add ins if you don't want their "pre-menued" menu. Our last visit there had in a more adventurous mood so I decided to order my fav salad but make it a wrap! I was surprised to see that they used flat bread/naan bread instead of a four tortilla this made it harder to eat but I loved the chewiness of the bread. The service has always been so great there but shout out to the cashier on Saturday Night 9/5 at about 7:30 pm. She was super sweet. The only way I could get my son to eat vegetables when he was younger was with their Club Wrap and it's been 5 yrs and it's still his go- to item. This place is not a fancy cozy sit down, it's more like a grab your eats after shopping g at Target kinda joint so their atmosphere could be cozier. My husband and I started with a beer and a cocktail with the crab artichoke dip. The appetizer was delicious and hot. We ran out of bread and were able to get another serving of house bread easily and quickly. Beers tried were: Howzit's Hawaiian Time, and Hana Koa's Rice Breaker x2. He enjoyed both. Cocktails tried were: Thai Gimlet, Doctor's Orders, and a tequila cocktail that a regular suggested a float of mezcal with. All were delicious, unique, and approachable. I've managed a few bars, and I can say with full confidence that their cocktails are fairly and affordably priced, delicious and well built. For our entrees, we enjoyed the Chicken Parmesan (husband) and Seafood pan roast. My husband left nothing on his plate, and I asked for a takeout container for the remnants of my sauce- it was THAT GOOD. You can get ground steak mixed with bone marrow for $17 plus fries at Burger Bar IN WAIKIKI. How could a boxed burger possibly be more expensive in Kapolei? Fries would have been an added cost. Paniolos is a clean establishment with a helpful staff. We say Paniolos is the Chipotle of Hawaii…read morebecause there are no Chipotle's in Oahu. We've been to this establishment twice and it's been disappointing both times because like Chipotle they are stingy with their food. They have spoons to scoop the rice, beans, proteins and veggies but they don't give you a spoonful. It was disappointing watching them spoon the Kalua pork into my keiki meals. The amount of pork was slightly above the lip of the spoon (just slightly) and they proceeded to empty the spoon to where it was well below a spoonful. (The idea being better to give them less over a little too much??) I didn't ask for more because I didn't want them to charge me for "extra" protein. Paniolos needs to do better and give customers their fair share. Unfortunately I didn't take photos but trust that this place isn't generous with its servings. I've tried a Paniolos steak burrito and it was bland. You'd assume it would be full of flavor because it's sitting in seasoned juices but it wasn't. The Kalua pork was flavorful. I gave 2 stars because it is very clean, the food was hot and the staff were nice.

Crispy toasted bun, super thin patties with an awesome sear and crunchy edges. One of the few burgers lately I didn't feel needed extra salt. Definitely would get it again __________________________________________________ Double stack Daddy: 9/10 Double patty done right. Crispy edges, juicy beef, perfectly melted cheese, and every bite was packed with flavor without feeling overdone. AIOLI WAS simple, fresh, and exactly what a smash burger should be. Definitely worth the stop if you're craving a legit burger. __________________________________________________ Braddah Big Buns: 7/10 Shmall kine dry, need more sauce, patty too wide for da buns. But buggah still action __________________________________________________ Grilled Apostle: 8.5/10 Order the Village Smash Burger will extra patty & cheese. Very flavorful, but not as juicy as I would like it. Bun was crisp, bacon added an extra touch to the burger making it more than average, delicious! __________________________________________________ Captain Messy Hands, Keeper of the Drip: 7/10 stepping into the smash burger arena for the very first time. Ordered the Village Smash Burger Double Angus patties, cracked pepper crust, mustard, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onions, American cheese, and their signature Village sauce. This thing came out looking clean, sharp, and locked in. First bite? I finally understood the smash burger hype. The patties were thin, crispy around the edges, and perfectly executed the way a smash burger should be. That cracked pepper crust gave every bite a nice little punch, and the sear on the beef carried the whole experience. No sloppy grill work here! This burger knew exactly what it wanted to be. Now let's address The drip. Or in this case... the lack of it. This burger leaned more dry than messy. Not Sahara desert dry and not dry in a bad way, just controlled. Precise. Balanced. The bun actually deserves respect here because it stayed soft, moist, and held together from first bite to last bite without collapsing under pressure. Structurally elite. But CMH lives for chaos. I like burgers that need a stack of napkins nearby. Burgers where sauce hits the wrist. Burgers that fight back. This wasn't that type of burger. And honestly? I still respect it. Final Verdict...A clean, well executed smash burger with serious crust game. Not a drippy monster, but a strong introduction to the smash burger world. __________________________________________________ The Premium Purists: 9.5/10 The Village Smash Burger is a trendy modern burger that still hits with nostalgic deluxe flavors. I was very impressed by this burger. To me it was luxury in every bite! The balance of flavors from the beef, seasoning, sauce and LTO was on point. Buns stayed solid throughout the entire experience. It's a smash so the patties were a little drier but to me the flavors made up for the lack of juice.
