I love there southwest salad with spicy chicken and avocado ranch. Their ice and soda is consistent and it's great for an easy quick lunch.

Worst service ever experienced at a chick Fila. The staff is friendly, this has nothing to do with their attitudes, it's about the efficiency and attention to preparing orders. I've been to this location 3 times and every time something is forgotten or wrong with my order. Even after reiterating my order to the person taking the order and also the person at the window handing me the order. Every single time something is wrong with it. They are always happy yo fix it or replace the missing item but really off putting to be surprised they got my order right on the first try. read more

This new Chick Fil A is an awesome addition to Livermore. The parking lot is quite odd in shape but it just takes getting used to. I have had awesome service and I just order on my phone and walk in for pickup. The interior is modeled very new and nicely. I definitely recommend. The food is yummy I love the cobb salad and nuggets meal. I've tried most of the things on the menu and have nothing bad to say about it. read more

Today started off great! I picked up my 2 granddaughters from school and asked them where they wanted to eat. The younger one picked Chick-fil-a. I have heard so much about this place, which made me very curious. As we went inside to place our order, the staff greeted us with friendly smiles. We ordered 2 kids' meals and a #1 with pickles. Our order was delivered to our table and to my dismay, i was so disappointed that our food was cold. Since my grand babies were hungry, they dug into their meals. I took a bite of my chicken sandwich. It was cold, NOT crunchy, and very salty. So i sat there and thought, " What is all the hype about this establishment?" I live in Tracy. The nearest Chick Fil A is either Manteca or Livermore. I choose Livermore. The food is always hot and fresh. I prefer this faculty more because it's much easier to get in and out of the drive thru compared to a lot of the other Chick Fil A's. I haven't went inside the place yet. Outside there always seems to be a plenty of parking and looks clean. So far every time I go customer service is good over here. I hope they keep it up. Every time I come here they're quicker compared to Manteca, Dublin, and Fremont. My favorite location. read more

Tried chicken for the 1st time yesterday after hearing all the raves about it all these years and it was good, the new one just opened in livermore so I door dashed breakfast, had the chix egg and cheese on a biscuit with hash browns and an extra plain biscuit with jelly on the side. Sandwich was good fresh really liked the little hash brown nuggets and the biscuit was good also,so I would say give it a try. read more

This Chick-fil-A location is amazing. The staff is probably the most helpful staff I've interacted with. They make it very personal when you order from them. I have ordered large catering orders from this location multiple times and every time they have went above and beyond to deliver. Restaurant is always clean and a nice place to eat. The peppermint in the coffee was sooooo NASTY, if I was not traveling far I would have turned around and asked for a refund. It was soooo Artificial tasting I wanted to brush my teeth right there. After a long day's work, Chick Fil-A Livermore is our go-to dinner on those nights I am not in the mood to cook. After all, it is just behind our office. Their salads are something my husband and I enjoy a lot. However, after several take-outs with SPECIFICALLY mentioning "No Dressing", and "No Cutlery" after each item is ordered, I still get my take-outs with packets of dressing and cutlery. Putting in cutlery and packets of dressing is NOT GOING THE EXTRA MILE after the customer has emphasized the instructions and is written down on the order slip, "NO DRESSING, NO CUTLERY." We have experienced this numerous times!!! Your front liners need to hear the customers. We espouse being green and these packets and cutlery go to waste - a waste of my time, a waste of your company resources. Even biodegradable or compostable items take years to decompose. Let's embrace a greener work culture. Some restaurants put on table signages that water will only be served when requested. I patronize these kinds of establishments. Our experience is also the same with Chick Fil-A in Walnut Creek. Let's teach our front liners to respect customer's wishes. read more

My family went in. 5 employees were at the front and never greeted them nor did they ask if they needed help. A Caucasian man and woman walked in after and they were immediately addressed and helped. After they ordered, my daughter stood there to wait for their order. She over heard one of the ladies say to another co-worker "why is she still standing there?" I wasn't very happy with this restaurant. I had high expectations because there are so many people that love this place. However, I was left disappointed. We drove 30 minutes to eat here and I was not wowed. They forgot 1 of our drinks and another drink was marked incorrectly. The sandwiches don't come with any sauce on them, so you have to do it yourself which gets pretty messy. The fries are ok but nothing to wow about. I won't be bringing my family back here any time soon. read more

what can i say. i don't really agree with their politics but the cook a good fast food bird and in those times when i am traveling and options are few and i just want to be a little more healthy than a burger, i feel like this is a good slightly healthier alternative. food is always consistent and i never really have a bad one. it's not gourmet but it works when you need it. and although most people won't give them even that 4th star cause it's not like some amazing high end meal i just don't know if i agree with that and since the line is always done the street i don't think many others feel that way either. i won't be back often but when i have to it a good choice vw the many horrible and awfully unhealthy alternatives. read more

If I can give a zero, I would. The service at this place really sucks! Daughter drove over the Altamont just to get her craving satisfied. Decided to go to the new Livermore franchise. Excitement changed to a totally diff mood when she found out that 1) the items were incomplete and 2) fries were only halfway filled! She's aware that she should have checked it but twas raining hard, had a big order and just rushing to get back to the freeway due to traffic. DO NOT GO TO THIS FRANCHISE! Chic fil a deluxe w Mac and cheese and 12pc nuggets w fries (half eaten in the pic) for the family. We all loved it and thought it was delicious. Please keep in mind these are young men and women trying their best, they haven't even been open for a month.
