This Chick-fil-A location at West Town Mall in Knoxville is a great place to go for everything that you need from Chick-fil-A and more. The staff here is very friendly and efficient at getting everything together. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

My sandwich was moist and my fries were cold . The lady at the front was rude. Personally I did not enjoy my experience.

Just right. The Tangerine Aleppo drink was refreshing with a tiny peppery kick. It was busy for dinner on Friday and it seems people were waiting a bit for their to-go orders but they did a good job of keeping the line inside moving. We were making 3 different bowls and there was a misunderstanding on the main. They added steak to the wrong bowl and remade it for me which is very much appreciated. I got a basic bowl and it was literally two full meals for me, and I had just finished playing tennis for 2 hours and was hungry! It's a great way to get quick and tasty Mediterranean food. It's a good concept, and I was pleased they had suggested or curated dishes--- sometimes it is hard to know how to COMBINE all the different meats/sauces/veggies, etc. So that was nice. For a casual fast-place, its very tasty...but give me a senior meal!

She knows the menu like the back of her hand--seriously, she's tried every combination imaginable and helped us decide between a couple options. Her recommendations were spot on. I ended up getting the Oh Boy half sandwich, and I love that you can order it as a half. I was torn between that and the Tuscan chicken, but I would order the Oh Boy again in a heartbeat. I also had the pasta salad with both ranch and tahini--such a great option because you always want to try more than one dressing! We tried the Southwest salad too, and it was perfect with the chipotle ranch. Another really cool thing is that you can buy their dressings or hummus to go, which I'll definitely be doing next time. I also had a mocktail that was super fresh and felt really clean--kind of like their version of a spicy margarita, and it was delicious. Overall, great food, great options, and amazing service. Next time I'm coming back for brunch (which is only on Saturdays and Sundays)!

The kids thought it was fun because they got to hang out with their friends. The food tasted better than last time this time. The air head is nice and puffy. Once you cut it open it shrinks, but the garlicky flavor is good. I got a calzone instead of pizza and I think I prefer it. They sat us quickly and the food was tasty so I'm increasing my original rating a few years ago of 3 stars to 4 stars now.

Located in an established strip mall by a high-traffic intersection at Kingston Pike and S. Peter's, Greens and Grains is easy to get in and out of with plenty of parking. The interior is spotlessly clean (including the restrooms!) and comprised of two connected dining areas and kitchens. One has a trendy, airy feel with cool green and white tones, while the other is darker with metal and wood elements, a game area, and a large open grill/prep area. The reason for the two different vibes was not immediately clear to me. Actually, it never became more clear during the hour or so I spent there, but I can appreciate a good mystery. This is NOT a fast food joint. In fact, it is slow. Agonizingly slow if you're in a hurry. This is a place to come when you are with a group of people you find highly entertaining (or when you heft along a great book) and don't mind waiting. After ordering two sandwiches and sides, my friend and I waited almost 20 minutes for our food to appear at our table. The macaroni salad was pleasantly flavorful, without the overcooked noodles and runny sauce so often found with this deli counter staple. The turkey and Brie was also good and grilled to buttery-crisp perfection. The sandwich, side, and a drink cost just under $20, so it's neither bargain-priced nor exotic, but fresh ingredients are not cheap. Only one employee was working in each of the two halves of the restaurant, so I imagine if they want to speed up their service, they are going to need to schedule more people. The two employees were both delightfully friendly, though, and they aren't just paying lip service to customer service, a goal plainly outlined on all the napkin dispensers and evidenced by their actions. Despite the slow service, I'm giving them a 5 for their dedication to quality ingredients and excellent customer service. I hope they make it for the long haul, and I'll definitely be back soon.

Plus, the purchase price of their chips goes to charity - it was fun picking our charity of choice. Service was excellent! The staff was enthusiastic and I must add "adorable". I'm returning next week.
