Kinda disappointed to learn that on Wednesdays when they have $.99 wings, there's stipulations on how you can split up sauces. Such as, you would need to split into groups of 10, 15, etc, in order to get the special. Since it was slow, the manager did help accommodate us to get a separate flavor. Ordered over 40+ boneless wings (which are like petite nuggets) and normally spend $60-70 anytime I come (even on non-specials days). read more

The service was terrible! They had only 3 tables in the entire restaurant and 3 girls working there. We ordered at 7:40 and by 8:30 we had not received our meal. No one came to our table after giving us our drinks to at least update us on why our order was taking so long. We left without ever receiving our food! We will not be back! read more

There was plenty of TV's at every angle making for a great place to watch sports. On to the wings since its a wing based place. I ordered the traditional wings with buffalo sauce. The wings cooked perfectly but were small in size. The sauce was decent and the right amount and not being too soupy. My friends tried the fried cauliflower and said it was "just okay". Food was outstanding. Went to lunch here before the UT game and the service and cocktails were wounderful.

This location is soooo hit and miss. The wings taste great, but the onion rings and fries can be great one week and terrible the next. The service will also be great one week and the slow and terrible the next week. You can order drinks and you may or may not even ever get them depending on the week, let alone refills. The owners seem to care, but it's such a hard time for restaurants it's hard to tell why this one is struggling with consistency so much. I don't think we will try it again for awhile, it just has not been worth it the past few visits. Just an FYI- starting in January they are adding a health fee to the bill for consumers so they can provide healthcare for their staff. read more

Best wing place in Farragut and Knoxville! Wings are not breaded and have a great sauce on them. All of their food is good! They have a full bar with beer on tap and in bottles. Located in a strip mall off South Northshore. Outdoor sitting area that is open in winter with heaters and a corn hole toss area outside of the outdoor sitting area. If it's busy parking can get tight but there is more parking behind the gas station next door. This restaurant was recently bought out and they plan to make operational changes and hope to expend Craven Wings throughout Knoxville. read more

This place is really awesome. WAY better wings than the chain places. But I've got to say-the vibe in this place is perfect. They keep it light. It's bright, airy; great outdoor seating. They have lots of TVs. Lots of sports. The servers are all really down to earth and just what you'd expect from a wing-sports bar. Lisa or Taylor are usually tending bar and are a lot of fun. They respond to snarkiness with their own glib form or snarky. Just an all-around fun place to come. Highly recommend it! read more

I went with my daughter for lunch. It was not crowded, but there 5 tables total. The server was ok. She was brisk and I sat with a empty water glass. The food was ok. Tasty but nothing special. Most of the fried food tasted frozen. With all of the plants that do things by hand we probably will not go back. read more

Went in to eat with a friend, the place was dead and our food still took forever. Service was absolutely terrible. Our server smelled like a bar and had a terrible attitude and rolled her eyes multiple times when we asked for anything. We will not be back. I had been put off by my local wing place, and cannot - at this point - remember why, but my young bride and I had picked up dinner at Craven on the way home one eve, so we drove up this past Saturday for lunch (Vols are playing baseball, and 2 basketball games today). We walked, in and were nearly immediately seated. It's very much a sports bar atmosphere, but children are welcome and the ambience is family-appropriate. Summer was our waitress (shout-out), and was very patient with all of our questions and curiosities about menu items. She helped us with our combo meals, and got everything for us as frugally as was apropos. We ordered fried pickles with ranch, 10 bone-in wings with mild sauce (side tossed salad, no onions no banana peppers), and 6 boneless wings with sweet chili sauce (a mid-range heat sauce) and a tossed salad as-is. I also got a draft beer, whose name I cannot remember. Fun fact, I got a glass of beer placed on my table, and took a sip before I was informed that it was a Michelob Ultra. So I slammed that before our lunch (with the salad), then saved the GOOD beer for the meal. Our pickles came, then the salads and meals. The fried pickles were quite good. Standard corn meal fried pickles with ranch on the side; hot and tasty. The salads were okay, not great. The tomatoes were - as normal - probably a product from south of he US. That's what you get in early spring. The bleu cheese dressing was good. Summer - bless her heart - checked on us a number of times (4 weeks-ish on the job) to make certain we were doing well. The wings - all of them - were tasty and well-cooked. My young bride, heat sensitive, rarely gets peppery things, but she begged some of my sweet chili sauce from my plate. The restaurant owner stopped by for an animated conversation about the food industry vs. Covid protocol, and young people who don't want to drive more than ten minutes to work. In retrospect, Craven provided a good lunch menu, a good atmosphere, a clean Ladies room (as reported), and excellent service. We will return to see if these are all in perpetuity. My father and I have been regulars at Craven Wings at Choto. We have been going roughly 3-6 times a month for the past 2 years. It was our go to spot, but not anymore. We were aware that the restaurant had undergone a changing of hands between management recently, but had yet to see any drastic changes. On our most recent visit on 2/12/25 for my birthday, we were greeted with a whole slew of changes. My go to order was the six wing lunch special with fries and a sweet tea. Almost every aspect of this order has been changed. When I received my food I noticed that the hand cut spiral cut fries had been replaced by a frozen lookalike that was far inferior. The medium buffalo sauce tasted completely different and honestly remined me of McDonalds buffalo sauce. The ranch dressing was more resembling of mayonnaise than ranch. It was all very disappointing. I will say the wings were a decent size like usual. It just was not the food that myself and my father had come to love and was rather disappointing. I hope management can realize that saving a few bucks on your food cost does not warrant the loss of regular customers. Please consider returning the old recipes. Until then we will unfortunately be looking for a new lunch spot. read more

Ordered the Monday Special - Burger & Fries. I have never seen a burger actually served blackened and so dry it should be called a hockey puck! When shown to the waitress she went to the kitchen and said - that is the way their burgers are served ... well done. Could have maybe mentioned that when I said I would like it medium well. The manager then came by and said the reason the burgers are only served well done is because the chicken and burgers are cooked on the same grill. I have never heard such an lame excuse! So - - - let's be honest here..... the real reason they are served well done is that they are pre-cooked and and the re-cooked..... until they are screaming in pain! Yes - they did take it off the bill but I had nothing for dinner. Shared some of my wife's nachos.....they were also dry. Stick with the wings . . . . at least they are edible. read more

I went to the Foothills Mall location and was hoping for outstanding wings. It was a big "meh". The wings were cooked well, although I prefer my wings with breading and already mixed with the sauce, which these were not. You had to dip them in the sauce. That is not "classic wings" to me. I got the Parmesan garlic and sweet chili. The sweet chili was what you'd get out of a bottle - very average; the garlic Parmesan was pretty good. The fries were your standard curly fries - needed to be seasoned. There was no salt on them. They had seasoned salt available - but, again, needed to do that before you are served. Overall, of the wing options you have here in the Knoxville area, I prefer Big Kahuna Wings, although no wing place locally is anywhere in the same stratosphere as WingsandMore in Texas. They are on a whole other level. The service was good which is why I gave it an extra star. read more

This was our first time here, so my wife and I ordered the combo plate, which consisted of 5 traditional wings and three tenders. We had them with the seasoned curly fries, celery and Ranch dressing. We had the traditional wings with their honey BBQ sauce and the tenders with Garlic Parmesan. I was a bit disappointed that in a sea of craft breweries and beer, they only offer a small selection of (mostly) big brands on draft. However, we thought the wings were among the best we've eaten. All of them were cooked perfectly tender and the sauces made them outstanding. We thought the curly fries were a bit too greasy though. Next time, we will try a different side.
